Excellent food and service. There was a pretty long wait during the grand opening weekend but so worth it. We will definitely be back!

After reviewing the menu we decided on Lemongrass chicken with vegetables, beef with vegetables, beef vermicelli, and shrimp vermicelli. Service is always fast here. I ordered the lemongrass chicken. It is pretty spicy. The flavoring was really nice with a fish sauce in it. It was probably spicier than I wanted. Think I'll go back to my noodle order next time. It was good to try something different though. I would give my dish four stars. Otherwise everything else gets five stars. Free street parking outside.

The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years Ambience The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

My favorite Korean spots in Arizona since there weren't that many Korean spots in Glendale!…read moreHowever, they have some pretty authentic Korean dishes! Parking is pretty small so parking can be a little difficult when it gets busy! Service is decent and they are very friendly but could be more attentive. It is pretty spacious inside with plenty of indoor seating. However, it can get pretty loud when it is busy so it might be hard to hear one another They offer Korean BBQ but it isn't all you can eat, as well as Korean dishes (tofu soup, bulgogi, bibimbap, etc.), and sushi. There is even a lunch special menu Mon-Fri 11-2:30pm and has a good selection of bento boxes! I've gotten their beef teriyaki bento box and it came with rice, salad, 2 piece California rolls, and 2 pc fried gyozas. Pricing is $13-20 The beef teriyaki is pretty tender, flavorful, and not too salty. The salad is underwhelming and didn't have fresh greens. The fried gyozas were decent, nothing special. The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft. I would say it's 8/10 Would definitely recommend and return

We came back for a second visit today because my kids and I really enjoyed our first experience…read more Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. Right from the start, the greeting wasn't very welcoming. After they asked for my children's ages and we told them, another employee came over, spoke to our waitress in their language while looking at my son (who is a big 10-year-old), and it immediately felt like they didn't believe us about his age. Our waitress continued asking questions while the other employee kept talking to her. She eventually addressed us directly and informed us that my son would be charged $25. We had no issue paying the price if that's their policy. We simply explained that during our first visit, each of the four of us was asked what broth we wanted and we were each served individual pots, so we were confused when told we had to share. Instead of clarifying the policy, we were told that wasn't true and that, because they've been open for five years, they would never have done that. At that point, I politely said never mind, and my family got up and left. What upset me most wasn't the pricing. We're more than willing to pay what we need to--we spent over $100 during our first visit. It was the way we were spoken to and the feeling that we were being questioned about our son's age. As my son said when we left, he no longer had an appetite. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked this place and were looking forward to coming back. I hope management works on customer service and how concerns are communicated, because the tone and treatment we received will keep us from returning to this location.
