Two large TVs tempting you to order more ... I think it's working !

I was hoping fall in life with this place, especially because it's so close to the freeway, but it just didn't Happen for me. There's plenty of quiet space inside. I ordered the appetizer combination - it was ok, better than my entree. The Nguc Cham (fish dipping sauce) tasted so watered down, I was really disappointed. Vietnamese spring rolls are always served with romaine lettuce and mint. You roll it up like a little burrito and then dip it in the Nguc Cham sauce, but unfortunately they only had butter iceberg and Thai basil. Not for me. I wanted to order an authentic slow drip Vietnamese coffee, but they had a premix, so I passed. I ordered the #13 - it came with a strange salad dressing and the rice had an odor to it. Even after taking it home, I could not eat it. The pork was so fatty, I tossed it out too. The ladies beside me ordered appetizers and seemed to enjoy them, but it's a one time visit for me.

Egg rolls (Cha Gio) These do NOT contain meat. Terrible!

On the evening of May 7th, I placed an Uber Eats order from this restaurant for Filet Mignon Pho and a 4-piece egg roll (Cha Gio). This was my second attempt trying their food. During my first visit, I walked in to place a to-go order, but was told they were out of several key ingredients, including egg rolls and bean sprouts. I still ordered a rare steak pho, but it lacked flavor and was disappointing. This recent order was slightly better--the pho was average, with a broth that was passable but not rich. However, the egg rolls were a serious concern. Not only did they seem to contain no meat, but my very first bite included a foreign object, which could have caused serious harm. I immediately contacted Uber Eats and documented the issue. I don't write negative reviews lightly, but this goes beyond personal taste. For health and safety reasons, I strongly urge a professional inspection of this establishment. I won't be returning.

I needed soft foods to eat. So Pho was my best option. This is my first time trying Vietnamese in AZ. It was good. The dumplings have chicken inside. They give you bean sprouts, lime jalapeños and basil on the side. Another container has all the different sauces you can add to the soup. The veggies were soft, but not mushy. We were seated and greeted immediately. There weren't many people inside when we got there. I'm not sure there was much of a decor vibe that stands out as memorable. It's definitely a place to sit and eat, not to go for any kind of hip vibe. My friend ordered the shrimp pho. She liked it. Only critiques: the soup wasn't super hot. The green tea was weak. Too much water was in the pot, and it too, wasn't super hot. I'd go again. Would like to try a different dish next time when I can eat solid food.

Staying on Zanjero Blvd for the 4th time in 2 years, I got into a routine: check into the hotel,…read morerelax a bit, and cross Glendale Ave for a quick dinner. This was usually a stop a Poketrition (or NakedQ) but Poketrition closed up sometime last year. Pho AnAn stepped in, offering Vietnamese fare in a serene environment (or, as serene as a strip mall on a major road can get). The menu covers off a number of familiar dishes (summer rolls, banh mi, bún, and, of course, pho). Needing something light and fresh after a day of travel, I did an order of shrimp goi cuon (summer rolls), bún thit nuong (vermicelli + grilled pork), and iced tea. The summer rolls, filled with shrimp + vermicelli + mint + lettuce, held together well, even when paired with not too thick peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl (vermicelli + grilled pork + cucumber + pickled radish + bean sprouts + peanuts + mint) provided a great mix of flavours (smokey / salty pork, sour radish), and improved even more with some of the pickled dipping sauce from the summer rolls Geared towards takeout, service is speedy, the food satisfying, and the portions more than generous.

Food comes out really fast and the portions are a decent size. This is a good place to order to go as well. I really like how they package everything separately. Overall a very average takeout style spot. There is seating indoors, but you'll be given takeout…read morestyle containers when served. This does make it a little easier to take any leftovers to go because you can grab a lid later. The inside is very clean. You likely won't see too many other guests eating in as most get takeout. Service is frank and prompt. Ever since some of our favorite long time local hand pulled noodle places closed over the years, my partner and I have been on the search for any kind of replacement. Unfortunately, Kung Fu Noodles does not live up to that for us. You have to approach this restaurant with takeout in mind. Portion sizing is pretty generous. The food itself is very okay. With so many other takeout places to compete in the area, my partner and I likely won't return.

For starters, this is a review specifically for the DoorDash version of kung fu noodles. I actually…read morejust realized that I'm not even sure if this is the correct location but since I live in Gilbert, I'm going to assume this was the one that was delivered to me. Either way, The food we received was the bomb.com! We were hanging out and watching movies on a Saturday while my lady was nursing a bit of a cold. She wanted something in the chicken noodle soup family, and after a bit of back-and-forth, we decided to look for Ramen or pho. Now that's where the start started, but that's clearly not where it ended. After a couple of different searches, we found kung fu noodle And simply picked it based on a combination of the pictures, the reviews and the fact that they have several noodle soup options that looked really appealing. Ultimately, we ended up ordering the spicy beef noodle soup, and the house special noodle soup along with their dumplings, crab Rangoon's and fried rice. Now, usually I skip straight to the review of the food at this point, but I have to give them one additional compliment. This place goes the extra mile in terms of making sure the delivery experience is Extra level. Starting with their packaging, which, for someone who is infatuated with great design, they really do a great job of driving home the full brand experience! Not only were the package is aesthetically, pleasing and artistic in some cases, but they were also very functional as well with all of the plastic containers having sealed lids that had to be broken open for the first time by us. This was just extra assurance that our food wasn't tampered with on the ride from the restaurant to the house. In addition, the food was extremely fresh and hot, even the crab Rangoon's, which in some cases can be delivered with that wet, gummy effect because of the steam and condensation that accumulates inside of many of the take-home containers that you receive from most Asian food places. I wouldn't argue that this is the kind of containers that you would necessarily keep around as home Tupperware, but the bag that they sent everything in definitely feels like it's gotta reuse or two in it. Overall, we were really happy with the quality of the food as both Soups were portion wise enough for two consecutive days of meals. Same thing with the fried rice, which was really good We got the shrimp version and it had plenty of shrimp and veggies in addition to really fresh rice. Lastly, while I'm not specifically a dumpling guy, I decided to try these because the pictures looked really good on the website. And I can't lie, these were definitely really Good dumplings. Overall, we are looking forward to trying to spot out in person, but if we have to order again before we make it in person, that's what it is going to be!
