Such a great place! To start Addi, the owner is amazing! She has the best most upbeat attitude, and genuinely is just so kind..as well as all of the servers! The place is so cute and retro, there is so much to look at! The food is very fairly priced and always delish! The giant hotcake is so fun and you have some different options to add to it like chocolate chips, blueberries, and strawberries with whipped cream! Definitely come check out Addi's diner! You will not regret it.

Service was very kind and quick, despite it being fairly full when we got there! Food was great, pancake was huge obviously, and tasted good, it made good leftovers too. :) The big eats are definitely huge, can't imagine how big the chicken fried steak is. Great portions, affordable IMO. Definitely can see this being a casual spot to catch up, for family meals or for a couple, I came for my birthday with my boyfriend!

Charming Diner with Great Food and Nostalgic Vibes My wife and I were looking for a good breakfast spot before heading to her parents' house for the day. We were staying at the Tru by Hilton Eugene on Franklin, not far from the University of Oregon, and since we needed to pass through Springfield, we searched for something in that area. She found Addi's Diner, a place we'd both driven by many times before but never visited. She remembered her dad used to go there occasionally before work and he always had great things to say. From our quick research, we knew it could get busy and that the space was fairly small. Sure enough, when we arrived around 10:00 a.m., the parking lot was nearly full--but we lucked out and found a spot. We expected a wait, but to our surprise, we were seated immediately at a cozy booth by the front window. The interior is a visual treat--entry covered in license plates, automobilia, sports memorabilia, and retro decor that gives off a fun 50s-60s vibe. There's something interesting to look at in every direction. We even noticed a few nods to the Atlanta Braves, which sparked some conversation. The menu had a great selection of breakfast items, and we were greeted by the owner herself, who shared that she's been running the diner for about 19 years. She also mentioned that you can call ahead to get on the waitlist--good to know for next time! My wife ordered the "Train Wreck," (diced ham & scrambled eggs with veggies, topped with melted cheddar on a pile of homefries smothered in gravy, choice of toast, muffin or a pitiful lookin' biscuit) and I went with the "Whatchamacallit" (ham & Swiss cheese sandwich dipped in egg batter and grilled, served with homefries, skins or hashbrowns). Both dishes arrived quickly, looked fantastic, and tasted even better. We enjoyed every bite and even had some leftovers to take with us. All in all, Addi's Diner delivered a great experience--friendly service, delicious food, and a unique atmosphere. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

Quirky, delicious, and with constant top-offs on coffee. What else could you need from a local diner? We had a long drive, so we woke up at 4am to get a head start. Landed here some time around brunch and stumbled into a lovely meal. The service was excellent and attentive. All the elements of each dish were made with care and precision. You won't find any soggy hash browns here. They even filled a to-go coffee cup for us on the way out. Stop by and enjoy without hesitation!

Ended up n Eugene for a short trip and wanted breakfast not from typical fast food places. Hotel clerk suggested Addi's Diner. The diner is small as well as parking, but when the place is packed and there's a waiting list to have breakfast it's always a good sign! I have one kid with a big appetite and one that doesn't eat much. Both kids chose a pancake dish of some kind and both took almost their whole plate to go because it was so much food! Even after sharing with their dad! Addi herself was super nice. I had to ask about the burned hats on the ceiling and she even packaged up some syrup to go for the leftover pancakes and asked if we needed plastic cutlery. These small breakfast places are the best! I literally grew up in a similar one.

Honestly, what an amazing breakfast! My friend, who is a local, brought me here, saying how good it is. She was right. I was not disappointed. The food selection, the ambience, the staff, everything was top notch. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and it was near perfect. Best home fries I've ever had! Don't sleep on this place if you happen to be in the area. It will not disappoint.

What a cute little spot!! Was very busy..must have got there at just the right time because we got a nice cozy booth. The waitresses were on it and the food was delicious! Huge portions...it's worth all the hype.

We beat the weekend rush and were able to grab a table for a delicious breakfast. Addi's always provides great service and this time was no exception. Our order arrived after a short wait and exceeded our expectations. The eggs were cooked perfectly on the Pile Up and topped with the perfect amount of salsa as to not over power the dish. *This is a small, busy establishment. Not best for a quiet dining experience unless dining in the very early a.m.

What a great place! It has much charm as it does great food. I loved the diner vibe and food was top notch. The server I had was great and took excellent care of me. I went with my usual at breakfast places and it was perfect. The bacon wasn't too crispy, the hash browns had a nice crunch, and the eggs were fluffy and delicious. Their ranch is great too! Definitely a can't miss spot when you're in the area.

Great food and more than enough. Friendly service. Local homey vibe. Not far off I5, easy access in Springfield. Not big, so you might have to wait 5-10 minutes but worth the wait.

Ham & eggs I had home fries and sunny side up eggs. My husband had hash browns and scrambled eggs.

Went here for my birthday breakfast over Christmas break. Wanted to try this establishment for awhile but the hours of operation never meshed with my schedule. So glad we got here! It had such a down home feel . The food was excellent and the portions were huge. I was amazed at the ham slice!!!! The waitresses were so kind and attentive! Because it is a smaller space it was really comfortable. Can't wait to return!

My Addi enjoy here hot cake at Addi's Diner!

Its a classic diner with bar top seating, many booths and open tables within a very small space. Don't be scared away from the waitlist or large families waiting outside the door, they seem to turn tables very quickly so plan for a little bit of a wait, but its worth it. We got lucky and two bar top seats opened up, we waited about 10 min. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress who quickly offered us menus and filled our drink order. The menu is quite ample, lots of breakfast options, from scrambles and omelets to many shakes and desserts, if you are looking for lunch they have burgers, sandwiches and wraps. We ordered breakfast, I had the custom option, two eggs, bacon, sausage and added a side english muffin. The food was well cooked, good portion and great tasting. My son ordered a custom, 2 biscuits and gravy with an egg and hash brown, he loved his meal. The pricing was fair. We did not have much of a wait time from the time we ordered to getting our meals. Even though it was busy they did a great job making sure we were taken care of.

But the service is very good and attentive and the ambiance has that old time diner feel to it that you don't see too often anymore. Definitely would come back.

We took our time with the menu as there were so many delicious-looking options. We ended up splitting two dishes so we could both have some variety. The eggs were cooked well, the hash browns were crispy, and the French toast was perfectly made. The ricotta and berry compote was also fantastic. We were absolutely stuffed and could not be happier. The bill was also much lower than we expected, so the food is pretty affordable compared to other diners in town. I think they moved into this space recently as I remember another restaurant being here before. That restaurant was much more territorial with their parking spots and had signs everywhere telling people not to park there if they weren't customers, but those signs are gone now which is nice.
