It's not a place I'd probably return to but I needed to grab something quick to eat and they had a drive through which meant I didn't need to get my kiddo out of the car. The burger was rather thin, and I ended up with more bun than burger but that may have been a me problem. Happy that they put mayo on their burgers because that's the only way, but they also put chopped lettuce on them which, why? Fries were fine but nothing special. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the meal was the milkshake. We ordered through DoorDash.My youngest daughter had the deluxe chicken sandwich and she really liked it. She says it was crispy and the tomato's were juicy. The chicken was moist and the flavor was good. I had the halibut sandwich with garlic parm fries. It was amazing. My oldest daughter had a cheeseburger and she liked it as well. My Mom had the double mushroom swiss and she loved it. She had Toxic before and has been talking about it ever since, so we were excited to try it. I came in here for dinner with my husband earlier. We hadn't been to this Toxic location before, so we needed to try it out. We were immediately greeted by the cashier, who gave recommendations and answered questions. The restaurant is clean and bigger than it looks. Food came out pretty quickly and it was delicious. We ordered burgers and chicken dippers, which are like nugget size chicken pieces. They have my favorite sauces, the raspberry habanero and apricot chipotle. Which makes me very happy. Would I return? If I'm in the area, absolutely. But it's a really long drive just for that, with other closer locations I can go to instead. read more

I had not been to a Toxic since they opened up on River Rd. I really didn't think I was going to come back. My guy convinced me they had changed, and they no longer smoke their wings, which was the reason it was a turn off for me. I walked in this location, and was quite impressed from the moment I stepped my toes in. It just sparkles like it's clean. They have great team work, very friendly, and greet you as soon as you walk in. Menu board makes it easy to pick what you want. Only complaint would be they don't have a Thai peanut, or sweet chili garlic sauce. That would be icing on top of this place for this wing nut. The wings are pretty good. I have not ordered anything else. I hear they have great burgers, and buns. Will definitely be back, and I am glad my guy changed my mind. Went back after post; Bought the children's meal. Their version of nuggets for my 2 1/2 yr old Grandson. I ended up sharing of course. They were so delicious, and I think almost better than the wings. The burgers are great! If you want anything changed, just ask. They will make your fries crispy or add and substitute to your heart's content. The brand on top of the bun is a serious touch of Burger class. So, why 3-stars? Well, this location only gets my order right 50% of the time. That is not a guess. It happened so often there and at another local place we frequent that we have score board on the fridge at home. This Toxic location got my order right 4 of the last 8 visits. It doesn't really seem to matter if I am in the drive through or I go in to take it with me. I will take a hot minute to check it before I leave. I don't eat in very often, maybe a lunch here and there and the 50% rule seems to hold up, but I don't have the imperial data of a score board for that one. Again, the food, when it is correct, is really good. There choices are great and the regular and sweet potato fries are yummy. The staff is alway nice and will absolutely fix the order if I catch it before I leave or take it back in (only tried once when I got entirely someone else's order). Other locations like River Road and the one off Willamette/18th seem to have a higher rate of correctness, but they are both 15+ minute drives and this location is right around the corner from my shop. read more

Oh my gaaaaaawd. We love going to Toxic Wings. My Celiac partner introduced me to this place when we first started dating, and it is wonderful. They have dedicated gluten free fryers and their chicken and fries are all done gluten free. Which is amazing, since what we usually order are chicken strips. Technically, they call them "bone-out" wings, but they're long like strips. They come with a side of sauce and we usually bundle it with fries. They have a number of sauces, but my partner's favourite is the raspberry habenero. I've tried several but usually go back to the Spicy BBQ. Honestly, I would go spicier but the main reason I don't go for any of the super spicy sauces is that the base tends to be made with Frank's Red Hot Sauce....and I personally detest Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Like...a lot. And I can never remember which sauce comes with that as a base. But regardless, the spicy BBQ is great. My one kid loves the sweet BBQ and my other kid prefers to get a cheeseburger. We live in Salem, so it's a little bit of a haul to get here, but often times on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll get up and head down to Eugene via 99 for a little drive, to grab lunch, and then will find something to do in the area. It makes for a nice destination, with food we all know we're going to like. They're very conscientious about gluten contamination, which is important for us. When we go through the drive-thru, they bag the burger separately to keep it away from the chicken, and when we eat inside, they bring the burger out on a separate tray. And their customer service is amazing! When I made a mistake and forgot to nix mustard from my son's burger, the woman noticed me wiping it off with a napkin and brought out a new slice of tomato, more lettuce, and a new bun, so that my son wouldn't have to have any mustard contamination on his burger. That was one of the sweetest things, because she just took it upon herself to try and make my son happy! I have no complaints about coming here. The service is great, the inside is clean and kept up, the food is great, and my partner has never gotten gluten-sick from eating here. I can't recommend it enough. read more

Okay, here's the thing... I wouldn't call this "fast" food. We had 2 cars in front of us in the drivethru... by the time we got to the window we had sat in line for 30 minutes!! Got our drinks right away then waited another 8 minutes at the window. I assume it must be normal wait times because the worker didn't apologize for the wait or explain why it was taking SO long. Unfortunately that is a bit of a deal breaker for a drivethru joint for me. Hard to say I would go back unless I wanted to take a break and sit in my car for 40 mins ha! Tried to put it back together and it all slid out again. Disgusting slop. And the fries: they were limp and soggy. If you like crispy fries, or even lightly crisp fries, these are not for you (or me). In the drive-thru I ordered the two piece fish and chips with garlic Parmesan fries. It comes with pineapple coleslaw. The coleslaw has zero pineapple and is quite tasteless. Went inside the W11th Location and the person in charge was having their break in front of the tv for most of the time I was there. They were super busy and this person didn't seem bothered to jump in and help their coworkers. Twenty minutes after I ordered my 3 piece halibut and sweet potato fries I still had not received my order and I became concerned that they had misplaced the order as I had seen many orders go through drive-through. There were at least 5 other customers standing there waiting for their food as well , over 15 minutes. The people inside the restaurant did not seem to be a priority. It was drive-thru. When I did receive my three-piece halibut and sweet potato fries, the halibut was rubbery and the sweet potato fries limp. I should've made the extra drive and gone to Newmans Grotto. if you go here make sure you check your food and that you get what you ordered and that your fries are at least fresh for the amount of time you have to wait and the cost, close to $20 without a drink. The manager even made sure to refill his soda before he was bothered to go into the kitchen and even then he didn't jp in to help. He seemed to think his job is to watch people work. Another 15 or so minutes, we are just about done with our food, my wife heads up to inquire about our frys. Still not ready. Probably another 10 minutes, the woman brings us our frys and a gift card for 10 bucks for our troubles. She seemed kind of annoyed or pissed off, hope it was not towards us. Yum! Got my first taste of Toxic the other day! I had the sense that portions at this place are huge and I wasn't sure if I liked their product yet, so I opted for a kids' chicken slider meal as a taster. As you can tell from the picture I took, I popped that baby open because, after smelling it, I had to get a taste. My chicken tender on a slider bun with lettuce, a pickle and sweet BBQ sauce (my sub for mayo) was delicious and the exact right size.
