I was checking out the new bookstore in town, Daffodil Romantasy Books & Gifts, and whilst I was in there I saw some signs telling patrons they could order donuts to their table. The employee let me know I could go back to the donut sho- if I wanted since it was just through the door in the back, so I went to check it out. OMMD is a tiny, very cute little place in the back of the of the building at the corner of Willamette & 5th Street. My taste in donuts tends to be pretty simple; give me a maple bar and I'm happy. So that's all to say I'm not sure if the regular donuts are something I'd be interested in since the toppings don't tend to make my mouth water. But what did catch my eye immediately were the beignets, so I ordered some of them. I honestly expected them to basically be the mini donuts coated in powdered sugar but they were legit full-sized beignets. And they were glorious. My mom has never had beignets before but she was pretty pleased with them as well. I will almost certainly be back again before our visit is over in a few weeks. As mentioned, you can enter through Daffodil Books. But the donut shop has its own entrance at the back of the building so you can go directly there, just head down the alley. Parking is street only.

18 Mini Donut Package peanut butter chocolate and cinnamon sugar, glazed

There is certainly something about a place that specializes in one thing. It's very difficult to give a donut place anything other than rave reviews, because, you know, it's donuts. These are warm, fluffy, morsels of goodness. What makes this place especially unique is the number of flavors you can enjoy. All the favorites like glazed and sprinkles and peanut butter chocolate. Then lots of other wonderful combinations And because these donuts are so small, getting two or three dozen only equals a few normal sized donuts. And did I mentioned they are hot when you get them?!? They literally melt in your mouth. One very friendly lady appears to run the whole operation. Takes your order, makes the donuts, makes sure you have napkins and forks. The forks are important because the golden delights are too hot to handle with fingers when the boxes are first opened. And while they are certainly delicious when they are warm, they are also quite tasty after they have cooled off. We enjoyed our boxes of donuts just a few steps away at tables set up in a nice courtyard within the mall. I suppose a rainy day might kill the mood, but I'd just say stop by a coffee shop also located close by and take those delightful morsels home.

What a special place! Donuts are to die for and the service was the sprinkles on the donuts! Kaylee, you are a gem The birthday donuts were so loved! My new favorite place for a sweet treat!

Was staying at the hotel attached to the mall this cart is located and stopped in for an afternoon snack. Nice clean cart...and gentleman who worked there was pleasant. I actually thought I could buy the mini donuts in quantities of 1 or 2....but six is the minimum order. You cannot mix and match...they make them to order so all six must be the same toppings. The toppings list is quite extensive...I chose chocolate, caramel and chopped heath bar. My order actually included a couple of extra donuts...and it was quite good. Good sweet snack if you are in Eugene. This is definitely better than the donuts you get at the local convenience store....and price is fair.

Sweet tooth satisfied (while shopping at Oakway Center). I've been wanting to check out the mini donuts, but never had the opportunity and finally it happened. The cute little cart (it truly is a little cart) is nestled within the shopping center, not on the outskirts of the parking lot. To make it easy, on my visit, the cart was right by Talbot's--not sure if that is her regular spot. The little mini donuts are made fresh--never ready made & it could take a couple of minutes to make your order--service was fast. The sign says the donuts are vanilla cake, but it reminded me more of a raised donut than a cake donut. When you get your order, it's soft and squishy & may be hot. You can park a whole mini donut in your mouth, but you risk burning yourself, so I would take 2 bites. The hardest part is deciding the kind of glaze/toppings you want--so many to choose from--she offers basic, but she has more premium flavor combos, so there is a slight up charge. Keep in mind is 1 flavor per order of 6, no mixing and matching; so if you want multiple flavors, you need to buy in increments of 6. Since this was my first time, I stuck with the basic and got maple glazed and regular glazed. My preference was the maple glaze over the regular glaze. Definitely worth checking out and this will also give you a reason to shop at the Oakway Center. I will definitely make it a point to get more mini's the next time I am in town.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. All donuts are ordered in batches of 6 with whatever toppings you decide on. I got the dirty duck since we were in Duck territory. They were so fresh, the flavor was fantastic and the value was great. The girl running the truck could not have been nicer. I wish there was one in Southern Oregon.

Chocolate and cinnamon sugar (a few missing!!)

This is a great concept. They have one type of donut and you can customize them by adding toppings. They have a bunch of fun topping but we went simple. We got 12 with half chocolate and half cinnamon sugar to share among the three of us. I think we two extra too! It was the perfect little treat after doing some grocery shopping. Warm donuts!

Oh my goodness I'm glad these are across town from me. They are so good. Kinda like elephant ear pieces or parts of a funnel cake. Light and airy. So yummy!

Tried them for the first time today. We had 3 different deluxe toppings. You get them in sets of 6 mini donuts, and each set of 6 can have one menu topping so we since we wanted to try a few different toppings we ordered 18. so many donuts! They come out fresh and warm. We saved some for tomorrow and it was suggested we can use the air fryer to reheat them.

These little donuts are just adorable. Like really adorable. You pick out how you've looked them topped and then watch them fly (literally) out of the deep fryer. They are fresh and hot, just like me. I tried the I Love You Berry Much, slathered in strawberry icing and strawberry yumm crumb. They were very tasty, much like me.

O my, indeed! These are soooo yummy! The food cart is located right next to Talbots at the Oakway Center. The donuts are made to order and you can choose 1 flavor per 6 mini donuts (I think they have about 20 different options). My fiancé and I split 18 which at first sounded like a lot, but ended up being perfect because of their small size. We got the following flavors: strawberry shortcake, French toast and PB&J. They also included an extra 4 plain donuts which was a nice surprise. The donuts were soft, light and warm which made all the toppings nice and gooey--definitely make sure to eat these right away! We liked all the flavor combinations (even the plain ones were delicious), but I think the French toast was both our favorites. There is just something about cinnamon sugar that gets me every time (plus the added texture of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal was *chefs kiss*). I do feel bad for getting there about 30 minutes before closing, but the staff was super friendly and had our donuts out in no time. We will be back!

One of my favorite things from Sweet Life are their morning pastries--specifically, their cinnamon roll and the lemon cream bun. Both are amazing, and whilst the cinnamon roll is my personal favorite, if you have to choose get the lemon cream bun. It's different from something you've tried before; you can't get one of these everywhere and it's amazing. Their tiramisu is good too, and the some of their other cakes. Check out their specials--there's always something good to choose from. This location has no dedicated parking, just a few spots on the street (shared with Prince Puckler's, the pizza place, and other businesses around). There's a lot of outdoor seating, nice for warm summer evenings.
