The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up. Made an online order and went down to pick it up. They advised me they had not received an order…read more I advised them I paid with a credit card and was told that was a website from the old owner. I now have a pending charge on my credit card for a purchase that was never received. Starting to smell like some type of fraud issue going on here.
