Stopped by for a mid afternoon sandwich and found that the ordering slips/bags were depleted for many sandwich categories. Isn't this the most basic tool for ordering at this place? Oh look...ordering a sandwich by first correctly selecting one of 10 different bags with faintly printed text, and then spending five minutes checking multiple option boxes with dry pens is FAR better than just walking up and telling them "turkey and Swiss on wheat"...said NO ONE ever. Decent sandwiches but the unnecessarily convoluted ordering process turns the whole thing into a frustrating PITA. Whoever came up with the idea should be hit in the face with a 2x4. I recommend Which Which for lunch! They are fast, cups are huge, and kids meals come with M&Ms. What more can you ask for? Great selection of chips, and all the toppings on a sandwich one can ask for. Build your own, or draw from what they have. read more

I love the sandwiches here. So do my kids. They are delicious. Prices are a bit high (Over $17 for a super size sandwich). We come here at least twice a month. But the worst part of the experience, and why I dread coming here, is the BATHROOM. 1. It smells really bad. Sewer gases keep coming up from the drain. It's been like this for months. Easy fix: call a plumber or just put a cap on the drain. 2. There's a digital door code to the bathroom, but it's 6 digits long. Why so long? I can never remember it. One of the employees even wrote it down on a piece of paper because it's so long. Why not just make it 4 digits like every other establishment? Easy fix: make it 4 digits. 3. You can't tell if someone is already in the bathroom, and therefore when you are in the bathroom, you don't know if someone is going to walk in on you. Many locks (like at Starbucks) will have a light or something to indicate there's someone in the bathroom. Here, they use a plastic slider which you need to MANUALLY slide to tell people the bathroom is occupied. And you know that no one ever uses them. Once I stood outside the bathroom for like 5 minutes with my kid because the plastic sign said "occupied." We were trying to be respectful of the person in there. Eventually we asked an employee and they opened the door to an empty bathroom. Easy fix: get a better lock. I felt compelled to write this review because we like the food but the bathroom experience is such a struggle here. read more

The food was delicious! The only gripes I have are the prices (which isn't that bad considering that their super is 14" and I ordered the Phillywich, that doesn't hit the same without the Cheez Wiz. The employees were great and I'll definitely be back to take advantage of their daily deals. read more

It depends on what is your expectation from a sandwich. I can say value & quality wise this place can be compared to Jimmy Johns and Subway. Meet the minimum standard but the wheat bread is very dry and I regret trying it. We got the Wicked, which is 5 meat and 3 cheese. I wanted to like this place, and I gave it repeated chances. Never again. The business model is a bit like Subway in that you have to tell them how to make your sammic by filling out choices by filling out various boxes on the bag for yer sammich. It's better than having to repeat oneself I suppose. My main gripe is the sammiches are in my opinion are lazily just thrown together, Today's sammich was basically dry despite my requesting oil and vinegar as one does for an Italian Hoagie. I so hate to give Which Wich a meh review. I was a big fan of this place in the past, but I am not sure what happened. First of all, the person at the register seemed very annoyed. We handed her the cards that you write your orders on, including the seperate cards for fry orders. She immediately and bluntly says, "we don't have fries today." No explaination, no apology, just "we don't haven them." Instead, we ordered chips. Why have the fry ordering cards on display if they are not available to patrons? The place just seemed unorganized. The sandwiches, which were quite expensive, were not good. The hot ones that we ordered were not hot and they just didnt taste very good. Keep in mind, I've eaten at Which Which a lot over the years, and never had a bad sandwich at any location, until now. Hopefully this location, which is one of the few left in our area, gets their act together. I would love to go back, but not unless I see reviews indicating that things have improved. The disappointment when my wife and I pulled up 34 minutes before closing, and they already had all the chairs and barstools on top of the counters like they were ready to get out of there. Two young guys who were already mopping on the floor. One of them was sitting in there holding the mop while playing on their phone. My wife and I just wanted to have dinner and come inside and sit down and eat, but they seem like they were ready to go. Have not been to which wich in a couple years and probably won't be back for a couple more because of this one incident. Have more pride and responsibility boys. read more

I can't believe I just paid almost $48 for one large/one regular sandwich, 2 reg drinks, and 2 fries. Sandwiches are pretty good, but I could eat at a ton of regular sit-down restaurants and pay less than this. I haven't eaten here in a few years and now remember why. Service was nice and courteous, but wow. It's a fast food style sandwich place that charges approximately $20-25 per meal. Just keep that in mind when trying to choose a lunch location. We ordered a French fry with our sandwich and the employee asked us what sauce we wanted. We have always gotten both ketchup and ranch. When we asked for both the female employee said they can only give us one sauce. We said we would pay to have both and she rudely said "there is no way to charge for that on the register" and refused to give us a tiny side of ketchup. It was an absolutely ridiculous hill to die on. We love this place, but honestly will reconsider coming back knowing this is how the employees act when a customer asks for some ketchup. We've been visiting this Wich Wich for several years. Very friendly service, pretty quick sandwich making, lots of options on the sandwiches and what you put in them. I've had a dud or two - particularly the special ones like steak and meatball sandwiches in part because of the corporate meat or sauce formula, but when it's a regular mix of meats and veggies - it's wonderful. My son loves the plain roast beef sandwiches here, literally meat and bread, so I added a couple stars, but there are no sandwiches to write home about. Also, pro tip: even though the restaurant supposedly closes at 9 and doors remain open, don't come here past 8:15 when they start wrapping things up. I came right at 8:30 after my son's class, and they had finished wrapping things up, so they wouldn't throw some roast beef on bread for him. They literally turned the lights off at 8:45. Why advertise as open until 9 and give people hope enough to make the drive? Yes, I'm irritated. However, I don't blame the employees.
