Upon enetering this establishment your greeted by young staff. There really friendly and very prompt to sit you down. I've been here numerous times for the shrimp pho and it's always been on point. The broth is super delicious, rich and a great umami flavor. I also enjoyed there iced green tea and spring rolls. read more

Fantastic Vietnamese food and great and friendly service by young staff. Try the crispy egg rolls. I'm glad I found this restaurant.

My family and I love coming here for lunch. The broth is delicious and the meat is tender on their Pho,s. I like the speedy service as well and I enjoy the quietness this place has to offer. We usually get Pho, Banh Mi and the chicken fried rice. Everything made with flavor and served fresh. I recommend if you're in the area read more

I came here excited to try their Bo Kho, which is my favorite Vietnamese dish and can be hard to come by at some Pho spots. Interior is cute, nothing over the top, very welcoming. When the server came out with my Bo Kho, I was a bit hesitant because the color threw me off. Usually it's a deep red/brown color due to all the spices put in it, but this came out like grayish light brown. I was still excited, so I went in for a bite, but I must say I was a bit underwhelmed. Not that it wasn't good, but does not taste like traditional Bo Kho, but more like a regular stew. I will say they did add a lot of meat in there, so I did leave full due to the generous amount. I finished my meal and waited for my ticket so I could pay up front. I waited for a while until one of the waiters saw me looking around and told me to just go up front. I guess they don't give you a receipt to take up there which is fine, but would have been nice to have a heads up on how the checkout worked. There was a rush and seemed like a took a while to pay my bill since the staff kept switching off who was doing what. Would have also been nice to be checked up on more while I was there as well, doesn't seem like quality service is their priority. Overall, not horrible, but not impressed. I don't see myself coming back here. read more

The service was good, spring rolls tasted good. The pho was meh, the broth didn't have much flavor and most of my brisket was 80% fat pieces. What made it bad was that there were not 1, but 2 separate parties complaining about hair in their food and the staff just seemed to brush it off. read more

This time I went for dine in service. Just me. It was pretty busy, but I was still able to sit solo at a booth. I was greeted right away as well as drink order taken. The grilled pork plate was very tasty. I still had meat left after I got full, so I ordered rice to go and packed up the rest of my pork. The pineapple green tea was nice. The serving is a bit small considering the cup was mostly full of ice. I think the food portion was hefty for the low price...so really good value. Despite being busy, I noticed how attentive they are to each table. I didn't try the banh mi again because I went solo this time, but I definitely want to come back for more of their good food. read more

I tried this restaurant as my other go to place was closed and let me just say I'm so glad I tried this place. Definitely some of the best phô, spring rolls and fried rolls I've ever had. The phô bowl sizes are generous and the service was exceptional. My only problem during my visit was that they ran out of boba so I didn't get to try out their Thai tea. All in all though I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others. read more

ROACHES! Our first time trying this restaurant. The food was good and the service was great. When we arrived a roach ran up the wall. They moved us to another table. I wasn't going to put a review thinking it was a one time thing but noticed others have commented about the roaches a few months ago. The problem should have been resolved. Get an exterminator on a regular basis. Ugh can't do roaches. read more

I am pho'sho not happy about this place. I did a staycation near this spot and wanted to get out for a nice bite to eat. Based on the reviews I figured I would give it a try. It was an early Friday night with two small tables of 2 patrons at each. I was a party of four with two adults and two children. The wait time to get our drinks did not come until almost the time we got our food. That is including water. One of the children's meals did not come until almost we were done. I was not impressed by the food. My friend liked her dish which was noodles and rice. The sticky rice and jasmine rice was good. They only had one server who had to manage our tables, call in orders and to go orders. They had a long line of waiting after we sat down which is why I think it held our table up. I don't think I would come back. I was not impressed. read more

This is a solid 4 stars for their pho... the only thing missing to get five stars is the price. The price is a little steep to pay for a bowl I'm going to say they charge the most for a bowl of pho in the west valley. The flavor and service are there but the pricing isn't the best. I'm giving 4 stars because the service is good and the flavor read more

I ordered take out Pho. I was disappointed in the packaging. They placed the packets of soy etc in the same container as my fresh limes, basil etc. The veggies were brown / old. Just felt unclean. Flimsy read more

This place was a huge let down given their reviews. It should have been a dead giveaway walking in on a Friday night and there hardly being anyone there. Staff was sitting around on their phones at the front. Staff walks very slowly dragging their feet looking like they don't even want to be there. All of the sauces at the tables were disgusting. Literally every table looks like this. Huge sanitation hazard with open bottles of gunk hanging out of them. The pho was over cooked. Couldn't even chew the meat. read more

**Roaches** Not once but twice. Both times I've been in here. First time the roach was on the floor, I thought maybe someone brought it in on their shoes or clothing. Second time it was on the wall. I told the witness both times. NOT COMING BACK read more

Literally my favorite Pho spot I order pho from here at least once a week I have eaten in and taken out and either way you are not sacrificing freshness and their staff is always so sweet I will never stop buying pho from here Also whatever milk tea they have is so delicious, it's almost floral-y tasting, which at first threw me off a little bit because it wasn't something I was expecting but now it's my favorite milk tea anywhere Love this place forever and a day :) read more

This place has been going downhill for awhile now. A few years ago they were really good- generous with the meats, tasty broth, and good service. But for awhile now they've seemed to have their B team running things, and today was just a new low. We came for an early lunch, ordered 2 goi cuon and two bowls of #1 (pho dac biet). The goi cuon were fine, but their peanut sauce now is about 50% water, with very little flavor and absolutely no consistency. The pho came out, and the first thing that we noticed was that there were no limes or jalapenos with the bean sprouts and basil. So we had to call the server back for some of that. Then, as we ate our pho, we noticed that there was no tripe in them. Absolutely none whatsoever. And the broth was super salty- I didn't even slurp it up at the end which is a bad sign. As we were checking out I asked the gentleman what was going on, and he said that the owner isn't the one doing the cooking anymore, it's the kids. I guess their hearts aren't in it, or they're trying to save money by cutting corners or something. But I won't be back for at least another 6 months or so. We'll see where they're at at that point. read more

First time visiting this restaurant and I must say Pho never fails to impress me. I enjoyed the spring rolls but I think the mint was too much in it. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was perfect for me (it's a bit small). I tasted my families pho (shrimp, beef, and brisket) and they all are delicious! My favorite was definitely the beef. Service was great, the order went smoothly and came in instantly. The place was also clean and neat. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pho restaurant in the area! read more

I am recent convert to Pho. This is largely to not knowing how to prepare the dish and what all the sauces where. The belief is that every persons trying a new dish should have it first how it's supposed to be had at least once and hen change their flaco accordingly. Ok. It was delicious. Would order again, but won't eat at the restaurant, service is great, and people are friendly, menu is really broad and has a ton of options. Thank you for that. However, the reason for 3 stars.. The meats accompanied by themselves where flavorless. They relied heavily on the broth to compensate for the tastes. Then what I think was even more important. Once you walk in the smell of cleaner did really take appetite away. I was so excited to try this out, but unfortunately the element of wanting to order something was almost taken away due to the smell inside. - not saying it wasn't clean because it was, but the smell inside was too much. read more

Delicious food, very consistent taste since it opened. I have been a patron since it opened and even though I've moved to the other side of town. Service is always quick and offers a very family friendly environment. read more

I'm from OC so I have high expectations of Asian food wherever I travel and this place exceeded it. Everything from the appetizers to the pho was amazing. Good food, quick service! I just wish they had all of the condiments on the table. It took a while to get my chili sauce I had to request. Love that they do the spring rolls in 2 or 4. Pho w/ beef balls was good, nice broth. Will keep this in the rotation for sure. read more

It's a catch 22... we have gone here for many years. The last time we went while eating my wife noticed Cockroaches everywhere. The boy were ignoring it and the young lady was going around and throwing napkins over the bugs and picking them up. We've not been back since. We started going to PT PHO, it's super good. I can't believe how much better the soup is. You w been warned. read more

Stopped by this place on the way to the airport. Quaint with approx 30 tables. Nothing fancy but great service and great food. I had such a craving for Hot Spicy Soup (Bun Bo Hue) so off to try someplace new. We were seated immediately and surprised at the size of this restaurant. Larger than most in this area. Staff greeted us almost immediately. We started with Spring Rolls (shrimp, pork) they were quite good. Only downside was the peanut sauce? It imitated peanut sauce but color and texture unusual, thinking a good imitation or whatever down version. It was good, but noticeable something different. We ordered #22 Bun Vermicelli with pork, shrimp, egg roll. The pork was very generous but unfortunately tasteless, where were the shrimp? We asked waiter he said " there should be 2 in there" lol ??? Ok then so small we never found. #25 Hot Spicy Soup, entire reason for visit. Again generous portion, generous on meat also. Unfortunately it was quite bland and meat very tough. I had to add sriracha and hosein to give any flavor. So all the meals including ours came out looking great, maybe it was what we chose, maybe off night? not sure. We were told to checkout up front, no receipt, or anything at register we were given a total but again no receipt to review. When I asked I was given a receipt for total??? I think The person checking us out was insulted when I asked to see itemized receipt? But he did tell me to keep it also. Again maybe it was what we ordered as this restaurant appeared to have a large pickup and take out businesses that was constant our entire time read more

This is my second time coming to this restaurant. I had decided to give them 1 more try to see if the first time was just a bad day for them. I don't think I'll be coming back. I ordered an XL number 4. The broth for the pho tasted somewhat sour. The noodles while plentiful but were mostly chopped up pieces between 4" and 1". There were only 4 thin small slices of meat all the same kind... not what i ordered. I also bought a sprite and an iced Vietnamese coffee which were good. So my dislikes were the broth, chopped up noodles, not enough meat especially for an XL. And as they just raised their prices but gave less and low quality (whole bill was about $24). I do not think i will return. read more

I come here at least once a week. The staff are always nice and service is pretty quick. The best pho you're gonna get on the west side!!

Horrible service!! We came in and were finally seated after 25 minutes. We placed our order and waited....and waited...and waited some more. After we saw four people that had been seated AFTER us repeatedly get their food, we flagged down our waitress and asked why we hadn't received our food when everyone else that had come well after us was already eating. She said she can't control what happens in the kitchen and we would get ours next. Not even so much as an apology!! I was appalled!! We frequent this restaurant quite often, but in light of this terrible experience we will find another Pho place. Very disappointed. read more

I love the vibe. Food was delicious. I really love the spring rolls. I wanted to get more.

Solid pho spot, would recommend paying a couple bucks more the for XL. The broth has a ton of flavor and isn't overly salty. The #1 bowl with all the different cuts of meat was awesome and differentiated. The fried spring rolls were pretty good too. read more

The food and service is great. I've been coming to Pho House since they opened with no problem. Just during my recent visit I noticed the place was not as clean as usual. Coming from SoCal, I was missing some Asian food and decided to give Pho House Restaurant a try and now it's become my go-to! I've only ever ordered food to-go and have always had great experiences. The food was always ready in 15-20 minutes and always tastes great! I've had the pho and the broth is very flavorful but not tiresome and I really appreciated the plentiful accoutrements. The spring rolls are pretty standard and come with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. The vermicelli dishes are also refreshing and the meats are all seasoned and cooked well.
