Came here for Cow Appreciation Day and was treated to a free entree for dressing like a cow. We had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and 8 piece Grilled nuggets. Both were really good. I've always enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Sandwich but today was my first time to have the grilled nuggets. Very flavorful and tender and low calorie protein! Wanted to give a shout out to team member Sharon. She was amazing! I've never seen another team member work so hard with a big smile on her face. So this is what I get when I open my spicy deluxe, for the past months after eating or taking the first bite I regret eating here :/ Might not be a big deal but just eating my sandwich now is NOT FKN satisfying just because the whole bread top is stuck to the cheese and the bun is thin and I feel like I'm eating bread crumbs. Cleaning staff needs to be better trained and more diligent. We waited for a while to get someone to clean the table. He did a very sloppy wipe down and the table and seats still have dirty stuff on them. We also noticed that he didn't clean the other tables that were empty and dirty after he cleaned ours. Breakfast food was still good but they ran out of honey again which is what we like to put on our breakfast sandwich. Overall, it's still an excellent option for chicken sandwich. read more

I visited today and ordered only mac & cheese and fries, making it clear I did not want the chicken strips. Despite this, the cashier kept charging/adding the chicken strips to my order. The cashier was polite, but she appeared unsure about the menu and didn't seem properly trained on the new item. It turned a simple order into a frustrating, time-consuming experience. We were there with three kids under 5 years old and she was very attentive and helpful offering us a high chair and stickers and cleaning up for us when we needed trash removed from our space, and offering more sauces. I've eaten out way too many times today. We ate out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was content not eating dinner, but I was craving Chick-fil-A waffle fries, so we went to the drive-thru. We ended up also getting the 30-piece chicken nuggets and a bag of Chick-fil-A Sauce Flavored Waffle Potato Chips. Those chips are a a game changer! I wouldn't normally get chips because their waffle fries are too good not to get every single time, but the chips were really good. It had notes of honey mustard and a smoky tang. read more

Clean, clean, and I mean Clean. That is what I like. The employees take pride in working at this location. They place flowers on the tables, will come around and clean up your used items, or they will refill your drinks for you. The service is better than a lot of restaurants in the area. They upgraded the take out drive through. This is a showcase location for Chick-fil-A. The bathroom are too small for how many people go to this restaurant. The high school kids who frequent the place can get too rowdy for some of who like it quiet, however, this is a great place for lunch. read more

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but when a place forgets three items on my drive-through order, it feels needed. Make sure to check your orders before you drive off. They never once repeated my order to me which should've been a red flag. I trusted them, paid premium for items that when I got home weren't even in the bag they gave me. Crazy work and sports schedules, we are a fan of this chain. This location, however, is a poorly run franchise. So disappointed by my latest visit - the franchise operator was there by the way, and made no attempt to interact. Placed a mobile order at 11:37am on 5/30/23, arrived and then waited over 20 minutes inside the restaurant for it to be prepared. For some reason it didn't come through on their computer so they never started it even though I initiated pick up through the app. That must be why so many other people were served before I was. Take it home only to find that there were no sauces included for the nuggets or sandwiches. My salad was missing the dressing, toppings, and utensil. Because we like condiments, I called the restaurant back to let them know I was coming in to get a new salad as it had now been 25 minutes since I picked up my order. Nobody on the phone apologized to me, and when I arrived nobody apologized to for me having to come back due to their mistake. Only saying that it was my fault that I somehow did not ask for sauces. Even after renovations, new staff. This still has to be one of the worst CFA's in Irvine. I understand that breakfast ends at 10:30 AM, but don't keep the online ordering until 10:30 AM if you're not gonna have any breakfast "available." My girl placed an online pick up order from the Jamboree Irvine location. I went ahead to pick up, but it was after 10:30am which is their breakfast cut-off time. As i proceeded to their window, i am faced with Stephany, manager, and I am told they will not provide with the order. As she starts getting irritated with me, lack of patience, lack of service, lack of kindness, I requested to speak to her supervisor. Now, keep in mind she is irritated, she looks at me and almost with an aggravated tone saying -I AM THE SUPERVISOR. Now, lets pause for a second. This fast food chain has Stephany as their sole supervisor? I do not think that is the case. Stephany not only unprofessionally handle the situation, but also lies to us as customers. After me getting frustrated, she hands me out a business card. I asked her to write her name on the back, and she tells me to calm down. If I went to any other restaurant or hotel or hospitality establishment, I would be asked to park on the side, and they would make my request. My order was some biscuits and little items. Nothing difficult. I had already paid, I am just picking it up and I am super patient. But when I am told stories which I know they are lying, that is when I really get annoyed. This Stephany gal not only has no couth, but lacks of professionalism. Whomever taught her manners, gets a zero from me. If I were her, I would find a way to attend some type of school so they can teach her better. In other countries women are taught many valuable skills aside manners.
