Small business, family ran. Steady busy on a Sunday afternoon. The smell inside was kind of funky, I'm particular about those kinds of things. The Pho was great, hit the spot however it was not as spicy as we wanted even the chile paste and siracha wasn't spicy which was odd. The spring rolls were also good but you could tell the oil in the air fryer needed changing. Overall it was good, we would go back or at least do take out.

Cute restaurant that had so many people picking food up and sitting inside. Quick and friendly service.all the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and mouthwatering. The food we ordered was amazing! Each dish is huge and can feed probably atleast 2 people. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I plan on going again soon!

Cafe Sua Da done right! They add a good spin to the typical Vietnamese coffee. Pho Tai Gan - pho with beef and tendon. Personally the broth is too sweet for my liking. I did appreciate the toppings. There's plenty of toppings and soup for the price. Menu is pretty extensive so we will be back to try the nonsoup entrees. Parking is easy in the private parking lot. Space is clean and vibrant. Enjoyed the vietnamese playlist. Welcoming space for solo diners!

It was a cold night and I was craving pho. I looked up a few reviews, I didn't see many reviews/photos so I thought I'd try it out. Parking is decent, there are a few popular spots so we parked a few rows back. Not bad, but also not super close and parking spots a little tight fit. The decors and furniture inside is not brand new, the usual wear and tear. 3 tables and about 8 booths. Customer service was good, there's a language barrier but everything asked for has been received in a timely manner. I came here strictly for the pho. One of the best pho places I've been to in AZ! This is a great mom and pop gem for those that want great tasting pho at such an amazing affordable price. I've had Laotian Pho / Thai Pho/ Vietnamese Pho / Cambodian Pho. I'll definitely be back!

The service was quick and our server was attentive. This was my second visit, and it was good! The pho reminds me so much of my dad's homemade pho--but a lot sweeter than typical. I really appreciate the kids' portions; they're perfectly sized.

Well, Hubs is sick today so you know what that means- find some Pho STAT to help him feel better while I get some chickens boiling in a pot for bone broth soup. We tried V Nam Pho on Bell Road in Surprise to-go because they had good reviews on @yelp and @google I wanted to try a little of everything so we got: 25. Combo Noodles Soup 34. Shrimp & Chic Soup 65. Chicken Curry 83. Chicken Pad Thai 1. Pork Egg Rolls (3) 6. Shrimp Spring Rolls (2) The service was very friendly and quick. I took the cashier's recommendation on best appetizers and pho. The food was hot (spice and temperature ), fresh, and delicious. The pad Thai is a spicier version with the classic lime and fish sauce plus some chili paste and sliced jalapeño. This curry has me smiling. It starts sweet then warms you as you chew with large chunks of potato and carrot that taste like they've been roasted in butter, and tender chicken pieces. I loved both the pork egg rolls with fish sauce and shrimp spring rolls with a thick peanut sauce. The pho was pleasingly warm and filling too. Hubs had all his combo pho with jalapeño included. This should have him cured in no time. Glad we have found our new pho spot!! Even though we ordered to-go, there are plenty of booths and some tables for eating inside and a few patio tables and chairs at the entrance for dining.

I have been coming to this place for YEARS and even through management changes it is still hands down the best pho in surprise. the service is unbeatable and the food is life changing. there came a point where when the owners saw me come in and immediately put in our orders because we came here so often lol. the rare steak pho has literal healing powers and I stop by anytime I may be feeling under the weather! I also enjoy the grilled pork rice vermicelli bowls & the shrimp/pork spring rolls. amazing food!

Wonderful food. Great service. I really like the big booths- made it cozy when I met a friend for pho. I will be making this place a staple.

But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! So glad we tried this place out, and I would definitely like to come here again, especially when I have a bigger appetite!!

I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

This was usually a stop a Poketrition (or NakedQ) but Poketrition closed up sometime last year. Pho AnAn stepped in, offering Vietnamese fare in a serene environment (or, as serene as a strip mall on a major road can get). The menu covers off a number of familiar dishes (summer rolls, banh mi, bún, and, of course, pho). Needing something light and fresh after a day of travel, I did an order of shrimp goi cuon (summer rolls), bún thit nuong (vermicelli + grilled pork), and iced tea. The summer rolls, filled with shrimp + vermicelli + mint + lettuce, held together well, even when paired with not too thick peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl (vermicelli + grilled pork + cucumber + pickled radish + bean sprouts + peanuts + mint) provided a great mix of flavours (smokey / salty pork, sour radish), and improved even more with some of the pickled dipping sauce from the summer rolls Geared towards takeout, service is speedy, the food satisfying, and the portions more than generous.

This place seemed like our best bet. Since this time of year is busy in AZ with so many snowbirds, I booked a reservation through the online portal. It didn't end up being necessary. We were seated right away and never asked about our reservation. The restaurant is located in a strip mall. From the parking lot, it looks small and more like a fast food place, but it is actually looks double the size once you get inside. It has a nice sit-down ambience with new, clean, and somewhat rigid booths. Straight posture was definitely encouraged here in these upright seats. Although it does seem like a lot of people might order items to go, we were shielded from any traffic while eating. To start, we shared some sushi rolls. The spicy salmon was nice, but I really liked the sweetness of the unagi eel roll. They were a little sloppy in preparation, but this didn't impact the flavor. Each plate came with 8 pieces of sushi, some sliced ginger, and a small ball of wasabi. My uncle asked for an additional plate of wasabi and the server delivered it, but he commented on how they usually end up throwing it away because most people don't eat much of the green ball of fire. The table had a container of disposable chopsticks as well as two types of soy sauce. I was delighted to find the 50% less sodium variety with the green label. small plates with one paper napkin each were part of the setup. We had to ask our server for more napkins after my husband splatter soy sauce all over himself. The server brought just two more. It really wasn't enough to fix the 101-dalmatian spots he had acquired from the black soy splattered all over his white jacket. We also ordered curry. My uncle indulged in the pumpkin curry with shrimp. The bowl was massive - much bigger than mine. I had the red curry with tofu. It was beautifully presented with perfectly formed cubes of extra firm tofu lined up in the yellow soup. There was also bright red strips of bell pepper adding a pop of contrasting color. Unfortunately it didn't seem like my curry was well blended. It was as if they added cold coconut milk to a hot pan and it possibly heated up too fast causing it to separate and slightly curdle. Despite this, it still tasted good. I did have some trouble with the large size of tofu and the length of the bell pepper strips. I wish both had been just a tad bit smaller to fit in my mouth. I only had a spoon, so cutting the pieces wasn't an option. To go, I ordered the spicy green beans with shrimp to take home to my mom. She enjoyed two meals out of it. The shrimp was large and plump. Plus there was no shell or tail to pull off making it much easier and more pleasant to eat. Our bill came out to just over $100 with iced tea and sake added to the above. It seemed reasonable for the five plates we ordered. We had come during happy hour where certain items are a dollar cheaper, but I don't think we ended up ordering off that discounted menu. All and all, it was a decent meal and experience. I might come back here because of the convenient location and the availability of both sushi and Thai curry on the menu.
