Bummer that I did not love this place since it is close to me. You order at the counter and then they bring your food and/or drinks to you. It's a cute little place, but the gentleman behind the counter did not crack one smile when I cheerfully greeted him, or the entire time we were there. In fact, no one on the staff looked happy to be alive or gainfully employed. I ordered eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, sourdough toast.... all left a lot to be desired. Not very good. You know golden rule, "Don't order steak in Sea Food restaurant" well same goes for this place. This place is basically a coffee shop with few tables inside and outside. We tried it out today for the first time for breakfast. Ordered steak, breakfast burrito, eggs Florentine, and Huevos Rancheros. It is not cheap our bill was $65 for what we thought would be simple breakfast. Eggs in both burrito and eggs Florentine were overcooked. Steak was cooked to death. It was grey looking and not very appetizing. I guess, it is a little our fault since they did not ask us how we want our steak prepared ... we forgot to specify. Food was nothing to talk about. My fruit side salad was the best thing in the whole meal. On Positive note: Coffee was good and I saw that they can prepare other coffee drinks. You can bring your dog to join you at outdoor seating. You get free refills on coffee. They have regular half and half and almond milk available. I might give it another try. I would suggest not ordering food that requires cooking but more bagel sandwiches and pastries. All those things looked good. read more

Nobody here at 12:30 pm on a Sunday. Guess why. HORRIBLE customer service. And the poached eggs on the Benedict had completely hard yolks. Not one time did any of the staff come over to check on us. Bottomless mimosa are a good deal for them because you have to tackle someone to get a second. Go somewhere else where customer service is required of staff. read more

I hadn't been here in years and what horrible customer service. Was the only client there took them 30 min for my simple burrito and fruit. Cook was chitchatting with the two other employees that seemed to be college students. And one of the employees had a friend there that she was also too busy entertaining instead of noticing how long it had been since she took my order. When they finally brought it out it was all packed up to go when I had told them I would eat it there. I told them I just wanted a refund and this was horrible service. I ordered steak an eggs and my steak was over cooked unfortunately. I'm not picky so I ate it happily and it's was well seasoned and the HASH BROWNS are AMAZING! The workers were so nice and helpful and very welcoming. There was a guy there with tattoos by the name of Cole (I think) who made the whole experience. The way he interacted with his fellow workers and customers was unmatchable. He constantly had a HUGE smile on his face and looked happy to be there. He served us and he made up for the over cooked steak with his sense of humor and his personality. Definitely a great addition for this place. The girls at the front were also very helpful and funny even though you can tell they were busy they were super willing to have a conversation and entertain! The environment is nice but the food is not. I ordered the Mediterranean omelet special which had only half the ingredients listed on the menu. The cheese was nasty white Mexican cheese and I could not handle it after half way through. The ice Mocha tasted so bad I suspect peanut butter was added to thicken the drink. It even tasted salty. My husband ordered Steak and Egg which was alright except the steak was actually the Mexican Asada....very very salty. I had stomach ache for the rest of day. Won't be going back again. read more

This is the probably my favorite breakfast/lunch place in town. They have the best food to offer. Yes their menu is a little pricey but it's worth every penny. It also has such good vibes and you can tell everyone working there is super comfortable and happy being there. They have a huge selection of coffee and tea that can be customized to however you need it. The weekends are extremely busy around 9-11 am but during the week not as bad! I love this place. The view from the back is just beautiful. I tried the California burrito and the bagel with cheese, tomato, spinach, basil, and something else (I don't remember the name of the bagel). The burrito is huge!!! It's really tasty. I like the bagel better. It wasn't too big so I was able to finish it. I also tried the Acai bowl. It was really really sweet! I wouldn't recommend you to try that. If you're a coffee lover then you should try the costa rica dark coffee. It's super delicious! Overall, highly recommend this place! read more

Good coffee, friendly service. Tucked towards the back of the center with an eclectic coffee house feel and the option of dining inside or on the patios. I ordered the Caprese Omelette and was not disappointed. Everything was fresh, the tomatoes were sliced thick, and the amount of basil was just right, not too much and not too little. I ordered hash-browns as my side. They were okay and the omelette was so filling that I didn't really take more than a few bites of them. Came here for a nice Father's Day brunch. It's a small cafe where you place your order at the register and they drop it off at the table. I ordered the California breakfast burrito (no avocado since I'm allergic) and I absolutely loved it. The salsa was also done right (more flavorful than spicy). My fiancé had their egg sandwich with bacon and she enjoyed every bite. The rest of the table ordered burritos (California and chorizo) and one individual the huevos rancheros. To drink, I ordered an iced tea and later a smoothie to go. The iced tea was super crisp and had great flavor. When leaving I decided to order their starburst smoothie. It was good however my fiancé had the strawberry smoothie and that one was a little better. Both did a great job of cooling us down. Coffee was good. You order at counter, that is fine, but no one checks to see if your order was fine. My table did not have any condiments, and had to take the sauce and ketchup from ther counter. The worst was the hashbrowns. They tasted like they used the entire box of salt, extremely salty is putting it mildly. They were busy by this time and I couldn't get anyone's attention and didn't want to make a scene by taking my plate up to the counter to complain. I'd come back for coffee, but that's it. read more

Terrible service ! Came in on my lunch break and I made sure to call ahead for my order . Ordered one sandwich and it wasn't even busy in there . Waited ten minutes longer than they said it would be ready and they assured me it was coming out when I finally disrupted the girls on their phones to ask about my order . Waited about fifteen more minutes and at this time I had to head back to work . Finally the manager came out and told me it would be another ten minutes because the hollandaise sauce for my sandwich was not prepared this morning . I spent a total of almost 40 minutes waiting for my sandwich . Ended up leaving and didn't even get an apology or anything . Terrible service. Definitely won't be coming back read more

Been coming here for years. Never once disappointed in the food or service. They recently repainted (fall 2016) and I'm not sure if they intend to put the same stuff back up on the walls. Perfect hidden gem coffee shop. I'm up here all the time for breakfast, and I've also been to their new wine bar a couple of times. The atmosphere couldn't get any better, and you feel the community vibe all around you. They just did a remodel and you can get beer and wine on weekend nights now. I love this place! The service is great and the food follows suit! The wait is never too long for your food and when it arrives, your food is still piping hot. Awesome! Had the French toast with berries and that is perfect for 3-4 ppl to share! Also had the breakfast burrito and the southwestern twist is great! THE BEST HUEVOS RANCHEROS!!! My favorite mexican dish is huevos rancheros, and I've ordered it at many different mexican restaurants, but none can compare with the huevos rancheros at Cyrano's -- it's simply the best. The sauce is made from scratch - no canned sauce here, and they use black beans. I try to always go there after a morning bike ride and I have to admit that breakfast at Cyrano's is on my mind the last half of the ride. Try it, I bet you'll love it too!
