It's a mix between a 3 and a 4, ultimately I decided a 4 because it's a good ole' sandwich shop. It's decent food. I normally get the breakfast burrito. The sauce is delicious which earns a solid 4. It's a place if I'm in the area or in my way to work, I would get but not a place you would go out of your way. It's not in the nicest strip mall and it's not the cleanest area with many homeless and unsavory people lingering around especially near the 7-11 in the same strip mall. And the business itself isn't too flashy, simply a non-descript storefront. This strip mall always seems to have a lot of cars parked, but I was able to find a spot right in front of the shop. Prices are reasonable. Ordered a regular roast beef and cheese togo and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Nothing really out of the ordinary about the sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients was solid. The bread itself is soft and chewy. They piled on the roast beef - half the sandwich was enough for lunch (ate the other half later in the afternoon). It's a good sandwich, way better than Subway for sure, and I'm definitely going to try other sandwiches on the menu because it's convenient to where I work. The Korean owner seemed friendly enough and I really have no complaints about the service or quality of food. This place is great! It is at the corner of Warner and Grand and is the first shop opposite 7 11. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. You might just have to walk a little during the lunch rush. The menu has a lot of great choices which makes it hard to decide. The staff is super friendly and very patient. They have a wide assortment of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and sides. They also do juices and soothing among other drink selection. I went with the 8 inch meatball and sausage sub and fries. I then saw they had mozzarella sticks and so I got an order of them. All the food was cooked fresh and pretty quickly! Everything was still hot even though I drove it back to work. They have a good amount of seating inside in case you want to eat there. Everything was very tasty and came in good serving portions. For the amount of food you get the prices are very reasonable.
