My first impression was the place had no people in it? That is not good. We entered on a Holiday through the back door. The place smelled stuffy and the floor and windows were dirty. There were a few people inside. The server was very nice, and we ordered two sandwiches, both with pastrami. I opened a door to let in some fresh air, but an employee rushed over to shut it? After our food came, I sensed a very hostile environment in there. No one spoke, and there was no friendly questions about how the food tasted. The place was dirty and gloomy. The prices were as high as I have ever paid for a sandwich. The pastrami was the star of the show. It was really good. It could have been cleaner, nicer, friendlier, cheaper, and more festive.

A nice sandwich and salad place with indoor and outdoor dining. Quick and friendly service. My friend and I ordered a salad (Pear & Gorgonzola 10/10 with Balsamic) and a sandwich (Babe Housemade Turkey 7/10). The sandwich lacked luster and was just okay. I might try a different sandwich but we sure enjoyed the salad. They also have some huge cookies for dessert.

Another great sandwich. This time it was the grilled chicken on the French baguette with all the veggies. Great taste. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the outdoor patio.

The location is easy to spot from the street and the interior decor is nice. I went to Bronx sandwich with a few friends for lunch and we enjoyed the authenticity of the deli. I had the New York with provolone instead of the Muenster cheese and the bread was nice and crispy. The order was completed quickly and the cashier was friendly. I will gladly return here in the near future.

Normally this place is pretty decent, but I had a pretty "hairy" experience today. I ordered the Babe with the Parmesan crusted sourdough on DoorDash and found a long hair embedded in the crust. Never again.

Places is clean and has reasonable seating. Service was ok like every other sandwich shop. I ordered the king of queens sandwich corned beef and pastrami on rye. Wow i was impressed was really tasty. The corned beef melted in my mouth with the good swiss cheese adding a creaminess. The bread was crispy and had great flavor. I would definitely recommend this place for a good sandwich!

Our office ordered sandwiches from Bronx for lunch today. They did a good job on the chicken sandwich. The spinach was super fresh, I can always tell by the color of the veggies. The chicken breast was just a tad dry but not too bad. It was tasty. Tuna sandwich was also very good. They did not put a lot of mayo in the tuna salad like most places, which I really liked. Bronx does not skimp on the protein. Will definitely order from this location again.

I can't believe I didn't know about this place. Never going to subway again. Price is a lot better and the flavor is amazing.

But this dessert was solid: pandan jelly, mango, and sticky rice all had a really nice chew to them, and the coconut milk on top kept everything light instead of heavy. Not overly sweet at all, which made it perfect after a meal nearby. Will be back to see if the rest of the menu holds up the same way.

As you enter, greetings from staff echo from the counter. Do you check out the shop or grab a drink and browse? Whatever you do, do not skip the banana cold foam on your drink if you love banana! The hospitality here is evident the moment you walk in. Staff were ready to take our order, answer questions and even checked to see if our drinks were to our liking. Think fashionable design meets European charm for the interior atmosphere, right down to the plates. Morning Lavender offers table seating as well as booths and can accommodate large parties for events. Now for the good stuff- let's talk an Iced Mocha with extra chocolate and an Iced Chai Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The Mocha with extra chocolate was indulgent and velvety with the espresso seamlessly intertwined. A decadent treat to enjoy as the morning started to warm up into the afternoon. Just a suggestion for those who enjoy the richer side of coffee and espresso. A dash of a bit more cream would've added that refined richness. The star of the morning was definitely the Iced Chia Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The description of cold cream hardly captures and embodies what this Banana Cold Foam really is. Think lusciously thick banana smoothie topping off your drink. Impossibly creamy and bursting with ripe banana. Crowning the drink sat a slice of banana bathed on one side in a caramelized sauce similar to crème brûlée. Crunchy peanuts generously scattered on top, making an irresistible contrast in texture. This drink was truly an exceptional culinary experience. I will be back again and again for the Banana Cold Foam.

Had to opportunity to check this place out prior to our trek back to NorCal, immediately following AYCE shabu, and I'm glad I didn't pass up on the opportunity, given that my stomach has seemingly reached full capacity. As we entered, we were gifted the pleasure of a warm greeting by a staff member who then sat us down and gave us first-timers a brief overview of the menu, his recommendations, and a brief history lesson about the origin of Fluffy Fluffy. After some waiting, we were presented with three aesthetically pleasing plates of these highly hyped fluffy pancakes. I then grabbed a knife and fork to cut into the stack of pancakes and was astonished by how... for a lack of better word, fluffy they were. Upon first bite, I expected a rush of sugar to register after a few seconds of chewing. However, that sensation never came. The pancakes were just the right level of sweet. A few minutes later, the plates were completely cleared and I was back to suffering from again reaching full capacity and thought to myself, "when will I ever learn?". All in all, great hospitality from staff, clean and upbeat ambiance, and most importantly excellent dessert items that were easy to consume without the feeling of developing instantaneous diabetes after finishing. Highly recommended.

That said, the Thai Ice tea is good but desserts feel a bit watered down compared to what I remembered. The base prices seem reasonable at first, but once you start adding toppings or upgrades, the total climbs quickly and can be a little shocking at checkout. The HK matcha egg waffle was fresh, warm, and had that perfect contrast: crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Their pepperoni pizza is $13.95. Their donuts are made from yeast using a 40-hour process. I ordered the raspberry glazed, meyer lemon glazed, and vanilla ricotta. The donuts are huge, which I love. However, when I ate them, it was pretty underwhelming. I might be biased because I'm used to cake-based donuts, but I felt them to be bland and dry.
