I reached out to LJs cafe for breakfast burrito catering. They was fast in responding and provided great options and answered all my questions. I ordered the 10 OG breakfast burritos for a pick up at 6:30am I got there exactly at 6:30am they were ready! There were also a few people already there for their breakfast burritos! The service was great they even remembered my special salsa request. Now on the to food. The burrito was good! Everyone really enjoyed them! The tater tots were nice and crispy. It was very filling! I do wish they had a bit more meat inside but we only got the OG. So next time I'm going to try the pastrami. Last note is their sauces and salsa are amazing! I came to check out LJs since I saw the YouTube video online so I wanted to support. It's a small place but the place looked clean. I ordered the OG burrito but unfortunately had to substitute the Portuguese link since it wasn't available. I choose pastrami. The burrito came out fast and it was a good size to say the least. I was a bit bummed to not get the amount of cheese they seem to advertise a lot. Oh well. Anyhow, would i recommend this place? Definitely! A must try for any Disneyland visitor or OC local. Most of are probably used to Paul place burritos or George's. I say try this place instead as it's much better quality and not as greasy. Finally got around to trying the famous breakfast burrito at LJ's Lil' Cafe, and honestly? I think it's a bit overhyped. I happened to be in the area on a Friday morning and stopped in around 9:30 AM. They were already completely out of sausage, which was a bummer since I wanted a solid, meaty burrito. I ended up opting for the chorizo instead. The place itself is just okay, it's small and nothing fancy, with just a few tables and basic decor. Service was perfectly fine for what it is, which is just a standard counter-order type of spot. As for the food, I ordered the OG BB. While I definitely appreciated how crispy the tater tots were, there were just way too many of them. The tots completely overpowered the taste of the protein, so every bite ended up tasting mostly like potato. For me, a great breakfast burrito needs balance, I want to actually taste the meat, and most importantly, I like the scrambled eggs, mixed with melted cheese, to be cooked lightly, creamy, or even a little runny. Because the burrito is huge, I only ate half and took the rest home, but mostly I just got tired of tasting nothing but tater tots. We do around 4 Disney trips a year, and most of the food we eat is at the parks. However, we always have our travel-home day to try breakfast / coffee spots nearby before hitting the road when we drive. On our most recent trip I was craving a breakfast burrito, so I naturally turned to Yelp to help me find a spot. LJ's immediately stood out as a highly-rated, delicious looking option that was a relatively quick drive from our hotel. Located in what looks like a strip-mall type shopping center, we had no trouble finding parking. The place was definitely poppin', as there were over a dozen people amongst multiple groups waiting for their orders both in and outside. The line was relatively short the whole time we were there, which makes it seem like they have a good system to keep things flowing on that front. There's a single bathroom in the back that was open for customers and clean. DRINKS: They have some classic choices like drip coffee, double espresso, hot or iced lattes with various flavors, as well as some signature options. The signature drinks seem to rotate and be seasonal. The current signatures for April 2026 were an Orange Creamsicle Latte, Cinnamon Toast Latte, and Matcha Latte. For milk options, they have whole, 2%, oat, and almond. They also have soda and OJ as alternatives. The coffee signatures sounded unique and flavorful, so we decided to get one of each to share. The Orange Creamsicle and the Cinnamon Toast Lattes were both quite tasty! We got them with oat milk, which I feel makes them even more creamy. The flavors from the syrups and cold foam (orange vanilla on the creamsicle), were definitely worth trying! FOOD: We of course did a bunch of research before coming in, including but not limited to reading reviews, and looking at way too many pictures of burritos. There were multiple top choices for what we wanted to try, and what made it even more difficult was that we were planning to split just one burrito. We had our eyes on the OG, Chorizo, and Brisket Pastrami most specifically. They all come with 3 eggs, tater tots, some sort of cheese, and various other ingredients. After some debate and recommendations from the girl who took our order, we decided to go with the OG. Figured for the first time trying a new spot, the OG seems like a good bet. The burrito was next level. Just like the photos promised, we opened it up slowly to reveal one of the most cheesy and glorious breakfast burritos I've possibly ever seen. SALSAS & SAUCES: There are 5 options for sauces and salsas: Mild Red Roasted Salsa, Medium Green Serrano Salsa, Hot Habanero Salsa, LJ's Signature Sauce, and Creamy Cilantro Crema. Each burrito comes with one complementary side, with each additional being $0.75. They're 3oz each, so it feels more worth it. IMO, the Mild Red was a solid, standard red salsa. The Green Serrano was mild, smooth, and light. The Habanero was HOT. I like spicy stuff, but this was a little too spicy for my liking. The Signature Sauce and Creamy Cilantro Crema were both favorites... not only of the ones at LJ's, but anywhere. Yeah, they were that good. We brought the extras back north with us and were using them on leftovers and with chips when we got back home. If you're not feeling a breakfast burrito, they also have a Brisket Pastrami Sandwich, Queso Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Salad Sandwich, and sides of regular and loaded tots! OVERALL: Shout-out to the hardworking staff who are working hard and churning out countless burritos and drinks each day. This is officially a new favorite spot when visiting Disney / Anaheim. These burritos are THICC, hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor. They're big enough to split, eat half and save half, or finish one and be full for the day! I'm already looking forward to our next trip down south so we can try those other burritos; next time I'm getting my own! :P read more

Yes yes and more yes!!! Just visiting and saw this place had some good reviews and wanted to check it out. You can tell this place gets very busy but the customer service is top notch. We got the OG breakfast burrito, spicy OG breakfast burrito, the lavender lemon latte and banana latte. Came back two days later and got another OG breakfast burrito and the breakfast sandwich. They have a variety of salsas but we opted with the cilantro lime and medium green Serrano. Their breakfast sandwich comes with the red OG salsa on the side and is very flavorful. Breakfast burritos are a pretty good size and could be shared between two people. If you aren't really into cheese just ask them to remove it. The burritos also come loaded with crispy tater tots and choice of protein The breakfast sandwich was our least favorite, it tasted pretty greasy and lacked flavor. I would recommend sticking with the Burrito's they have executed them perfectly. The coffee's were really good. Perfect amount of Lavender to lemon ratio. Never had that combo together but it works. The banana latte is creamy and not too overpowering. Maybe I'm just a caffeine addict but the caffeine content wasn't too much. As for the vibe, love me a indie, minimal concept and this place delivers. If you're in a hurry just order online and it will be ready but if not they're probably really busy so be patient. Decided to grab a bite. Been wanting to try this place out since I saw it open months back. I was surprised at how small the place is. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you love breakfast burritos (and even if you're just so-so about them), you have to try LJ"s! They're loaded with eggs so fluffy, nestled in tater tots,bacon and sauce. My fam got together at my house and we split them in half so each of us can try different ones. My favorite was the spicy OG which comes with italian sausage (yum) and jalapeno. I was also pleasantly surprised by the chorizo. Normally I don't like chorizo because it's fatty and salty, but the quality of chorizo they used didn't taste greasy at all. We all love how the burritos had a perfect ratio of eggs to potatoes and were wrapped nicely. They didn't fall apart even though they were stuffed. It's magic really. I'm all for new players entering the competitive breakfast burrito scene in Orange County, and I stand by the fact that we probably have among the best in the country. LJ's is a familiar name for those in the know, and while I never visited their original truck location and only visited their new one just now, I'm an instant fan. All the concerns over wait are sort of overblown, as I went during peak weekend breakfast hours, and while the number of people can be rather daunting, they run a steady ship here and will get your order out fast. I got the spicy breakfast burrito, and it was full of flavor, with a classic habanero type of orange sauce that was almost unnecessary because the burrito itself was moist with flavor, rare even among great breakfast burritos. They have a legit coffee menu as well, which you would be surprised from a place that serves breakfast burritos. I had an earl grey banana bread latte and the flavor was nice. Seats can be limited, but turnover is fairly quick. The parking lot can get crowded, and it's definitely way too small for the businesses around, but you'll find your way. It's conveniently located nearby The Outlets and Chapman University, so it's a pretty central location. I'll definitely be back soon and I really look forward to trying their other burritos. These breakfast burritos are really something else. LJ's started as a shack in front of a Home Depot in Cypress and has done so well for themselves that they now have an actual store in Orange. My favorite breakfast burrito is exclusive to the Orange location - the Pastrami Breakfast Burrito. It consists of tender, juicy brisket pastrami, tater tots, eggs, oaxaca cheese, and pickled red onion. I love it with the LJ's sauce, which is that perfect shade of creamy orange that just screams "I'm a delicious sauce!" (I think it's like spicy mayo or something). The burritos are more filling than you think. The store itself can get very busy. I recommend ordering online ahead of time or being prepared to wait for like 45 minutes. I placed my order online and pick up was ready within 30 minutes which, for this place, was quick. The cafe itself has a cool vibe to it and it was packed on a Saturday -- no surprise there. Now for the burrito... this thing was STUFFED with eggs, tots (pro tip: ask for crispy tots), spicy Portuguese sausage, cheese and jalapeños. The tortilla was good quality as well. It was piping hot and bursting with flavor. The sauces on the side were a perfect compliment (get the creamy cilantro!!) I ate half of one and was pretty darn full so definitely worth the price. I've officially found my new favorite breakfast burrito spot! We ordered the OG Burrito and the Queso Tots and both were amazing. The tortilla was impressively soft and delicate but was able to hold up the burrito well. The scrambled eggs were fluffy but the crispy tater tots inside were the real game changer. That crunch is everything. Also, do NOT sleep on the creamy cilantro sauce. It has this perfect hit of acidity that cuts right through the richness. They also have quite an extensive beverage menu with some really unique options (Red Velvet and Cinnamon Toast lattes?!), but I kept it simple with an Iced Latte. I thought it was very good and I love how you could really taste the coffee in it. The space itself was very clean, and had modern aesthetic. They have a few seats if you want to dine in, which we did. Pro-Tip on Timing: We rolled in at 9:30 AM on a Saturday and it was chill with no wait. The food was ready in 20 mins. I stopped by around noonish on a Friday and it was busy!!! Honestly, it felt more like a Saturday rush. Seating is pretty limited and they had around seven tables that seats about two and four people, so I had to wait a bit for a table to open up. I went with The OG breakfast burrito with no cheese. This was my second time ordering it, and it hit just as good as the first. The tater tots inside were perfectly crispy and not soggy, and I really appreciate that the burrito isn't dripping in oil like a lot of other spots. It's way less greasy but still super satisfying. The Portuguese Hawaiian sausage is easily the star. It's slightly sweet and not overly salty. It's really well balanced with everything else. Also, don't skip on the medium green serano sauce if you're a fan of spice! It's served cold, and starts off smooth and then sneaks in with a medium spicy kick at the end. So good! The ambiance is definitely lively because it's so busy. It's got that energetic, constant buzz of people coming in and out, tables turning, and conversations everywhere. Just a heads up, there's only one restroom and it's an all gender, but bonus points for having a baby changing station for the moms out there. Staff was friendly across the board, and I appreciated that a team member came around checking on tables to make sure everyone was good. I really love LJ's over in Cypress and was so happy to hear there's one much closer to me over in Orange. Yelp didn't specify, but the gentleman on the phone when I called in said they're open everyday here from 630 am to 2 pm. I came in around 110pm so it was definitely way later in the day towards closing. I ordered the exact same thing I usually do; OG spicy burrito with habanero and Serrano sauce. I would have to say that the habanero sauce wasn't as flavorful or spicy as the Cypress location. The burrito itself has a bit less meat and more tots, which weren't as crispy as the ones I usually get at the other location. Regardless, still a solid burrito overall. This spot has been blowing up on social media for good reason. The breakfast burritos here are very good. What makes these burritos especially good is the homogeneity-- everything is mixed together well within the burrito so that each bite has a little bit of everything, rather than getting singular bites of just egg or just potato. Although, I wouldn't mind a bite of just hashbrowns. These hashbrowns are able to stay incredibly crispy in the steaming hot burrito. They even stayed crispy by the time I got home. I'll be the first to say that there are somethings that are difficult for me to pass by, one of those happens to be a good breakfast burrito. That proclivity is the reason for my sharing my experience enjoying the OG Breakfast Burrito from LJ's Lil' Café. Until this time, LJ's was foreign to me even though I had driven past their café on many occasions. It is very conveniently located just off the freeway and received very high marks from fellow Yelpers which pretty much sealed the deal.1 The OG BB is very accurately described on their menu. It is served up with egg, bacon (cooked into the egg), potatoes, cheese and Hawaiian sausage. But, the melding of those flavors leaves out a very important element, crispy tater tots. The inclusion of the tater tots adds a very tasty crunch that is not over the top in that it isn't in excess. All of the ratios of ingredients help provide a balance without making any one those the star of the dish. There is a great balance of savory with crunch and unique added flavors between the sausage and bacon. Very much the type of breakfast burrito to satisfy that morning hunger without feeling regretful afterward. A good burrito for sure, but a couple of things to note. For those purists, the Hawaiian sausage may not be for everyone. In reality, the preparation (chopped in smaller portions) prevents the sausage from being overwhelming. It gives an added unique taste. The sauce (green) comes in varying temperatures and styles. I chose the lighter of the green sauces which could have used some spices as it was light in flavor. In all honesty, the burrito stood on its own and I preferred skipping the sauce altogether. If you are interested in visiting LJ's I encourage you to review their menu as you have an array of options. Whether its breakfast or lunch, you will find the food at LJ's Lil' Café a very interesting find. They put a lot of TLC into their food items with emphasis on good quality and balance. This was my first time checking this place out, which my bf has come MANY times and always talks about it and now I know why! This was a perfect 10 burrito! The egg to meat and potato ratio was perfect. They all complemented each other and the spices inside were delicious. This breakfast burrito was sooo incredible. Parking was one of the worst experiences though because it's a tiny lot and soo many people are coming in looking for parking too. The line was really long but the wait wasn't too bad! My friends and I had to stand around to grab a table. There isn't much seating so I definitely wouldn't relay on eating there since you might need to carryout. It's super busy and lively with people waiting for their food. I got the spicy OG burrito. It was freaking huge and lasted me 3 meals! I really loved how crunchy the tater tots were despite being wrapped in the burrito. It was cut in half and the cheese pull was insane. This burrito also came with jalapenos and spicy sausage so it had a nice kick to it and the flavors all complemented eachother very well. My friends and I tried multiple sauces: the green salsa, red salsa, and LJ's signature sauce! Neither one of the sauces were that spicy but both were very flavorful. The LJ's signature sauce tasted exactly like the In-N-Out sauce! It was good but I definitely prefer salsa with my burritos. I also tried the snickerdoodle latte which was a seasonal drink. I was looking for a great breakfast burrito and found this on Yelp. It's in a strip center, plenty of parking. There was steady stream of people coming in. I was greeted when I entered, she recommended the OG burrito with the crema cilantro sauce. It was less than a few minutes wait, the burrito was cooked to order. The burrito is huge. It was steaming hot and chalk filled with protein and crispy tater tots. It was very flavorful. The place was very clean, bathroom was clean too. There is plenty of seating. I arrived around 11. I highly recommend and will return to try a few of the other menu items. read more

I've passed this place many times in the afternoon but wasn't open due to them closing at 2pm. FINALLY made it a day I could try them out! I got the Pastrami breakfast burrito paired with their house made Salsa Roja and it did not disappoint! It was on point and their salsa is fired roasted to perfection! You can taste the bits of pastrami was got a little char on the grill. Service was fast and overall a nice place to stop in! The store was alittle cold but I love that but some people love the heat so just know you might need a sweater if enjoying in. My husband got the Chorizo breakfast burrito and he like it! Only able to eat half but he was excited because he will have a snack for later! Overall their breakfast burrito are some of the best I've tried in the OC! Parking here is hard, especially if you go during lunchtime. You order first and then find a seat. Inside is pretty small with limited seatings. I got the Spicy OG Breakfast Burrito, and you get to choose a sauce. The Spicy OG Burrito was super good, but also a bit too spicy for me. If you want non-spicy, I would recommend their OG Breakfast Burrito (excludes all the spiciness). They are already cut in half for you, so you can easily share with others. It is pretty big and worth trying 'cause it's so good. One thing about me, I love breakfast burritos. I saw Lj's Lil' Cafe on TikTok and had to give it a try. I assume many others saw it too cause once I got there the store was packed. I got the OG breakfast burritos, and just as it looks it was hot and delicious. It was definitely filling as I saved the other half to eat for later. As for their sauce, I recommend the creamy cilantro and their signature sauce. read more

It's been so long since we've been to a spot for breakfast burritos, so today, we're gonna change that! This little joint is located in Orange, pretty close to the outlets. We came on a weekday, and they were BUSY! Cozy inside, with a few tables for sitting, but it seems like most people were taking theirs togo. We ordered, and waited for a table. I got the brisket pastrami breakfast burrito. These things are massive and that cross section is crazy! The first bite is just pure smoky, meaty, and potatoey goodness! The textures are great, and it even comes with salsa. I got a cilantro crema and roasted red to sample around. The salsa adds that acidity and creaminess that truly rounds out the whole thing. MMmmm. And I got the OG breakfast burrito, which comes with tater tots, eggs, cheese, and portuguese sausage. Now, I love Portuguese sausage, and the bouncy texture is not lost here. Great taste and great balance. The ratios are great! I ended up choosing the medium green salsa, and it was a great compliment to this decadent monster. Call me a hospital acquired pressure injury the way I'm HAPI. Even for throats like ours, we had a hard time finishing these burritos in one sitting. The burritos here are AMAZZZZZINGGGGGGG! They're huge and really filling! They're very heavy but it hits the spot! The burrito was big enough to be eaten as leftovers(which reheats really well!!). The tater tots were super crispy and everything was really flavorful. The interior was spacious but had limited seating. We waited about 20 mins for our burritos but I would definitely recommend ordering ahead. read more
