    Beef Fried Rice

I did take out. Beef fried rice was very good. They gave a lot of beef. Very flavorful. I've found my new favorite Chinese restaurant and will be trying other dishes.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for so long but I live further away & just haven't been able to make my way over. Today I decided to bring my family here for dinner, to celebrate a bday. At 6 pm on a Wednesday, there were very few people in the restaurant so we were seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and patient with us as we made our way through the big selections of food which was categorized by type of foods and protein, that made it really easy to read. We ordered salt and pepper calamari, roast pork, walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, General Tso chicken, and chicken fried rice. Besides the fried rice which was kind of bland, everything was cooked perfectly & was very delicious. All the dishes are served family style and are good portions at about $18-$19 per plate. For a family of 5, we still had plenty of leftovers. This place will definitely cured any Chinese Cuisine cravings! I'm so glad we finally got to try this restaurant out, we will definitely be back!

So we came here after we had heard it was pretty good. My son and I ordered the family meal for 2 which comes with fried rice, egg drop soup, sweet and sour pork, and broccoli and beef and a couple egg rolls. The portions are pretty big. Everything we got was good except the sweet and sour pork, it was literally so hard you couldn't even get a fork through it. I did bring it to their attention and was told it was crispy and they walked away. Puzzled by this I told our waitress to which she said she would let them know. Again nothing was addressed. I mean I wasn't asking for a discount but how did you expect us to eat something we couldn't even get a fork through? The lack of customer service is the reason I will not go back...

Fresh chinese with friendly staff. The roast pig and veggies are the way to go. Roast Duck - super juicy meat, could use more flavor and I really wish the skin was crispy Roast Pig - this is their best dish, fatty pork with crispy skin and good seasoning on the meat portion, get this, every time Chinese Broccoli - super fresh and cooked perfectly so they are snappy, the vibrant green is a sign of perfectly cooking Fish w/ Veggies - the fish is super tender and feels great as you bite into it, nice subtle flavor to it Beef w/ Noodles - decent wok hei but the noodles have the perfect chew to it along with nice stir fried beef and bean sprouts that are crisp and some fresh green onions that give it the extra flavor you need Tofu, Shrimp and Veggies - fried tofu is nice and squishy on the outside and melty on the inside Crab - nicely sauced with a bit of a crust on the outside, nice and tender on the inside went twice in 2 weeks

The restaurant where we had our birthday celebration - the owners are very gracious to us!!

Hands down the best Chinese food in the Phoenix area. They have two menus, you want to try their Cantonese one. They roasted duck and pig! They also have fresh live seafood! Spotted prawns are in season and they carried them! My family have been there a handful of times and the food is always consistent. Must try their sweet and sour pork chops, absolutely amazing! Just like any other Asian restaurant, the service is okay, but that is what you should expect from an Asian restaurant.

Dinner last night was delicious. The scrambled eggs with shrimp were still amazing. The roasted half duck was full of flavor and the duck fried rice was incredible. Lots of flavor. The fried rice is authentic, not that Americanized junk. The food has so much flavor. Probably my favorite Chinese food in the Valley.

Food is really good. The egg rolls are so good they remind me of my favorite spot back home. Haven't had the pleasure of dining in.

You order, pay at the counter and grab your beverage from the refrigerator. Your meal is packed in styrofoam so you either take out or eat in at one of the few tables inside. Parking is very easy because they are at the end of a strip mall in a big parking lot. Our food was very fresh. Portions were very large. The chicken in our dishes was masterfully moist and very tender. The food is a very good value if you like it. We ordered the yui shan chicken and the garlic chicken combos (only around $1. more to get soup, crab puff, egg roll and an upgrade from white rice to fried rice.) Based on only trying two dishes my conclusion is that they serve Arizona Style American Chinese Food. It is far less complex, less flavorful, and much less spicy than east coast American take out Chinese Food. It's not bad food in anyway so if you are from Arizona it is very good food. We started eating at the restaurant but I got the idea that I could take the food home and improve it for my taste. The food stayed piping hot and it did taste much better with just a spoonful of chili crisp added more flavors and some needed heat. The people working there seemed very nice and the restaurant looked sparkling clean. 3 stars is a positive review and means A-OK on Yelp. To be clear, I am a New Yorker and know good fast Chinese food. The ambiance was promising. It looked like I was finally going to find what I've been looking for in Phoenix for years. For whatever reason, Chinese restaurants in Arizona serve egg hockey pucks and cover it with various items and call it egg foo young. I even asked about it before I ordered it. Alas when I got home and saw what I had, I was disappointed. It's faster to make it this way but the egg hockey puck had no taste - zero. They could have at least added oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, maybe nam plah, and perhaps sesame oil. It was tasteless. A complete miss. I also ordered something simple, shrimp spring rolls. They were delicious! I inhaled them and will order them again. I'd go again just for the spring rolls. Maybe they have other dishes that are good and I may not entirely give up but the egg foo young is a no go.
