Food was Amazing!!!! Service is Great They have a great menu and are great to answer any questions you might have

Business is very slow but Once Famous worker is too busy to get off a personal phone call.

The young man at the register would not get off a long, what seemed personal, phone call or get up from his chair at the cash register to greet my wife and me. It's the lunch hour on a Monday so the Beer Garden is fairly dead. There is no excuse for not saying, "I'll be right with you," when a couple is ready to part with their money and stands around for a couple minutes. I even said, "Hi there," and he only nodded to acknowledge me. We walked away after that.

If you are looking for a juicy bbq sandwich, rich with beef flavor this does it. The bun is soft and allows you to focus on the meat without having to chew bread. Cheese melted on top almost made it too rich but stopped short. Accompanied by crunchy fries the nicely got loaded with meat, cheese, and flavor drippings. Meat was pipping hot, great for a rainy day.

Onion rings were good and Philly looked like a very young child made it with no cheese. Mostly bun, barely any meat. Not worth $14 in the slightest. Bought from Springfield location.

This review is for the Philly cheesesteak and fries basket. The fries are shoestring fries, not my preferred, but these were fresh and enjoyable. The Philly cheesesteak was not terrible, but not amazing. The bread was cool and dry to the touch, definitely a lot more bread than filling in the sandwich. The meat, cheese, veggie filling was decent. But it didn't really fill out the bread in my opinion. I'd like to come back and try their seafood baskets sometime, but probably wouldn't get the Philly cheesesteak again.

On our visit to Eugene went to lunch at Beergarden, a collection of food trucks around a beverage station. We had a great variety of goodies but I really enjoyed my Catfish and chips. Lots to pick from stop on in

a plate of food and a glass of wine

Good food, friendly service. Tried this food truck for the first time @ Lavelle Winery while listening to the smooth sound of the Blues Doctors. The food was served hot n prompt making for an outstanding lunch. So looking forward to the fish n shrimp just as soon as they find a batter without MSG.

Took the photo after I started eating.

Okay, this food is no joke! My husband had the Philly cheesesteak, I had a chicken cheesesteak, and my son had wings. All of our food was incredible! My only wish is that the sandwich was never ending. I can't wait to order again tomorrow!!

We didn't realize it at first, but there is a corridor going between a section of booths that is supposed to be the service queue. Thankfully it was POLITELY pointed out by the more familiar patrons, so we got in line. The menu is an easy read, nothing complicated here and the staff is very friendly, and apparently very aware that we were newbies here, all in good natured chat, this place is starting to feel very friendly. Placing our orders we take a booth and there are flowers in vases on the tables! Looking around, this place is very clean, like REAL clean. There is even staff that hang out in the middle of the dining room looking around. When they see a patron leave, the staff grabs some kind of wipes and wipe down the table that was just vacated. The feeling here is that this is an elevated food establishment. Like a crossover between a full service restaurant and a grab-and-go place. A cheerful individual brings us our tray and makes it seem like he was glad to do so. This is so different from the energy outside that gives the appearance of a 3 lane highway during a traffic jam with staff working the line. However, while we are sitting there eating we do see the line moving along not too slowly. The parking for dine-in was plentiful and the interior is also well lit as well as very clean. The food is good. The chicken is hot and moist, lettuce and tomatoes cool and fresh. I don't like pickles so that was no problem to leave off. The fries are like round waffles. Not my favorite style but tasty enough. Overall, a good experience in a relaxed environment.

I had a beyond burger with the beer battered fries and my friend had a wedge salad, which she loved. Everything was excellent. The service, the ambience, and the bar. I would give this two thumbs up. It was in the upstairs portion of the establishment - an open area with a number of food options (and a pretty cool candy shop). Our order was taken by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. We built our own Cheeseburger & Chicken Sandwich & Cheesesteak menu item. My chicken sandwich was pretty tasty with the "aioli" sauce but wish it had more pickles (think I got 2). The cheesesteak was good in which the bread was soft but not soggy and great flavoring (although it was ordered without onions (my daughter's failure)). The steak fries were good. I wanted onion rings but was told that it's a "sweet" onion which is not my preference for onion rings. The drinks had great presentation - the seasonal Italian soda (spiced pear & cantaloupe) was a unique combination but was a very good call. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot as it was priced well and customer service was top notch
