We love the Chick-fil-A organization as a whole. But there is only one branch that we have consistently had poor service. And it is this branch. We once met the operator here, Jarod McBride. He is super nice, but he is not always here. There are a few nice coworkers. But there are a few that just make the whole culture here really stink. Nancy is one such employee. This is the worse Chik-Fil-A ever. They've gotten my drive-thru order wrong three times out of the last five-six times I've gone through the drive-thru. It's almost like they're trying to get it wrong. What made me so mad to write this review is that they got my order wrong today after they told me to pull forward. It's pouring rain. The girl hands me my order and runs back. I look at my order and it's completely wrong. Only one of the four item is correct. I have to park and go inside in pouring rain (the main reason I went through drive-thru) and it still takes many minutes to fix my order. If you can, stay away from this location. Unfortunately it's the closest location to us. So I guess, we just won't be having much Chick-Fil-A in the future. read more

So they FINALLY reopened, and it's such a convenient location for us. My kids were thrilled with the updated playplace and its clean enough. They should have hand sanitizer stations around it though. Food is always good, though I think my spicy chicken sandwich was just regular. The lemonade is always delicious. They used to keep ketchup packets out but there were none, had to ask a team member. Highly impressed how good the service was. Shout out to the host (Asian lady). She helped out with everything from putting a place mat down on our table, clearing our table, to getting us sauce and she didn't stop. So attentive and caring. Recently my boyfriend and I went to the market place location. I left my purse and we called back about two hours later to see if it was found and they stated it was not found. I knew I had left it so we went back in person to talk to them, the night shift manager that we spoke to on the phone said it was not back there once again . NOAH at the front counter then overheard and let us know it WAS there and so he jumped into action to help and ask around because he said he saw someone turn it in. After some time he came back with the bag! He modeled such good customer service and was the only person who cared enough to actually look for my bag. Love this location. The drive-thru line has two lanes that merge into one, and it always goes pretty quickly (especially compared to the Tustin Legacy location). The food is your standard Chick Fil-A stuff, so the quality doesn't vary much from other locations I've been to. I went through the drive thru at night and something just tasted off. My fries and nuggets were slightly soggy. It was my first time at this location. I'm thinking the oil was just not hot enough or the food needed to be cooked a little longer. Or perhaps the food was not as fresh and had been sitting out for a while before I got to the drive thru - I'm not sure! Came again today, it is so sad to see how down hill the staff here has gone. Nobody is smiling, everyone looks genuinely miserable. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. The food is still good, but I wish the management could do something about the terrible staff situation. Sigh! I hate writing this because my friend works there.
