The lunchbox with the GOAT burger
    Destinee M.

Came here hungry and the menu honestly has a little bit of everything The lunchbox combo is a lot of food for one order burger two tenders fries and a cookie and everything came out hot and fresh Mozzarella sticks and onion rings were both solid sides crispy and easy to snack on Fish tacos were lighter and a nice balance to the heavier items Tried some breakfast too the platter with toast hashbrowns and eggs was simple comfort food and the breakfast sausage burrito was filling Milkshakes were a highlight the strawberry is classic and the fruity pebbles one from the secret menu is fun and super sweet Overall good variety and something for whatever you're in the mood for!! Or get a little of everything like us

The first time I dined in, it was a pleasant experience. There was no wait during lunchtime. I ordered the lunch box, which was delicious, Hamburger, 2 Freshly Breaded Chicken Tenders, Fries, Cookie and a Sauce and I also enjoyed the lemonade. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had an early dinner today after a long day at work around 5:30pm at Eat Fantastic in the Tustin location as usual great service since you walk in everyone greet us Stephanie & Vanessa always very friendly they set us an a better mood they wore very helpful suggesting us to try something different from the menu since we couldn't even think what to get this time We love to listen to them because food never disappoint good presentation full of flavor fresh and hot what else can we ask for after this great experience we felt like home definitely one of our favorite places to eat regardless the time we had always a great experience breakfast, Lunch or Dinner service us always the same!!!!!!

Photo of just a small piece of it was just a bunch of it throughout which made it very unpleasant to finish. So I didn't.

Decent breakfast burrito... Mine just had a lot of egg shell in it and halfway through it was just too much shell. I can deal with a little shell but this was a bit much. Maybe a half shell amount. An amount that can't have been missed if you were really paying any attention when cooking.

EAT Fantastic ? That's exactly what I did! Honestly didn't expect Fantastic to be thaaat fantastic but I had a fantastic meal. The lunch box for $12 just can't be beat. I upgraded my burger to the fantastic burger which came out to ~$20 and everything hit. Burger was packed bacon, avocado and cheese and was super flavorful but not overly salty like you'd expect with a burger. Fries, chicken tenders and the special sauce were also great. I don't like tenders but these were cooked perfectly, crispy outer and juicy, tender inside.

Woweeeee!!! We've been searching for a quality "Mom & Pops" burger place in the Irvine/Tustin area and have finally found our go-to spot! We are super pumped about Eat Fantastic! There's been some up and down reviews about this place, mainly during their remodel, but now that they are up and running, it's amazing! Walking in, they did a great job with the design, it's super modern with some cool artwork. We were immediately greeted with a big smile by Ciara who was happy to talk about the menu and gave recommendations. She was super patient with us while she also told us about her favorite items. We ended up with: 2 plain cheeseburgers with burger sauce, zucchini fries, maui burger, fries and 4pc chicken tenders. We had to sauce it down and got ranch, fan and honey chipotle for dipping. We also added their fresh squeezed lemonade! Everything was super fresh and they clearly use top quality ingredients! Even the chicken tenders and zucchini fries were freshly breaded and fried. The entire staff was super sweet and welcoming. Overall it was an amazing experience and we can't wait to come back. Shout out to Ciara for the spectacular service! Thanks for the top-tier meal Eat Fantastic!

I didn't have the greatest experience with the food at the Monrovia location, so I thought maybe a change of venue would convince me better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. For $15, I was quite disappointed with my order. Yes, everything is made fresh and the servers were quite friendly and patient, but the food that I got was not worth it. I got their GOAT combo with fries and a drink. The fries were standard thick cut fries with no seasoning and barely any salt. A bit sytrofoamy on the inside and quite bland unless you dipped them in ketchup. At the very least they were piping hot. Their GOAT burger is a double cheese burger with double the amount of Colby Jack cheese with grilled onions, mustard and their spread on a gourmet bun. Yes, it's a nice looking burger and it is a bit messy, but it was so so disappointing. My first thoughts biting into it was that it was IMMENSELY SALTY. The patties themselves were seasoned to be quite salty and this didn't get mitigated by the sweetness of the grilled onions or the sourness of the mustard, it was just an overwhelming mouthful of salty meat. I sadly couldn't even make it through half of the burger before getting queasy of it and already downing all of my soda to balance out my salt intake. I would have rated higher if I could finish my order, but I just couldn't and with this recent experience, I think I'm going to wait quite awhile before I give Eat Fantastic another chance, regardless of location.

I had to come here after hearing about their lunch box deal. Parking lot is small but it wasn't busy when I went so not a problem at all. They also have a drive thru if you want to get food quick. The inside is clean, quaint, and feels similar to an old timey diner. Good vibes all around. Service was quick and easy. I got the $12 lunch box deal which includes a hamburger, two tenders, fries, and a cookie. Hamburger came with grilled onions, which I love. It was flavorful, solid burger. I really enjoyed the tenders, you can get them regular or spicy so I opted for spicy. I wish it was spicier, but the chicken itself was tasty and the sauce was on point as well. The fries are decent and they give you a sizable portion of them. The cookie was smaller than I thought it'd be, about the same as a chips ahoy cookie. Can't complain too much for how good of a deal it is. Really solid deal with a good selection. I will definitely be returning soon.

First time coming here. Just wanted to eat something for breakfast so decided to give this place a try. The place is clean and not too crowded when we came in on an early Saturday afternoon. I decided to try the sunrise sandwich that comes with your choice of meat, lettuce, mayo, egg and tomatoes. I went with sausage. My friend got the breakfast burrito with chorizo and added sour cream(sour cream was additional cost). The sandwich lacked flavor. It was bland and don't think the tomato made it any better. The sandwich didn't come with any sides or drink so it seemed overpriced. The burrito was large and tasty. My friend thought it was too soggy because of the sour cream but I actually liked it. Wish the sandwich came with cheese or had a special sauce. I think a side of fries or hashbrown would have made this item better. This is just my opinion on the breakfast foods I tried. I heard their burgers are good so maybe I'll return to try them out.

Decent burger joint! I would compare this place to Farmer Boys, because they burgers are similar. It's not good or bad. But a mediocre burger. I'd say In N Out beats this place any day. The French Fries were not great either. They were the thick ones and not cooked enough. Soggy fries with no salt aren't my thing. Mc Donald's French Fries are much better, in my opinion. The fries were a miss for me. My fiancé enjoyed the burgers. He had 2 of the Goat burgers and loved those. We have also ordered breakfast burritos here too. Now those bad boys are delicious! You get a pretty good-sized burrito, stuffed completely with ingredients. Egg, cheese and hashbrown burrito for me! All day, every day lol It is super filling and satisfying. So, there you have it. I prefer the breakfast items, and my fiancé prefers the burgers. But he did also enjoy the burritos. I like that they have it all here and the menu is pretty big. Service is always good, and it is a laid-back burger joint. Tennis shoes and hats welcome.

I can be frank when I say we only ate here because I was making a u-turn on Prospect Ave and saw the word EAT. I completed my turn and jumped on Google to see what restaurants were in the area. I identified this as a family friendly location so we got in on it.. It was empty on this specific Wednesday afternoon so the service was all ours.. The chicks working the register were both very friendly. Given the decently large order they took, no complaints here! They recited it back perfectly, and the food was delivered in a manner as expected. For me, oddly enough the highlight of the meal was the breakfast bowl with sausage. While it wasn't anything that couldn't be replicated at home easily, it was a decent surprise for me. Minus the amount of hash browns at the bottom, it was packed with great flavor. It may have been the house gravy mixed in with everything that made me feel good about it.. The burgers were decent, the grilled cheese was top notch with flavor for the simple sandwich. The breaded chicken strips had a charred exterior but were still decently moist inside.. All around nothing I would go running for, but certainly an ideal restaurant if you seek easy going american food.

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.

ENCHILIDA SUIZAS, lobster + shrimp filling, corn, poblano cream sauce, pickled red onion, cilantro, queso fresco, I give 5/5, I enjoyed the combination of the sauce and enchiladas, it wasn't overcooked and had a great refreshing savory flavor. Plated very nicely, visually appealing. BULGOGI KIMCHI FRIED RICE, fried eggs, gochujang, green onion furikake, pickled radish, cilantro, I give 4/5, overall I enjoyed this plate, but I do feel the beef could have been slightly stronger in terms of flavor? The rice was holding all the spices and taste. DULCE DE LECHE FRENCH TOAST, crème fraîche chantilly, brûléed banana, chocolate sauce, maldon salt, I would give 5/5, presentation was beautiful, taste wise I really enjoyed it, had a very good balance of sweetness and not too strong. I know my ratings are less than a 5 in general, but I really felt the whole experience was pleasant, enjoyable, good food and good vibes, therefore 5 out of 5
