With all the food choices I had, I chose Subway. Let me say.... this subway worker was more interested in talking to a friend than a customer. She was horribly rude and refused to help me with the app. She belittled me saying she already helped me twice...she actually barely helped me one previous time and was rude then too. I had to pull it out of her. This store has many complaints and needs serious customer service training. It was one of my worst experiences ever. I will not return to Subway EVER again. I've ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and the Grilled Chicken from Subway -- both were super tasty and fresh! Delivery was fast, and everything arrived perfectly made. Absolutely terrible. I ordered in advance so my husband could pick up sandwiches for an easy lunch. I ordered two sandwiches through their app. They provided them late from the time that they stated they would be ready. Then, when my husband brought the sandwiches home - - it was the wrong order! He drove all the way back because was clearly the wrong order and we wanted the order we had placed. They then tried to convince my husband that I ordered from the wrong location. When confronted with the evidence that I ordered from the correct location-- pretty easy to show a screenshot from their app!--at that point, he asked for our money back. Because clearly we were not going to get our sandwiches made correctly. The manager then copped an attitude with my husband--not even an apology for the wrong order or misinformation about the location's address or the late order! I went away from Subway years ago because their Italian bread always was dried out and their meats were just so so. But since their update with a better recipe on the bread and cutting the meats fresh, I've been very satisfied. My favorite is the BMT (now it's the Ultimate BMT). I liked the combination of meats with the very fresh veggies. The Subway app is really good because (like other apps) I can really pick my add-ons or removals - and the amount of each. You can also easily add the code for the sales flyer to get their deals (at least with the locations that accept them). I've ordered several times at this Jamboree/Tustin Ranch location and the food was done exactly as requested and finished on time when I ordered from home for pickup. The staff was friendly as well. The store itself is clean and well-kept with a nice little seating area. There are tables outside in case you want to eat outdoors. read more

The reason I appreciate this particular SUBWAY® over others, is that they take a lot of the coupon promo codes. Very few SUBWAY® restaurants will take these coupon codes. Ruth, is alway RUDE has an attitude, I've encountered her at 2 different locations and she is always the same way. I unmarked the cheese button through the app for this particular sandwich but because cheese is in the title of sandwich she still adds the cheese, then argues you didn't request not to have cheese since it's not in the special request box. This location is so convenient and close to my home. I've been here hundreds of times and the sandwiches are always well made. Today, I experienced a very odd issue with online ordering on the Subway website. I placed an order for 7pm today (8/13) and the confirmation page online said it was for today at 7pm. I came to the restaurant today to pick up my order, but the workers said they don't have any orders. Imagine my surprise! I saw the email confirmation I got, and it somehow got changed to tomorrow at 7pm (8/14). Now, I know I couldn't have done that and I explained what happened. The worker called his manager and they basically just made a note to make it for me now and not tomorrow. I have screenshots to prove this; I have had issues with online ordering with Subway before, and so I was not happy. I don't think I'll ever do it again. I'd rather just wait in line at the restaurant. I was glad the issue got solved and I got dinner, haha. Props to the nice workers there who helped me and made my order. Ordered two 6 inch subs for an early lunch, one being a toasted chicken bacon ranch sub. The toasted detail about this sandwich is important. Thankfully, it started to come apart while I took some bites out of it. One of the ingredients that fell out was a little toasted bug of some kind. Called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager, however the manager was "on her day off." Nobody had apologized over the phone neither. Standard Subway experience. I eat here frequently because it's a couple blocks away from my school. I like that I can easily pop in and out without a long wait when I'm rushing to class. The people who work here are not the friendliest or the quickest but they're neither rude nor slow, so I don't mind. I was happy with my most recent purchase and every one before that. No complaints. I come here ALL THE TIME!! usually because they make the best subway sandwiches. However they all can't be winners. One of the sandwich artists there, Francesco, is horrible and I always fear when he makes my sandwich. He skimps out on ingredients doesn't listen when you tell him you want more or less of something and destroys your sandwich. If your getting sauce he'll just put one streak down, just one little streak so you always miss it. Even if you say more he'll just ask what's next and then "wrap" your sandwich.
