My office is nearby so I thought I'd give this place a try. Glad I did. It's not in the nicest strip mall and it's not the cleanest area with many homeless and unsavory people lingering around especially near the 7-11 in the same strip mall. And the business itself isn't too flashy, simply a non-descript storefront. This strip mall always seems to have a lot of cars parked, but I was able to find a spot right in front of the shop. Prices are reasonable. Ordered a regular roast beef and cheese togo and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Nothing really out of the ordinary about the sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients was solid. The bread itself is soft and chewy. They piled on the roast beef - half the sandwich was enough for lunch (ate the other half later in the afternoon). It's a good sandwich, way better than Subway for sure, and I'm definitely going to try other sandwiches on the menu because it's convenient to where I work. The Korean owner seemed friendly enough and I really have no complaints about the service or quality of food. Surprised there aren't more reviews for this place - it's a solid option for a weekday lunch. read more

This place is great! It is at the corner of Warner and Grand and is the first shop opposite 7 11. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. You might just have to walk a little during the lunch rush. The menu has a lot of great choices which makes it hard to decide. The staff is super friendly and very patient. They have a wide assortment of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and sides. They also do juices and soothing among other drink selection. I went with the 8 inch meatball and sausage sub and fries. I then saw they had mozzarella sticks and so I got an order of them. All the food was cooked fresh and pretty quickly! Everything was still hot even though I drove it back to work. They have a good amount of seating inside in case you want to eat there. Everything was very tasty and came in good serving portions. For the amount of food you get the prices are very reasonable. I was actually heading to Subway when I noticed this place so I figured I'd try it out. Since it was a sandwich I figured it wasn't the end of the world if it sucked. It's your typical lunch spot with a few tables and a board of items behind the counter. I decided to go with the first item on the menu- the Italian sandwich. I liked the bread it was on, I thought it tasted great, and it was one of the better ones that I have had. It's just one experience but I'll definitely want to check it out again to see if the other sandwiches compare. What I didn't like is that all the tables were dirty. I can't believe no one has reviewed this place yet, does no one know about Mega Subs? So my roomie/BFF and I found out about this place when we got their menu on our door a few months ago. I guess it used to be called A 1's (I don't know if the ownership has changed, or just the name). Anyhoo, the BFF works at the preschool about a block away from here, so when I go to meet her for lunch we'll often choose this place. Sure, it's not THE BEST sandwich I've ever had, but it's not too shabby. They have a huge selection of sandwiches, baked potatoes, sides, and other miscellaneous items. They keep the place nice and tidy, and I'm a fan of the fact they have a decent condiment bar stocked with jalapenos, peperoncinis, and pickles. The staff is always friendly, the service is always quick, and the food is always very tasty.
