First time back since the grand opening, and this place is popping! Very busy Saturday morning when we came by, which is great. Service was excellent and they seemed to have gotten everything up and running smoothly. We got our orders after about 10 minutes. This time I tried their freshly squeezed orange juice which was delicious. They press other juices and smoothies in house too.

Close to a NY bagel. That's a big compliment from a former New Yorker. Plenty of bagel choices. Spacious seating and parking. Prompt and friendly service. This is a newer business. The employee told me it's been about 5 months. Let's show this new business some love!

Fast service, very busy. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese ($7.49), Vietnamese coffee ($6) and 2 bagels ($1.99 each). Spinach Parmesan cheese didn't taste like anything, cinnamon raisin was a bit better, sausage egg and cheese was decent but nothing special. Vietnamese coffee had lots of caffeine but not that flavorful, more like watered down Vietnamese iced coffee to fit a 16 Oz (ratios were kind of off). I'm a bit of a bagel snob coming from the east coast. 5th Ave is better than the store bought bagels but nothing I'd write home about. Proof bagel from orange farmers market / stonegate farmers market is still 10x better, fluffier and true kettle boiled bagels packed with special flavors but a good deli to grab a quick breakfast. I like the ambience too because it makes me reminiscent of city living :)

This coming weekend Jan 24 & 25, @5thavebagelrytustin is officially grand opening and giving out 100 free bagels w/ smear to first 100 in line! In additional, there BOGO Free Bagel Sandwich all weekend long! Woohoo! 5th Ave Bagelry Tustin has a large selection of bagel flavors but they do sell out quickly. If you are feeling a bit more hungry, their breakfast bacon, egg and cheese on your choice of bagel or their breakfast burritos just hits. Not only it looks delicious, you wanna devour it ASAP. Their drink menu is vast with classic drip, espresso based drinks, milk teas, fresh fruit smoothies to fun ice blended drinks!

Really great new bagel place in Tustin! Wide variety of bagels and different toppings. I got the "world" bagel with jalapeño cream cheese! Staff was friendly, definitely still ironing out some things, but it was their first week open. Plenty of seating inside and space to stand and wait for your order. My only thing is I wish they had vegan cream cheese options for those who can't have regular cream cheese (: I'll be back!

I came in for the grand opening celebration. I was customer #2 which is cool. I was #2 ladt week at another grand opening. I got a free Sourdough bagel with cream cheese. I also got a ham and cheese Croissant and an Eearl Grey tea. I really enjoyed the soft Bagel loaded with cream cheese. The Croissant was light and flakey. It was delicious. Everyone here is so nice. The environment is warm and inviting. This is a nice place.

Came for the grand opening this past weekend and we got 2 bagel sandwiches to try! Both were loaded and the bagel were very good! My favorite was the turkey and bacon which has came with tomato slices as well. The staff were very friendly and this place has a great vibe!

Went in today, not a single person in there. Ordered a whole wheat with cream cheese, sausage, egg and cheese and a jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese bacon, egg and cheese. The girl making the bagels made BOTH wrong. I didn't notice the jalapeño one until we made it home, she put plain cream cheese instead of jalapeño cream cheese. The other bagel I caught in store she put it on a works bagels instead of a whole wheat, I told her that we didn't order a works we ordered a whole wheat she said "you could've told me that instead of waiting until I was done" I responded saying how am I supposed to know if you're making MY order when you guys just finished making 2+ before these for an online order. She stayed quiet then another lady comes out of the restroom and tells the girl making my order that I'm correct it should be on a wheat bagel so she starts re-making it, in between of her finishing the incorrect bagel she touched aluminum foil, stickers they add on the aluminum foil so it doesn't open, a knife to cut and a sharpie to write on AND with those same contaminated gloves she also scooped all the crumbs on the little table and into the trash. I asked if she was going to remake my bagel to change her gloves she automatically got a attitude walked away drank her water and the older lady that had came out of the restroom put gloves and finished the order. I'm not the type to stay quiet I will say something as every paying customer should. That little brat has to go. Also, upon checking my receipt they charged me an even $20 which isn't correct on their menu it says a bagel how we ordered should be 7.50 each that's $15 for 2 with tax definitely shouldn't run up to $20 even. Check your receipts and your orders before you leave this spot people.

Quick service and was here for their grand opening. They had a Bogo deal on bagels. Interestingly they have a Spanish Parmesan bagel. Although they don't have any vegan cream cheese alternatives, they're still quite a variety in bagel options and if you don't want a bagel, you could get a roll as part of more of their hefty specialty sandwiches. Besides breakfast items that even have more of your healthy fruit smoothies and muffins.

The cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese and matcha latte were a nice balance of sweet and creamy. A good breakfast choice.

Just tried 5th Ave Bagelry and I already know this is going to be a repeat spot. Huge bagel selection, so I'd definitely recommend coming early if you want the full lineup. Everything looked fresh and there were so many choices. Here's what I ordered: * Veggie deluxe bagel sandwich on poppy (so good) * Whole wheat bagel with jalapeño cream cheese (my absolute favorite -- perfectly spicy and creamy) * Chicken salad bagel sandwich on sourdough * Fresh red juice * True blueberry smoothie The jalapeño cream cheese alone is worth coming back for, and the veggie bagel sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. I also loved that they offer freshly made juices and smoothies, which makes it easy to balance out a hearty bagel. Great spot for breakfast or lunch, whether you're in the mood for something classic or a little lighter. Really happy to have this place in Tustin -- highly recommend!

The bagels are definitely easier to eat and better tasting than the heavier standard bagels that you normally get from donut shops. They have a great selection of different flavors and they're all made fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful with ideas. The sitting area is large, spacious, and super clean. Parking can be a challenge if you show up after 10 o'clock in the morning. When the other stores open.

The bagels were very disappointing. Very doughy, no flavor and a little stale. The service was fine. And the location was good.

But though the drive through you might get a little impatient with a person ahead unsure what 2 dozen varieties of donuts and a ordering sandwiches. That's why I usually drive/walk in. Parking lot is a little unusual and crowded at times. If you've never been here and want to drive through, you will need to enter from Newport Blvd. or cut through Walgreens Parking lot. Don't be surprised if there is a long line of cars parked along the curb of Old Irvine Avenue. Starbucks next door has two lines getting out of that place. From about 6:30 - 9 Am is sometimes very crowded. This is the only donut shop in town that has my two favorites - red velvet and French cruller. Have never had a stale donut, but I'm not a huge fan of their croissants. Sadly I've had most of their varieties, including the huge apple fritter and maple bars which are good if you can handle 600 or so calories. This is an old building with some tables inside and small eating area outside. I like that all their donuts are made on premises. Yes, most shops cook their own except Dunkin that has theirs made off premises and trucked in. Here's hoping they're around for another 20 years.

The best change I noticed is the lowering of the prices. I was originally appalled at the price that it was for a bagel and cream cheese but when I went a few weeks ago, I noticed they were offering a bagel and cream cheese plus a coffee every Monday through Friday for 5.99. To me this felt like an intentional move to bring people back because it truly was outrageous prices for bagels before this. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I ordered my bagel with cream cheese, I waited 15 minutes for it and I could tell that they were understaffed. Previously, I have ordered ahead, but on this occasion, I did not because how long will it really take to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it. There were people that had been waiting a really long time for their order and guests were frustrated but I will definitely be going back now that the prices are lower and the bagels are very delicious.
