Very nice and friendly staff, restaurant smells amazing as they're cooking your food.

These guys are just the best at catering. I've only done pickup, so can't speak to delivery services. But they package everything so well. Just stack the boxes of bagged platters into your trunk. We'll get to the food, but this part is important too. Ok, food. This is basically upscale Panda: less oil and sugar while still delicious. Orange chicken is a must, it's always destroyed by guests. Chicken and vegetable are the "gluten free" go to. Of course, if splurging, beef and broccoli is solid. Egg fried rice and chow mein are both necessary. Oh and ask for the complimentary rice that comes with every cater order. read more

This Pick Up Stix location is always clean, the food is fresh, and the service is excellent. Julieta is especially wonderful. She is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and she always makes customers feel appreciated. She represents the company exceptionally well and is a big reason I enjoy coming back. Highly recommended! read more

+ Decent food. - Kinda dry though. + Nice, efficient service. + Ample parking. + Conveniently located on my way between Irvine destinations. + No upcharge for brown rice. - It's called Asian, but the food is more Americanized than authentic Asian. + Pleasant ambience. I had: $13.49 Mongolian steak, brown rice + $12.49 Teriyaki chicken, brown rice + tax = $27.99 read more

Yeah, not sure if this is location specific or corporate wide? It's been a couple years since I've been here...and it was bad. I asked about the Thai Curry and was drawn in by the comment, "are you okay with hot?" The answer is yes, oh and include hot mustard. Unfortunately it was flat on all levels. No sense of a good Thai curry taste & the hot mustard? This is a dressing that should start at your sinuses and move to your palette...none of that. Very bummed. They did well...before pleasing the masses? I understand business practices and evolvement. Sorry, won't be participating in this one moving forward. Good luck. read more

Placed order online for pickup. Checked off the additional sauces that I wanted added (at no extra charge). I went in with a few friends that placed their order online. One person wanted to get an appetizer and decided to order on arrival. Their credit card machine was down so she couldn't order. Inside is set up like a y other fast food restaurant. When I got back and looked in bag the additional sauces were not added. It looks like they do get busy so order handling is not that efficient. Good and portion size was pretty good. Located in a plaza so parking is not an issue. read more

Well, this was the first time that I have visited a Pick Up Stix. My first impressions, were not great as we saw the cook take back our order slip 8 minutes after we had ordered. We then waited about another 15 min to get our food. Now, I am a fan of Thai food, and these Drunken Noodles were lacking a ton of flavor. However, I did taste my friend's Grilled Bourbon Chicken which on the contrary had a ton of flavor. For as slow as this place was and us being the only dine-in customers, our food did take a long time. For as long as it took, we expected a lot of flavor but oh well. I would love to give this a second chance but after my first experience, it will be a while before returning here. read more

I work in the offices right by here and never thought to try this place. But I finally decided to give it a try today! It was amazing! We got the house chicken and steak with chow mein and white rice. Both were delicious and made to order so it was very hot and fresh. The chow mein was amazing and not chewy at all! We ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes. There was plenty of seating inside as well. I'll definitely be back, great spot for a quick lunch! read more

We stopped by here on our way back to Las Vegas and WOW the service here was beyond amazing! The staff was EXTREMELY nice the place was very clean and staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely eat here! read more

I used to really enjoy eating Pick Up Stix and would get excited when my parents would bring home the red containers of food. This chain overall has gone downhill. I recently ordered the white meat house special chicken and drunken noodles. The house special chicken was dry and thick in some pieces and just overall did not appear well cooked. Several pieces felt like dark meat too. They also serve it in a plastic plate now which seems to contain a smaller quantity than before. I did not like the flavor as much as I used to. The drunken noodles were undercooked in several of them leaving a raw and rubbery taste, and while the chicken here was actually white meat, it was tougher to eat and didn't taste too great. I was disappointed with each dish overall after having a craving for something I really used to enjoy. On top of that, they used to freely give the packets of crunchy noodles, which you now have to ask for. I asked for some packets and the guy handed me one. I asked for a few more since I was getting food for my family and he handed me just one more. Quite stingy and the packets are also barely filled. They used to be a lot more filled up and now there's hardly any anyways. Not to mention they were just on the verge of being stale. Not at all like how they used to be. So all 3 components of the meal were a miss and not something I enjoyed or want to pay money for again. Guess this is the end of me being a Pick Up Stix customer after so long. read more

Really weird pad Thai, and especially the chicken. It didn't feel like solid chicken pieces at all, more like ground up chicken that was slapped together into pieces. Greasy. And left me headed to the bathroom, unfortunately. Ugh. This was my first Pick Up Stix in years and I do not feel the need to go back. read more

I've ordered from this location a few times and I don't know what it was this time around but the food was pretty bad. All three items. Shrimp way too salty and zucchini hardly cooked. Mongolian beef was gross and noodles soggy. My favorite, house special chicken, did not taste the same as usual. Definitely turned me off ordering again. read more

Besides the choices of meals and food items, this location is a great experience due to their friendly and accommodating staff, but even moreso, sticks out because of Manager Julieta, a jewel of the Restaurant. Not only is Julieta friendly and will work with you on any 'special request', she is always there for her customers in a friendly and professional manner. Keep up the great service Julieta thanks as always HP and CL read more

The staff here is super kind. Which makes coming to this location special. The store is clean and the food tastes great.

I do want to say that the hot honey spicy chicken has an awesome taste. unfortunately I can't say much about customer service. As I walked into the restaurant their was a very bad smell and to top it off the girl attending the receiving area had a face like she was upset and when I asked a question she kept saying what? until I got closer to her ( I wasn't going to scream). when the food was ready the same girl brought the food to the table and did I say, she has long nails? well her nails were inside touching my food? and all she did was put the plate on the table and acted as of nothing had happened, then she continued telling me about the sauces ???? I didn't complained because jobs are hard to come by. but she really needs to get her act together. read more

I got the drunken noodles, and they weren't bad! I asked for extra spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. The actual noodles were pretty oily which I didn't love. The mushrooms from the Mongolian beef were super good though! The worker was really nice, but I probably won't be getting the drunken noodles again! There's plenty of seating inside and outside, and parking is easy to find! read more

We'll massively disappointed with the orange honey chicken. The flavor was so strong I could not eat it. Same thing with the noodles. I normally love this but man not even my husband who eats everything could not eat it. It was drenched and like a concentrated flavor. The only reasons it got 2 stars is the cream cheese wontons were delicious. Order number 467328642672801 read more

After regrettably consuming 10% of this order of House Special Chicken and egg rolls, the rest is in the garbage and now I'm cooking dinner. Yuck. Arrived secured and then went downhill. Ordered extra sauce but they packaged chicken and rice together. The rice became saturated and inedible. Paid for all white meat; what arrived was not pleasant. The two egg rolls were soaking in grease. You could actually squeeze and get drops of oil; an unpleasant first. Wasted money; regret this experience. read more

Great service and food. Juliet is super nice and provides excellent customer service.

Something for the whole family! Our family of four has some very picky eaters from vegetarians to kids with specific tastes. We all eat here, enthusiastically and love the different flavors. My daughter loves the orange chicken. I love the spicy Kung pow and my youngest one appreciates the noodles that she can eat by herself The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very kind and brought us all the condiments on the table, 5 stars would eat again. read more

One star is an understatement. Julietta or however you spell that morons name, is not just the worst employee I have ever had the unfortunate privilege to work with, but she is a horrible person as well. I placed a doordash order and they gave the order to the wrong person. I called because the dasher was waiting for around 15 minutes at this point. Julietta picked up the phone and I asked what was going on with the order they gave to the wrong person. She laughed and asked if I still wanted it and if they should make it again. I was taken back and asked "You haven't even started making it?" And she laughed at me again and I told her "Don't laugh at me, it's not funny." She then played stupid and said she didn't know what happened to the order and went on this tangent about things she doesn't know, I told her to shut up and she laughed again. I asked if she was the manager and she said no, I asked to speak to one and she laughed at me hard and hung up. So I drove up there. I saw Julietta and I said "We talked on the phone and I asked to speak to a manager and you laughed at me and hung up." She started to raise her voice at me so I did as well. She was talking a mile a minute and I finally yelled and told her to shut the F up. I started cursing now and she cursed at me too. We had an argument and I said I wanted the food refunded and her behavior is not ok, probably in some much stronger vocabulary. I don't care at this point, she drove me to this point. She proceeded to tell me she doesn't care about her job or anything and I can just throw the food away and that she spit in it. I wanted so badly to throw the food at her. I've never been so pissed off with some stupid person before. I am 100% contacting the manager, owner and the better business bureau. Look at the reviews. There's a reason they're so low. read more

Pick Up Stix has been ok in the past but I stopped into this one in the shopping center on Harvard in Irvine. First, there was only one guy taking orders, cooking the food and packing orders. Didn't help that the guy in front of me ordered multiple dishes do I had to wait for my food. We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Thai Curry Chicken with a pair of spring rolls. Kung Pao Chicken came out a bit vinegary tasting. My Thai Curry Chicken was ok but a lot of peppers and onions and not much chicken breast meat. But even the chicken was tough to eat. Spring rolls were very mushy inside and the dipping sauce was thin and weak. Overall, for $32, not that appetizing. Think I'll skip this place in the future. read more
