Affordable, convenient, and yummy! The calzones are stuffed with yummy combinations and worth it to try. I love how gooey and melty the cheese gets when you first take a bite of it fresh (but they are great as leftovers too). Within walking distance of fraternity row, we were lucky to find this local favorite. Better yet, everything is fresh and cooked to order. There were cartoons on the tube and a group of kids waiting for their orders. Despite it being a late mid-week night, business was booming. Delivery drivers dropped in to grab orders while others stopped by for their carry-out. It was was evident this was a popular spot, as seen by all the fan art on the bulletin board. The calzones were served piping hot with a side of sauce - we both chose marinara. The cheese was perfectly stringy and manageable cut in half. I didn't get to try the pepperoni, but my spinach calzone was savory and filling. Our cookie choices were chocolate chip, sugar, oatmeal and peanut butter. Ok, I understand now. I understand why this place is so popular. I understand why my husband's face lite up when I suggested ordering lunch from here. The calzones are pretty magical. I ordered the pesto calzone and it gave me everything I would want. Doughy crust with a little crisp. Delicious ingredients. An incredible cheese pull. I can see the appeal of why this is a busy place into the late hours and a favorable spot for college students. I couldn't eat here regularly. This is definitely a once in a while meal. Made a doordash order for 1 cheese calzone, 1 bbq chicken calzone, and 1 batch of cookies. (screenshot in photos, and photos of the calzones I got as well) I received the correct cookies, and then recieved 2 completely wrong calzones. I got one ham and pineapple (only monsters eat cooked pineapple) and one mystery one we can't distinguish what it is but looked like it at bacon in it? Anyways tried calling them and not only didn't they refuse to correct the order, they were awfully rude and unprofessional. Doordash also isn't helpful. Sucks paying $35+ on basically just 4 cookies, considering the wrong calzones are gross. 10/10 DON'T recommend, unfriendly company. I've been meaning to try Dough Co for so long, since a coworker raves about it anytime we talk about food. He loves the calzones but says you are missing out if you don't get cookies too. Sooo, that's what we did. We got several calzones to split- cheeseburger and meatball were the two I tasted. I tried a bite of the cheeseburger, it was ok. I wouldn't order it again but I think that was just me. However, the meatball was amazing. I shared a little but had most of it to myself. I'd definitely order it again. I'm a pepperoni fan but don't like ricotta much so I was sad at first I couldn't have pepperoni something- but the meatball was so good I didn't even miss it. The marinara sauce was a little thin, but tasty. The hot sauce was So good! And even after picking up and the long drive home food was still HOT! The cookies were amazing too. I want to try the sugar and oatmeal now. But the chocolate chip were perfect, and the peanut butter was good too. Who would've thought some of the best cookies in Eugene would be at a calzone place? The staff was also friendly, and while they had a lot of to go orders and were way off on timing, it was fine. They were working hard and very polite. Definitely will be back! read more

I was lured here by my teenager who said it is a go to for late night eats. They have a large selection to choose from, some I never would have imagined. I am not a fan of ricotta cheese and many of the selections are pre mixed and so there is no way to remove that. I went for the bbq chicken as an alternative. The dough was good. Not over or undercooked, just perfect. I was pleasantly surprised that what wasn't a typical calzone actually was pretty good. The only downfall was that the dough vs stuffing ratio left things a little on the dry side. Not sure this will be a go too for me but in a late night pinch, I would have another try for sure. read more

I enjoyed dough co until this very moment. There was hair in my food, manger didn't offer a refund or an apology just blamed night crew. Customer service in store is horrible and on the phone. I ordered delivery a couple of times previously and all was fine until today. I was enjoying my meatball calzone and then I went to take a bite I noticed a short black hair in my my crust (which by the way was over cooked). I immediately called the store and asked to speak to a manager and was told that I was speaking to one as I mentioned before. I explained that there was a hair in my food and he asked what color, and when I told him he said no one here has that color hair today, might have been night crew. He offered to replace it and make a new one but I'm just too disgusted to try to give you all another chance. A refund would have been great. Never coming here/ ordering again. read more

Just tried Dough Co. in the most unique way possible. Friend had driven to Eugene a month ago to buy it and freeze it. We just took it out of the oven and it still tastes bomb and fresh. Whoever was working Saturday night Nov 14. Was totally unprofessional. I called in my order 45 min before I showed up to pay then waited another 30 min in the parking lot waiting for my food. Then when we got our food the Calzones were half burnt and one was stuffed with mushrooms (which was not ordered). We picked up and order of two calzones and got them burnt. Asked for a redo on the calzone and for them to be delivered as we were just there. They gave us a calzone that was even more burnt, as seen in the picture, and blaming it on us telling us we are making it up and they made sure it was perfect. We have been going here a lot and know that calzones don't just get that dark and rock hard. Other employees were nicer, but the manager Todd had horrible customer service and doesn't know the rule that "the customer is always right" in the food industry. Do not order from this restaurant. we ordered food for two families tonight. They told us 30 minutes so we started on my way there and they called back and cancelled our order. The manager was very rude and said we could get our food until 2 hours later or cancel our order but they were going to take walk in orders and grub hub. I used to order cookies from dough co because they were actually baked all the way through and they were delicious. But recently they've decided to accommodate the people who prefer cookies with doughy centers by changing the way the bake every single batch of cookies. I think under baked cookies are disgusting. I thought this was first just a product of sloppy, rushed work, and I was concerned about the risks of consuming partially baked cookies so I called them and told them the cookies weren't baked all the way. The guy on the phone told me they did that on purpose because some people said they preferred them to have that consistency. I tried to order a batch of cookies but then ask them not to leave mine under baked, this guy told me that since everything is timer based they wouldn't be able to accommodate my preferences. I'm pretty sure you could leave the cookies in the oven for an extra 3-5 minutes and they would be baked, and I'm also sure there must be a clock somewhere or the timer they use can be adjusted, so I don't buy that as a reason for their unwillingness to be accommodating to everyone. Nowhere in the area actually bakes their cookies all the way through now. read more

I've driven past this place every day for the past 8 months and finally came around to trying it. The cookies are extremely disappointing. I'd rather get cookies from McDonalds.. I phoned in a take out order and the gentleman who answered the phone sounds like he's having to pay to work there.. However, when I came in to pay and pick up the order the young lady was an absolute delight. Took advantage of 2 for 12 Tuesday. I got the Steak Bomb calzone and my male counterpart got the Spicy Chicken calzone. Mine was in the best way I can describe it as "meh" while my mans thought the Spicy Chicken was "bomb". Adding an extra star because their ranch is oddly delicious but unfortunately super runny. I could see however this being a great drunchie spot when your tastebud standards are lowered. read more
