I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber Eats today from this location, and after taking a bite, I realized that there was a DEAD FLY stuck to the bottom of my sandwich. The items had clearly not been tampered with through transport, and the fly is really embedded in that bread like it's been there for a while. I'm so disappointed by this incident today because I have always enjoyed jersey mikes and I have never had a bad experience with them but this today was so disgusting and I'm very concerned at the lack of care from the employees to not at least double check the quality of their products or at least notice a whole fly stuck on something that their customers are paying for. You really couldn't just miss it because at one glance it is clear that it is not just a piece of seasoning or anything you can clearly see a wing and legs. I placed a Catering order for 48 sandwiches on 5/27/26- I received the conformation number. I went in to pick up my order the NEXT day at the appointed time 11:00am - for an important meeting beginning at 11:30 am. They had NO sandwiches ready. Told me they "Don't know" what happened to my order, no real apology nothing. They proceeded to pack boxes of sandwiches & hand them off to delivery drivers for pick up, until I had enough & let them know I need my order filled NOW. It was AWFUL I was an hour late for my meeting with a new company, and the team at this location did not seem to care about my inconvenience. I wont ever go back to this location. Great Sandwiches! Horrible customer service, specifically from the woman in the photos. I'm writing to report a negative experience I had at your location due to an employee's behavior and lack of basic customer service. When placing my order, I clearly stated that I wanted a cheesesteak. However, the employee repeatedly referred to my order as "chicken," even after I corrected her multiple times. At one point, she asked "chicken or steak," and I again confirmed steak. After ordering, we were told to step off the line and that our order would be called. When our order was ready, only one sandwich was provided instead of two. When we asked about the missing sandwich, the same employee said, "Oh, I forgot because they got out of the line," which reflects a lack of attention and accountability. When we tried to resolve the issue, she dismissively told us to "get in line," rather than helping fix the mistake. This entire interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled -- from start to finish -- was unacceptable. **Since we were unable to obtain her name, we do have a photo of the employee to help identify who was involved.** I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that future customers do not have a similar experience. read more

We love this location! We drive out of our way from Irvine (about 6 miles to this particular location because it's so much better than the ones near our home). The staff are always friendly, polite, and they always get our order correct (I usually order it ahead of time on the app and just pick it up). Just got door dash and it was hideous. The most stale wheat bread that I have ever had. And I got it Mikes way add mayo, so the oil & vinegar and mayo should've softened it up a bit. But nope. Any half decent quality control would have never sent a sandwich out like that. The bread was a brick. My only hope is that a night in the fridge softens it up. The cleanliness is just not there, the soda machine has mold all over it, the tomatoes are just sitting there in the their own juice, the slicer is full of other types of meat which is just terrible cross contamination. The only thing keeping this review at a 2 star and not a 1 star is the service, you do have some friendly staff but that's still not acceptable for this place to be so dirty! read more

This was my first time ever having a sandwich from this specific Jersey Mike's, and I'm glad I chose to eat here. I always get the chicken bacon ranch sandwich on the rosemary bread. Would give zero stars. Will not return to this location. They skimp on cheese big time. We ordered a giant sized club sub ($20 sandwich) and felt ripped off. Cheese is paper thin and barely there. Couldn't even taste the cheese in the sandwich. Never seen cheese sliced so thinly at a sandwich place. The cheese was even thinner than the ham. The restaurant is dirty and hot inside.
