We came around 12:30 PM on Saturday and our orders came out pretty quickly. We got the pho tai (rare steak), goi ga (Vietnamese chicken salad), and the fried pork egg rolls. The pho was just okay. The broth was pretty bland and lacked a depth of flavor but the noodles were a good texture and the portion was good for the price. The egg rolls were crispy and good but nothing super special. The goi ga was my favorite!! Refreshing, light, flavorful, and the portion was HUGE. I got a medium and couldn't even finish it all and for only $10 it was such a steal. I would 100% come back for the goi ga and would love to try some of their other dishes since it's so affordable but I wouldn't get the pho again. The broth was so deep and full of flavor, there was a generous portion of chicken, and the noodles were cooked perfectly (not too mushy and didn't break apart easily when I try picking it up with my chopsticks). The spring rolls were also super good. They were wrapped nicely so it didn't fall apart when biting and the ratio of noodles to veggies was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is less mint since that was all I could taste but that's just personal preference. Everything was packed super nicely and I even got little containers of all the sauces which was a nice touch! Ratings Chicken pho: 5/5 Fresh shrimp spring rolls: 4.5/5

He did not ask and put the dishes in front of us. I kept looking at my bowl trying to tell which one it was because they both looked similar. Before he left I asked if this was the chicken dish.
