Me and my daughter went here yesterday on our way to Wallyworld. I was NOT impressed. The hot dogs looked like day old dogs and super tiny. I could've went to Costco gotten more for my money. Officially my last trip to this Sonic! I'm pulling out of the drive way as I write this review. I don't understand when you buy milkshakes how you'd consume them with no straw and no spoon?? Then when you stay parked in the drive-thru the employee looks at me like why isn't she leaving. Finally opens The window and says I gave you your shakes. Not sure what's going on here. Story time: My friend and I ordered 2 slushies and 2 ice cream sandwiches. We got the right slushies but received a burger instead. Naturally I hit the button to get the right order brought out to us, and my friend proceeds to eat the burger. Greg comes back out to get the burger, and asks for it back. Saw an ad on TV for their shakes. Went and the speaker we had driven up to didn't work. After sitting there for 10 minutes and no one noticing us, we went through the drive-thru. Ordered a couple of shakes. Absolutely disgusting. They tasted like foam. Nasty. The hot fudge shake barely had any chocolate taste. I will never be back. Who doesn't love Sonic? It feels a little small town whenever I'm here at this location, but that's okay. The staff is young and goofy, but are all very nice. Its strange to go somewhere that I've been going since I was a kid with practically the same menu and now see them having touch screens. The ocean water and tater tots taste the same as always. Sonic is a step up from most other fast food restaurants. I love the bacon double cheeseburger and think it's better than most burgers in town. They also have unique fast food items and specials. My wife just had the BLT grilled cheese and she said it was fantastic. It beats going to McDonald's or Burger King. read more

We pulled up and parked. We filled out an online order to get half priced drinks. Our order was simple 3 route 44 and 1 grilled cheese with bacon sandwich. We watched the order board go from making it to on it's way but alas our drinks never arrived. I waited 10 minutes to give them ample time and finally rang in. They asked for my order I explained it was an app order but they said they never received one. I told them the exact price and name on the order and that I could pull the receipt up on my phone. They told me to wait and out comes a waitress but with someone else's order, which if I was dishonest could have taken since it was more stuff then just 3 drinks and 1 sandwich. I told her it was not ours and repeated the order. She goes in and comes out with what looked to be the right one. Nope!! They had gotten 2 of the drinks correct and the sandwich but my drink was supposed to be a slush but they tried to give me just a limeade with ice and not a slush. At this point with no apology I asked for something to make up for the wasted time and energy and she said she would see what the manager said. She came out with my drink and a coupon for a medium drink free upon next visit!! That's not all, they even got my drink still wrong!!! I'm from another state where we don't have Sonics but we have their commercials and was looking forward to a strawberry limeade but what they finally gave me was a strawberry slush!! Always enjoy their slushies and shakes. Ordered a 24 boneless wings the other day and got shorted over half the wings. Went in the day after and not only gave us the missing wings, but all 24 plus another 6 and mozzarella sticks. Even though we insisted on paying the difference, they gave it all to on the house. I have eaten at Sonic once and will NEVER eat there again. I got a burger and onion rings. I was sick for two days from the burger and my dog wouldn't even eat an onion ring. If you know dogs they eat anything, garbage, cat poo, their own vomit and stuff that comes from the other end. Tell you anything? The Sonic fast-food drive-thru chain just opened a new location in Springfield, across the street from Winco. It's pretty good for fast food, although their prices are a bit high. This review is entirely due to the management there. I used to love this place and go a lot, but it must be under new VERY CHEAP management! Tonight my wife and I ordered two of those candy blasts, mine was M&M and hers was Butterfinger. When we first got the order we had no idea which one was which cause they weren't labeled, the guy giving us the candy blasts didn't know ether, so we had to dig through. Eventually we found one tiny single m&m in one so we knew it was mine, but we kept looking and literally could not find another one, it was just vanilla ice cream (which tasted horrible actually) with one m&m. In my wife's there were two tiny little flakes from a butterfinger bar. We paid almost $10 for these two, we wanted and expected a lot more than just vanilla ice cream! I took them up and asked for refunds, the employee that meant me was polite and she offered to make me new ones but I asked for refunds cause this clearly wasn't a case of somebody messing up an order, this was clear instructions from a higher up to rip customers off. I've had similar experiences in the past where my tots or fries were maybe half full. This is the first time I've left a bad review, but this seemed worth it to me. Employees are good, they don't seem to enjoy their job but that's probably also a management reason. This place just desperately needs new management. read more

What the f##k, I'm the only car in the drive thru, I'm waiting to even get acknowledged at the speaker for at least 3 minutes, when she finally does take my order its like she's preoccupied with something else, I have to ask if she heard my order, so I pull up and pay, that takes some time, finally get my order drive home and they given me the wrong food, mine was burger and tots, I got cheese sticks. The receipt on bag had my order right but they put wrong food in bag. Drive back to store ..drive thru..nobody comes to window, have to go inside to get someone's attention. Assistant manager apologizes for mistake claiming having problems with her before and teenagers hard to train. This was lady at least in her thirties. I had a hamburger last year and it was okay I guess, so I went back and had a chilli dog(what a joke) so you get it the chilli dog was nasty and the fries, I should of gone down the road to McDonald's or Burger King for those. Have gone to this place on and off for the last couple of years. Never again shall I. First I ordered a BACON crosonic sandwich. The girl working drive thru even took the time to repeat my order at the window for accuracy, which was nice. However, when I opened my food I realized it was a sausage sandwich. Having worked fast food for years I realize that this happens and never try to get upset over it. I thought 'not a problem' and went back through hoping to fix my order. When I told the girl that my order had been messed up, she responded by saying "what, do you want us to give you a free one?" I responded saying "No, I would just like to have my correct order" and gave her back the sandwich WITH my receipt that clearly said bacon. In the end. the cook came through and gave me a new sandwich claiming "fresh from the cook". I pulled away assuming my order was correct. However, upon getting home I realized they had replaced my sausage sandwich with another sausage sandwich. In all, I wouldn't have let this get under my skin, however I felt the rudeness and lack of care to fix my order ultimately made up my decision to avoid this place in the future.
