Just finished watching a soccer game, we were hungry and looking for BBQ. In our search we found WildFangs Grill House a few minutes from the field. Perfect because it was close to Hwy East 126, to head back home. We were greeted with a smile, he welcomed us and gave us menus and said we could sit anywhere and even outside on their patio. A very nice and clean place, clean restroom too!! Once we decided on food, we went to the counter to order. Man there was so much offered, there was definitely something for everyone's tastes. Everything was absolutely delicious and they brought it to us, in a short time. Definitely recommend every thing we ordered. The 2 meat platter, and platters I mean a small baking sheet !!!!!! The Cajun Bbq Burger with tots, Bacon Burger Fries (tons of) with side of Mac and Cheese (omg), Pulled Pork with Cheese Soup and Baked Potato, and my choice was the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Cajun Tots . Omg our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. My Philly had to be cut in half and even that still so filling. Everything was absolutely delicious, %. Hubby and I wanted to try someplace we had not been and I was craving a cheese burger. I am so glad we did the burgers were so good , juicy and cheesy:) tots and fries were on point and the drinks are bottomless which is you don't see that very often. The interior was unexceptional, nice good size screens for a sports bar. My server was also the bartender and was prompt to get me started with a beer and came back in a couple of minutes to get my food order as I had never been there before. I opted for the order of wings and they could not do two different sauces on 1 pound of wings, but he brought me two sauces on the side. I chose to try the medium buffalo sauce and the stout barbecue sauce. Both were unremarkable and a bit on the watery side. The wings had a nice smoky flavor and they were done, maybe a little overdone and dry. I opted for their homemade chips. They were also unremarkable, not salted or not salted enough And almost overdone. I have to be honest, my boyfriend and I ate here and like within the hour got HORRIBLE stomach pains. Tums helped but the next morning too, stomach pains and you can imagine what else, but no puking at least. Unsure if it's the meat or what as we both had burgers but regardless, not really interested at all in returning after that. The service was very casual otherwise. Previously 5 star, read below. I drove all the way out here from Creswell and they were closed at 5. Sign on the door, too slow to stay open for the day. As I type this, no less than four vehicles have pulled in to patronize, all drove away hungry. Disappointed. Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. The bbq here is amazing. We've had the burnt ends brisket and smoked chicken and every time it's amazing. Their cocktail menu is quite good as well. They have a full bar and a large menu. Stopped in here for lunch in early January while in Eugene for lunch...very pleasantly surprised!! Staff was super friendly and much to my surprise they had an extensive BBQ menu. I ordered a tri tip sando and man was it good! Tri tip, bacon, onion straws, Swiss and sauce in Texas Toast! Lots of flavors...it actually reminded me of the infamous Z-Man sando at Joes BBQ in KC. Came with a side of shoestring fries that were also tasty. Price was reasonable -- my only complaint was that the bar area was very cold (I had to leave my jacket on and zipped!). You have to get the two dinner meal. The burn ends are perfect and the smoked chicken is so tender and the amount of meat you get is enough for three meals, I say that since I always tram my food. Very good pulled pork that did not need the barbecue sauce (still good with the barbecue sauce), which is something that you don't see very often with pulled pork. I did not have high expectations so was completely pleasantly surprised when our food came out: delicious grilled chickenthigh meat and crispy bacon on a perfectly toasted pub bun. The fries were crispy, hot and salty but not overly salty. The half order of onion rings were crispy, nicely battered and we received quite a bit of them in a half order. Got a pint of good amber beer to go with it and dinner was Done Right! You order at the bar and they bring the food out to you. Pleasant wait-staff. Lots of parking. I came in here for dinner with my husband last night and we both loved it. I'm so glad they are open on Monday now, as we wouldn't have the chance to go in otherwise. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We sat down to browse the menu before going up to the counter to order. There were two employees working at the counter, and both were amazing. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer, and oh how happy my inner fat kid was! My inner fat kid is only slightly smaller than my outer fat kid. Lol. We each ordered the two meat and two side dinners. I had brisket and chicken with macaroni and cheese and a salad. My husband picked pulled pork and burnt ends with chili and fries. My husband ordered his with sauce on the meat, and I ordered mine on the side. Needless to say, we had leftovers! Food was all cooked to perfection. I tried a bite of my husband's chili (I hate beans) and it was actually good. Cheese curds are served with a house made garlic aioli, but they included a salted caramel sauce as well to try. I didn't want it to work, but damn, it absolutely did. So two things I didn't expect to like and ended up loving. Props to them on that one! Restaurant itself is clean and pretty spacious. I noticed even on a Monday, they cleaned tables immediately after customers left, so they obviously have good cleaning habits. Nothing irritates me more than walking into an empty restaurant and trying to find the least-gross table because they all need cleaning. That definitely wasn't the case here, and I appreciate that. Customer service was amazing. The employees working were so kind and patient with customers. One couple ordering took forever. Like spent 30 minutes reading the menu, had to call 3 other people (on speaker phone) not present to read the menu to them, then spent another 20 minutes finally ordering everything. I'd have lost my shit because I'm not a patient person if it was me taking their order. But they handled it all with ease, grace, and patience. I was definitely impressed. It is clear they care about going the extra mile for customers. The food was definitely worth the price, which feels so rare to say these days because inflation has raised prices and shrunk portion sizes almost everywhere. But it really felt like I got an incredible value for the cost. Would I return? Oh my, yes! Between the value for my money and customer service, there's nothing to keep me away from here. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he wanted to get Wildfangs to go since it was amazing when we got it before. It was 730, so we checked their hours online (it was a Tuesday) and it said they were open until 9, so we stopped at the store first. We pulled up at 8:03 and they were closed. We even looked at the sign on their door and it said they were suppose to be open till 9. We were disappointed and hope they update their hours so we can enjoy another fabulous meal read more

The tots were not cooked long enough, the burger my husband got was dry, my brother ordered chicken wings, for the first time ever from a restaurant, and they were really bad. Service was top notch and very helpful! The owner's son was friendly and accommodating. The ordering process went smoothly and they had a full bar so I enjoyed a peach mule. ALL items were excellent and the beef brisket in the salad was the best I've ever had. It was tender, well seasoned and had that great backyard barbecue taste. Also good-sized portions. I want to update my review with some extra details and photos. We went here for lunch on a Friday and it was not at all busy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and hot. I got the TriTip Sammy with the most glorious onion rings, and he got the Lone Wolf Burger with a massive pile of fries. The tri tip is thin slices and tender. Their bbq sauce is super good, and the ranch is tasty. Definitely try the fry sauce - it has an extra zing to it. They have a lot of available seating and it's well kept. Decent sized parking lot right off Mohawk Blvd. For the warmer months, they have a nice outside seating area. We have been here a few times now, and the food is always tasty. Still wish they had actual table service, especially since the menu changes every time we are in. read more

Again, Wildfangs didn't disappoint. We tried some new things this time. We started with an appetizer, the boneless pork rib bites. They had a crispy coating with tender pork inside. Try with their housemade BBQ or ranch sauce and YUMM! I then had the tri-tip salad with grilled onions and mushrooms. The steak was very tender and cut small enough to not overwhelm the salad. I took some home and ate it for breakfast the next morning. My husband had the bison burger which was literally dripping with this amazing sauce. The chili is more than adequate for a meal. However, we also ordered the nachos with brisket and the cheese curds. The portions were enormous, we took 2/3 of this meal home.
