I ordered a spicy chicken DELUXE no pickles through the drive through. At the drive throw, there's no extensive menu on the people going to take your order and they just charge you without a receipt so I was charged a regular spicy chicken sandwich. So I have to go in to get it changed , then the cashier goes oh sorry let me just charge you for the lettuce tomato and cheese , then they were just going to give me that on the side for me to make my sandwich myself?!?!? Chick Fil A is always my go to place for fast food. It's fast, taste is good, quality seems good and their service is usually great here. This place is usually crowded but also worth waiting for. Especially when you don't want to cook and the kids enjoy it as well. The noise is usually average but can get loud because they're very busy. Jacob definitely made our day with his positive energy! My friend and I felt very welcomed and his tone set our day off to a right start. Loved the positive attitude Jacob! Love to come to Chick-fil-A even more. read more

However... chic fila is known for its "My Pleasure" and happy customer service. I think it was lacking the sunshine here. As a parent of young children, indoor playgrounds at restaurants have become a must. Unfortunately, most of those fast food restaurants aren't that great. Chick-fil-A saves the day with great food everyone in our family can enjoy! And their waffle fries are my favorite style fry out of all the fastfood chains. I didn't realize how special this location was until I had multiple bad experiences at the other nearby location. The other location would randomly close their play place for no reason. And with no warning. Thankfully this indoor playground is bigger and always open! We usually order a large box of nuggets for our girls and french fries. If I do eat something here I usually order the classic fried chicken sandwich. But usually I just finish the nuggets that my girls don't eat. I absolutely, hands down, love the service here! Friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. And I very much appreciate that if you ask, you can get complimentary plastic table covers for your kids. My girls love the bright colors and we bring stickers for them to decorate it! We come here often and will be back soon! read more

This location can get pretty busy due to the location, as its tucked closer to the corner of the plaza and its adjacent to In-N-Out, which also attracts a decent crowd. Even though traffic can get bad, there is plenty of parking in the plaza itself. The location seems to handle drive-thru without a hitch and the main dining area is spacious enough. The customer service has been good too, and they even have a mobile order pick up area for those that are just grabbing online orders. Pricing-wise it's about the same with all over chick fil a locations, as my go-to chicken sandwich with waffle cut fries still amounts to about $10. Overall, the quality has been consistent, the service has been quick, and wouldn't mind returning to this location. read more

Hair in coffee :( I feel bad for writing this review but I can't defend this place anymore T-T. I'd visited many times before and sure, they'd mess up my order every other visit but they're human. I want to cut them some slack, they're always busy and the line is usually long. However, this is when I realized the workers prepping orders don't care about food safety. After eating my sandwich, I went shopping at nearby stores. Halfway through shopping and sipping from my coffee I noticed a hair floating in it the entire time. T-T I was so disgusted. I checked myself in case it was mine and got there somehow. I checked to make sure it wasn't just stuck to the side of the cup. But it really was floating in there. My hair is bleached/colored, it had been tied up throughout my trip, and I hadn't opened my drink. Super unhygienic! The employees taking orders outside are always super nice but the people prepping the orders inside just don't care I guess :((( read more

This Chick-fil-A did a good job along with the Woodbury location of absorbing the overflow from the long renovation closure of the Marketplace location. The service and courtesy at almost any Chik-fil-A will be excellent as here. Chicken entrees, sides, drinks and dessert are always well-prepared, just as at the Woodbury and Marketplace locations. The drive through can be a bit messy as they are right next door to an In-N-Out, so if you are picking up or dining in, park around the corner and avoid the crowd of cars. read more

Located in the Tustin District, this Chick-fil-A can get busy during lunch, but the service is still relatively quick. The only challenge is the parking lot entering into the area can be difficult if you're entering from the side entrance, well the real challenge is actually leaving during the rush hour. The food itself is relatively standard, the chicken nuggets that I typically get is crunchy and tasty. Plenty of choices of sauce, I'd recommend the regular chick-fil-a sauce or the Polynesian sauce. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoor seating. The drive thru line also moves fairly quickly as well. Overall, it's a solid place to grab a quick bite. read more

I've been a Chick-fil-A fan for my entire life and it has always been my go-to fast food option. Unfortunately however, the quality of the food has degraded enormously the past year or so, specifically the chicken. Service and everything else has remained great, but the quality of food is absolutely disgusting at this point. To the point that we feel gross thinking about getting Chick-fil-A and just needed to literally eat gum after eating at Chick-fil-A (for the last time in the long foreseeable future). This has happened at all of the Chick-fil-A locations we have visited and has become the expected quality. This place hired my kid for a first ever job. My kid is a straight A student and was looking forward to a first job. This place hired him and had him go through all the training and worked some hours. They then announced that they'll be cutting back on hours for trainees. Since then, he never received a single additional hour of work. They didn't let him know why and they didn't terminate him. They just left. There was no communication whatsoever. The destroyed my kid's confidence. If they didn't need so many kids, they shouldn't have hired them. And if they don't need them, they should formally terminate them with an explanation. Don't let the marketing as a Christian company fool you. This place is just out for the money, and they're willing to take advantage of young kids to do it. My cool wrap had mold everywhere. Fuzzy mold growing all over the wrap. I lost my appetite and wanted a refund but the manager said he wasn't authorized to give refunds. He could only offer a new item or a gift card. I don't plan to visit chick-fil-a again so I declined the gift card. Make sure to double and triple check your food at this location. Seriously my favorite chicken sandwich! The Deluxe sandwich is my usual. Although sometimes I will just order the regular sandwich and bring my own lettuce and tomato slices to add and make it into a Deluxe. Cuz it's cheaper that way. Oh and it's great that the price is cheaper for any sandwich that you order without cheese. Their original sauce is damn good of course, but I actually don't usually even add a sauce. This sandwich is just so good all by itself. Today though I tried the Polynesian sauce, and it is really good too! It's a little sweet, but also tangy with beet juice. There are lots and lots of sauce selections in case you were not aware. I will have to try another new one next time. Free WIFI is available here, and there's a playpen too. I think this is the only location that I have ever been to with a play area for the kids. The drive-thru is usually packed, so I like to order my food ahead of time through the app. and walk in to pick up. All while earning rewards points to redeem for free food later. read more

I like Chick-fil-A but I never know what to expect when I go to this location. I'm giving two stars because it's in my neighborhood and I have had really good quality in the past. My dinner tonight was horrible. I really wanted waffle fries. Unfortunately the batch they gave me was half undercooked, the other half was soggy with grease as if it was cooked at a low temperature. I tried to crisp it up in my toaster oven when I got home, but there was just way too much grease. Perhaps another reason for the sogginess was because they put my receipt directly on top of my fries, wrapping and steaming it. Also my Chick-fil-A sandwich with American cheese was not assembled properly- most of the cheese ended up in the wrapper. I called a few minutes after I left the restaurant. They said they will gladly replace my fries when I come back. Great but I mean...shouldn't they be getting things right so customers don't have to come back??? What are the quality control processes? Also When I ordered, I asked the young lady to scan my app for points, she said "sure why not I'm not doing anything". The employee who handed me my order was yawning as he was looking into my bag to check it. He must've been so tired that he didn't notice the receipt was wrapped around my fries and that there were no napkins in the bag. This store's inconsistencies, poor service and quality doesn't represent the ChikFilA brand everyone looks up to. read more
