Pho House is our go-to local spot for pho. It's always consistent, comforting, and hits the mark every time. This visit we decided to switch it up and try the stir-fried noodles since there weren't many photos of them on here. We ordered the #30 Mi Xao and the #28 Hu Tieu Xao. Both had great flavor and were really satisfying. The pork in the Mi Xao was well seasoned but unfortunately pretty dry. The beef in the Hu Tieu Xao was also a little dry, though more tender than the pork. Overall still delicious and worth ordering, especially if you're craving something other than soup. read more

First timer, traveling from CA to TX. Firstly, I will say that there was nothing wrong with the staff. Very kind and accommodating. There were plenty of tv's around to go with the plentiful amount of seating. Reason I'm giving 3/5 is because the food was not what I was expecting. I've been to Pho House several times and it's become one of my regular spots for good pho at a decent price. I've only ever gotten their pho, but they have lots of other menu options such as rice and noodle dishes if pho isn't your vibe. Their pho broth is extremely flavorful and their meat options have always been of good quality. The service is always good as well. Food comes out quickly and the staff is very prompt to get you what you need. Not that many good pho places around Goodyear, but this is one of them. read more

Our other V place closed early so we decided to give this place a try. Got seated right away because it was big and not crowded. Food came out quick too. Good: Pho - good broth Bun Bo hue (spicy beef noodles) - it was good but the layers of oil on top was way too much. The bad: Com Suong Nuong (pork chop rice plate); Cha hap (steamed meatloaf) very dried and bland Suong Nuong (pork chop) - thin, dried and not flavorful. Probably the worst Vietnamese pork chop I have ever eaten. Shrimp- overcooked. Banh Mi Char Sui (V Sandwich) - weird - the worst of all Char Siu and/or Banh Mi I have ever eaten. Char Siu was dried and bland. If you want pho, this place is ok to get the fix. If you really crave for Thit Nuong or anything nuong (grilled), go somewhere else. This is a typical mom and pop pho noodle restaurant. The whole place literally is ran by the family. The service is pretty fast. The spring rolls is typical and fresh. The peanut sauce that came with the spring roll is pretty good. The place is pretty clean for being a mom and pop place. Stopped in to get some Pho, spring rolls & more. The pho was good, the banh mih (sandwich) was okay, a bit dry & the spring rolls were a bit lacking. I walked in but placed a togo order. The guy who helped was really nice and I got my food about 15min. The place was clean. I got home and there were no spring rolls in my order, I wouldn't have cared but I ordered 4 not 2. We had had a decent experience here. I do love Vietnamese food and have come from an area with some of the best Asian in the country. So, let's try someone new! We arrived at the restaurant and first noticed all of the flowers. They were faux, but made the place look welcoming none the less. We were promptly seated upon entering and it wasn't long before our waitress greeted us. She was very friendly and accommodating. There was a large menu with many options from which to choose. I do wish there were a few more pictures though. I do like pork, so I went with the #14 Com Dak Biet. It was grilled pork, two shrimp and a fried egg. I don't know, it was pretty good but not really what I expected. The pork was thin and well done, the shrimp were small and both meat and seafood were red, similar to Chinese pork ribs. The egg was cooked well, meaning cooked through. Maybe too much. There was an item that i had never seen and didn't see described on the menu. It looked like a loaf with black specks and was fairly bland with a Vietnamese flavor. The menu said something about a steamed egg. Maybe that was it. The waiter described it as pork meatloaf with mushrooms. I am still unsure which it was. There was also fried pork skin bits. I did not like those at all. Otherwise an okay meal. My wife had the grilled shrimp, pork and egg roll vermicelli. She said it was good. My favorite??? Their fried egg rolls were awesome! It was a tough decision. My child has been asking for pho and finding a good place they would enjoy isn't easy... especially when you're an out of towner visiting family.. We happened by this location and I got to say it's on point to what we're use to eating.. the ambiance reminds us of Vietnam with the traditional hats and decor... the portion of pho noodles was a lot to my liking, but the kids enjoyed it so that's what counts... next time I need to remember to order with less noodles.. broth was tasty, but I would've preferred it coming out piping hot (which is how I prefer my soup..) My cousin and I went here today after visiting a family member at City of Hope and their food is sooo good! I can't remember the name of the Pho I had - pork, squid, quail eggs, etc., but I also got fresh spring rolls. My cousin got tofu and veggie Pho. It was a HUGE bowl and neither of us finished our food. Nor did I finish my fresh spring rolls either. We also got boba drinks - raspberry green tea & Thai tea. It's definitely worth it if you're craving pho! The exterior looks like a hole in the wall restaurant, but the interior is very cute and friendly! I traveled to Phoenix on 12/08/2025 and stop by to this restaurant. I ordered Pho and Bun Bo Hue. Pho was not smell of Pho. But Bun Bo Hue was so bad! The topping like pork Roll got Spoiled but they still use for customer. I didn't eat any more from begin first chapstick. I told them know but they did not say something and purchased me even that can not eat. Recommend do not eat this restaurant. I never come there. There is too bad! read more

I've been coming to this establishment for many years, and it truly has the charm of a small, family-run business. Their chicken pho is excellent--better than any other place I've tried nearby, or honestly, anywhere else. The egg rolls are also delicious, and I highly recommend the Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee. A few weeks ago, my family and I went to this place on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. When we entered , we were greeted and seated immediately. The wait didn't took that long and we were able to get our food quickly. The service was quite attentive and the atmosphere was casual and easy to enjoy our meals. I also enjoyed the music in the background which gave a bit of coziness or comfortable feeling. I had the stir fried egg noodle dish and at first it was quite delicious but then I caught something strange with the taste when I ate the onions. The onions seemed to be a bit sour and it did smelled not fresh , I thought it was just in my head and was really hungry so I didn't think of it at the time. But looking back, I wish I paid more attention to it because when I took it to home as leftovers - it turns out that after eating the dish I had stomach ache and was feeling nauseous. I threw up nonstop the whole night. It made me wonder if the ingredients were checked to see if they were still fresh or was already past their freshness. :( I also heard from my sister's dish that her rice didn't seem like it was fully cooked? I know that this place is still a good restaurant to eat at with efficient service but i want to also bring my concern to be sure that all of the ingredients are still fresh. read more

I appreciate that this restaurant is open on a Tuesday, something that most pho restaurants aren't. But beyond that, I'd come here really only if my other two favorite pho places are closed. The food is acceptable but overpriced. If you get the XL pho, you get the same amount of meat as in the regular bowl but with more broth. Definitely not worth paying extra for. The meat you DO get is so tough. I'm not sure if they're paying for low quality meat or perhaps cooking the meat before adding it to the soup (where it cooks again), but it's so tough that I could hardly chew most pieces. The spring rolls are also pretty standard (and again, overpriced). The meat inside was over cooked as well, sadly. But I can definitely say that their peanut sauce is really delicious! Some of the best peanut sauce I've ever had. Based on food alone, I'd rate this at 2 because it was overpriced average. But their customer service is AMAZING. Never-empty drink cups and very friendly and attentive servers. They're very polite, don't mess up your food, and the restaurant itself is clean. I'd up this to 3.5 stars if I could but alas, there are no half stars on Yelp. read more

Upon enetering this establishment your greeted by young staff. There really friendly and very prompt to sit you down. I've been here numerous times for the shrimp pho and it's always been on point. I came here excited to try their Bo Kho, which is my favorite Vietnamese dish and can be hard to come by at some Pho spots. Interior is cute, nothing over the top, very welcoming. When the server came out with my Bo Kho, I was a bit hesitant because the color threw me off. Usually it's a deep red/brown color due to all the spices put in it, but this came out like grayish light brown. I was still excited, so I went in for a bite, but I must say I was a bit underwhelmed. Not that it wasn't good, but does not taste like traditional Bo Kho, but more like a regular stew. I will say they did add a lot of meat in there, so I did leave full due to the generous amount. I finished my meal and waited for my ticket so I could pay up front. I waited for a while until one of the waiters saw me looking around and told me to just go up front. I guess they don't give you a receipt to take up there which is fine, but would have been nice to have a heads up on how the checkout worked. There was a rush and seemed like a took a while to pay my bill since the staff kept switching off who was doing what. Would have also been nice to be checked up on more while I was there as well, doesn't seem like quality service is their priority. Overall, not horrible, but not impressed.
