Did a carry out order, and let's just say craazy portion size if I had paid 9.99 for the tender deal cuz my pieces looked like boneless chicken pieces. I think if i paid fulled price I would've asked to switch. I expected like 3 pieces of the first piece size as its a tender and kind of got 2.5 pieces. They make carry out orders a little early so you can probanly come early. Kinda salty, good fries. Inside is clean and pick up was fast. Pick up lady a bit sharp, but workers seem chill Lakers garlic- heavy breading, garlicky, salty -- sort of like garlic parm without the parm and a little sweeter Fries- definitely get with hot honey seasoning so good. They had a huge cup of honey mustard The mix it your own fountain ran out of ginger syrup, but overall clean and relatively fast in n out. Wingstop is a bit too salty for me, but the location seemed to handle the volume well. Just like tender pieces should be tender sized read more

Horrible service. Manager up front short women with black curly hair (I assume since she was doing paperwork upfront) looked like she's been waiting my arrival to purposely go out of her way to give an attitude and horrible energy. Told her I I took the napkins and she at me disgusted. I've had bad days but I can't imagine the energy she is using to give out this horrible presence. Praying for the workers and the regular costumers at this establishment. read more

Delivery driver was lost when delivery instructions clearly said where to drop off food and the bag seal was ripped open and it looks like someone was eating the food. Just your usual and consistent Wingstop in Irvine. They do a good job with their wings as most locations do. I'm always a fan of dry rub wings since they usually get less soggy and have much more of a crisp to it. Blue cheese dressing is the way to do with these wings! I am always a fan of the Louisiana rub and the Lemon pepper so that's always my Go-to choice. Only critique with most of the chain restaurants like this is the maintenance and the management. Tables are not wiped even though it was just my table and another one here so I had wiped my own table. The Louisiana rub was barely on it or even rubbed on. Little things like that and cleanliness could be something to focus on maybe a little more. read more

Poorly managed. The customer service is terrible. I was there to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there and had to keep asking for the order and waited for 40 min. The staff were all joking and laughing like clowns and would not make the food. It was so bizarre! Their lunch staff are terrible! They should not be working with the public or handling food! All the tables are dirty and gross just like their attitudes. Make sure to call corporate if you experience this with the staff as the manager does not address it or care! read more

Live, Love, Laugh, Wingstop. My recent addiction has been getting wingstop and I can always count of them. Personally, I'm not a boneless girl but I will eat it if it's from wingstop. My favorite flavors are Hot Honey and Lemon Pepper. Cannot go wrong with these two. read more

I usually love Wingstop, but this recent visit was pretty disappointing. The chicken sandwich that I got my girlfriend was not cooked properly. The texture of the chicken was like that of rubber and hard to chew. It almost felt like you were chewing on rubber and you had to bite and tear off the chunks of meat just to get a bite. The rubbery texture can even be shown with me trying to stab the chicken with my fork, but it behaves like uncooked chicken. My girlfriend was complaining about the chicken sandwich until I asked to inspect the chicken and I found out the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Anyways, the fries were crispy and the lemon pepper boneless wings were pretty solid. It's dangerous to serve improperly cooked chicken. read more

This place is always busy and for good reason! My food has always been hot and freshly made. You can even see the kitchen and watch them cook if you choose. The chicken is juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked. And so flavorful! My favorite would be the lemon pepper wings, but the entire menu is delicious. There is lots of seating inside, and a table outside. Oh, and the employees are so nice! I highly recommend this location. read more

The service was extremely horrible here, had to send my husband to pick up my order he said my name and showed the order and the lady at the front was clueless saying the food wasn't there kept asking for more proof...she eventually found it but was very rude about the whole thing. Disappointed! read more

Ordered the 20 piece boneless meal deal and a chicken sandwich from ubereats and was not disappointed. The fries were extra seasoned like I requested, the chicken was tender, and I got extra boneless wings in my boxes! The new/limited time sweet chili glaze flavor is okay, but it was a little soggy when I got it. This location is clean and the staff is nice when I've been in person, but I tend to order online because it's faster. read more

I'm extremely disappointed and frankly appalled by the level of service and hygiene at your store. One of your female employees -- Hispanic, wearing glasses -- was completely unprofessional and rude. She didn't bother to check our online order confirmation number and instead gave us a completely wrong order with just 3 wings when we clearly ordered 16. She made us go back and forth to the store because of her incompetence, and not once did she take responsibility or even apologize. Instead, she kept making excuses like "I thought you were walk-in" -- which is absurd. It's her job to confirm whether a customer is a walk-in or an online order, especially when there are multiple orders with the same name. That is basic customer service. She clearly didn't care. What's worse -- when we finally got the correct order, there was a hair in the food. That is absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of your establishment. This isn't just bad service -- this is unacceptable. I hope you seriously address both the attitude of your staff and the sanitary conditions of your kitchen. No customer should have to deal with this. read more

We got the double combo to go which included 15 boneless wings, 2 drinks, and a large fries. The wings were cooked well and the buffalo and lemon pepper flavors were great. I love the machine they have for drinks because you can combine custom flavors. It's also fun to watch the staff make orders while waiting for your own. They are pretty busy so it takes a while to get your order, which is really the only downside, but worth it for the wings. read more

A few different points to make here for the review. 1. The wings were really juicy which is fantastic 2. The hottest sauce isn't hot at all and probably on par with the BWW spicy garlic. If you are looking for heat, you won't find it here. That being said, it was the tastiest of the 3 sauces we got. 3. The 2 other sauces didn't really cover the wings at all and one was a dry rub that resembled a naked wing. 4. Ordered at 5pm for a 6pm pick up. When you arrive, the person at the cashier will click your name so they can start your order. You heard that right, if you put an order in for pickup, it will not be started till you get there. This resulted in an over 15 minutes wait for wings that should have been ready. When I asked what the point of ordering ahead of time, the answer I got was, "these are the orders we currently have" and the guy pointed to the board of orders. Which honestly, who cares when you ordered ahead of time. If you cannot figure your timing out, you probably shouldn't work in food or you need to fix your website to not allow overloading of orders. 5. The wings were not crispy, this was probably due to the fact that it was a to-go order. I can't fault them because of the juicy wings, but because of this fact, I suggest eating in the restaurant to get crispy and juicy. Maybe it is a manager issue in the inability to time food, manage orders, or everything else, but if nothing is changed then they probably won't be there too much longer as it was empty on the first day of the NFL season. read more

Some of the worst costumer service I've received. Completely disregarding the customer and prioritizing socializing with other staff

The best wings in the town specially the lemon pepper, and the original the Ranch sauce is just perfect ,

The food is pretty good, the flavors are consistent but there are definitely some issues at this location concerning the cleanliness of the place, along with the service not being the greatest, but like I said the food is great so if you're able to overlook that you'll have a great experience read more

Horrible Horrible service by manager Went pick up my order, came back home and my wings were all dried and hard all burnt Called the store, and they said " Pretty much we cant do anything about it" That is the worst answer they can give you, managers are the example of the store, and they treat customers like that, For sure not coming back to this store! read more

Solid spot for wings! Make sure to call first and place your order to-go as it saves a lot of time. If you order in store, it's usually a 20-30min wait. Sometimes they forget certain stuff so always check your orders once you get them. read more

Went for lunch yesterday with daughter. It was really busy and service was fine. There was two tables available and both were filthy. There was a guy fixing the soda machine when we were there. The tables had ranch drippings and crumbs. Kitchen seemed organized. We waited 30 min for 10 wings bone in and chicken tenders. Definitely shouldn't take that long for that. The chicken was overcooked and dry on my bone in wings. I got grossed out when the buffalo chicken wing I was about to eat actually still had feathers on it. I would call the company that provides those wings to you. That's horrible! Trash outside was overflowing and seasonings on the garlic Parm wings were lacking. read more

I haven't been to wingstop in a while due to prior quality concerns: soggy uncooked fries and skimping on the wing sauce, but I was pleasantly surprised on my latest visit. The food was very good and tasty, like it should be. The fries were crispy and soft, a unique combo that wingstop is known for, and the wings had plenty of sauce. Hope they can keep up the quality!! read more

I got the chicken sandwich from this location in The Crossroads plaza to see what all the hype was about. I got the original hot sandwich and that was my first mistake. I should've have gotten spicy Korean or Louisiana rub. The chicken did not taste fresh at all and it was too buffalo flavor than expected. The bun tasted stale and the sandwich as a whole just lacked impact. The service was fine, just picked it up after I placed and online order. The inside seemed a little grimy and disorganized so I chose to eat my sandwich elsewhere. With so many quality chicken sandwiches available in the OC area, I see no reason to add Wingstop to the rotation. read more

Low ratings for a reason... had me waiting for over 40 mins for 20 boneless wings, large fries, large corn. Wow I ordered 75 wings and when I asked for ranch they said it is a separate charge! But when I order just 6 wings ranch comes complimentary??? They said it is 1.61 for a small side of ranch, I can walk across next store to target and buy a whole bottle that price Well its good to know I will go to FIREWINGs next time better quality food and ranch comes with the purchase. And better ambiance huge ass tvs, bar and air condition. I walked in the store its felt like a sauna. Went here again super pleased with what I got. I got to try the hot honey seasoning this time, and it was immaculate. I never did expect it to taste that good. By far my favorite flavor. Paired with the ranch France + the hot honey sauce. Yes. Hot honey sauce. It can't get any better. The hot honey sauce itself taste has a candy bbq profile. It is very nice. I like it. Finally tried them. Sorry not impressed. Not sure what the hype is here. Not to mention they are overpriced. We ordered about $100 worth food. Let me start off by saying that we have ordered from Wingstop in Irvine for many years. We already accepted the near doubling of prices since the pandemic but, this week, our 20 tenders fit in one box instead of two because all 20 of them were small. In our household, that has always been enough for four full meals, but these tenders were more like nuggets and were only enough for two partial meals. The taste was good and the order was otherwise correct. I spoke with the employee there, but he counted 20 nugget-sized pieces in one box, so he said there was nothing I could do. Double the price for less than half the quantity of food is a ripoff. Without a remedy, I do not think my family will ask me to pick up Wingstop again. read more

God I will live and swear by wingstop. Their mango habanero and bbq is so good. I personally like eating more mango habanero boneless wings(i'm going to call them nuggets) than the bbq boneless wings. I ordered on the app and ordered 6 mango habanero and 4 bbq. For some reason, every time I do that, I always somehow get a couple extra nuggets. I would recommend this location, it's solid. read more

Your typical Wingstop. Service is fast, and the food is good. The location alone makes this my go-to Wingstop

service is horrible. if you're expecting to receive your small order in just under an hour then this the place for you!

NO CASH ACCEPTED AT THIS LOCATION Apparently this location does not accept cash, you have to use a debit or credit card. When I pressed the person taking my order, he made it clear that all the other Wing Stop locations accept cash, but this specific location doesn't...interesting... I could understand it we were still in the middle of a pandemic and they wanted to cut down on hand to hand contact, however the implementation of "No Cash" suggests that the employees were stealing it, or they were accepting fake bills, I mean why would the business owner want to pay an extra 3% on their credit and debit card transactions? I would assume, that the 3% they pay to process their credit/debit transactions is far less that the amount of money being stolen or fake bills being accepted. Such a shame they are passing down the inconvenience down to the consumer. read more

tl,dr: Likes: + Though this location wasn't on PostMates, thankfully it is on DoorDash. + Deliverer dropped off 5min early. + Very unique chicken wings flavoring and crunchiness. + Meal comes with uniquely seasoned fries. + My favorite is the lemon pepper flavor. Non-likes: - Very expensive, albeit very delicious and crunchy food. - If I omit the drink, the subtotal should shave off a few bucks. - The limited-time flavor Blazed & Glazed didn't taste great. I paid: $14.59 Med 8pc Wing Combo, classic + $6.99 delivery charge + $1.13 tax + tip = $28.71 read more
