Because gluten-free rolls are smaller than their regular rolls--which are huge--they put as much cheesesteak as would fit on my sandwich and served the rest in a small bowl on the side. That way, my portion wasn't smaller just because I needed the gluten-free option. I really appreciated this thoughtful touch. At most restaurants, the gluten-free version is smaller even though I'm paying the same price--or sometimes paying extra for the gluten-free bread. Not here!
