The beef in the Hu Tieu Xao was also a little dry, though more tender than the pork. Overall still delicious and worth ordering, especially if you're craving something other than soup.

We also ordered lemongrass chicken and lemongrass shrimp so we'd have leftovers! First, the noodle bowl was excellent with fresh lettuce, mung sprouts, & cucumber. I loved their fish sauce. The only criticism I would make is they overcooked their shrimp. Pretty chewy and dry. But I could overlook that easily. I cleaned up that noodle bowl! I can't excuse the dry and chewy chicken for my entree, though. It was so dry it tasted like it was days old! My friend had ordered the lemongrass shrimp which she enjoyed, but I could tell her shrimp was also overcooked. Both entrees came loaded with stirfry veggies and hot rice, which was delicious.
