We came here on a Saturday evening to dine in. We live 5 minutes away (for over 15 years) and this was our first visit. The lady manager took our order. It took awhile bc I had never been here. Their menu is very extensive: breakfast, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, many sides and drinks. We ordered the Fiery Fried Chicken, Southwestern salad and onion rings (total $33). It took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive. They were busy with many drive thru and food app orders. The salad is fresh, large and tons of flavor. It was large enough to share. The onion rings, 4 to an order, are lightly breaded and not greasy. I especially liked the fried chicken sandwich. The spicy aioli sauce gave it a nice punch. Not crazy spicy. Noah helped me three different times with a smile, patience and with speed. The 3 employees i saw (manager in a black top, Noah and chef) hustled, non stop taking and delivering orders. The food is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I came with my dog and as an employee that came to click in to work asked me 2 times if I have a hold of my dog who is very friendly. Started off like any other experience, until we received our food. My fries were completely cold and scattered as if they were trying to make them look like it was more than they actually gave me. I had to send the plate back and ask for new fries. We were really disappointed with the service during our visit today. The server who helped us was rude, cold, and made us feel rushed the entire time. Her tone was unwelcoming, and it felt like she didn't want to be there or serve us at all. What was especially upsetting is how she treated my grandma--who had a couple of questions while ordering. Instead of being patient or helpful, she gave off a rushed, dismissive attitude and didn't show any understanding when my grandma was confused about the menu. That kind of energy can feel really disheartening, especially when dining with a loved one who just wanted to enjoy her meal. My fiancé also went to the counter during our visit to ask for a few additional items like mustard, a knife, etc., and was met with the same dismissive attitude. It wasn't just a one-time moment--it was the overall energy we received throughout the visit. While the food itself was delicious as always ; Huge compliments to the chefs & kitchen staff The sting of the negative atmosphere really shifted the tone of our outing. It's unfortunate because this is usually a place we look forward to. We also couldn't help but notice that although the woman who took our order seemed to be in a leadership or managerial position, she appeared overwhelmed trying to manage the drive-thru, take orders, and run the front. There were other staff members nearby who seemed willing to help, but she didn't delegate or include them. Instead, it felt like she took everything on herself, which only created more chaos. In a leadership role, we expected more composure, communication, and especially kindness. All three of us left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. TODAY 06/26/25 I went through the drive thru to get a BLT sand no fries and a drink, Waited 20 minutes in line because other cars in front of me. I finally get my food and it was just bacon and lettuce on bread that cost me $13.00. I went inside to say they forgot the avacado and tomato. Let me start off by saying my wife and i enjoy eating here. Good quality, taste and price point. So this morning we ordered a breakfast sandwich, mini pancake plater, chili and a omelette. After receiving our order, my wife thought they hand made her omelette wrong. She brought it to Sergio and he explained how all the omelettes are prepared. At that point, my wife realized she had ordered the wrong omelette. Sergio immediately said "no worries, I'll make the omelette you really want". I approached the counter to pay for the omelette replacement and to my surprise, Sergio said "don't worry, it would be my pleasure to take care of it". I told him it was our mistake and he should have to cover the meal, but he insisted on it". Thank You Sergio! For make our morning meal enjoyable. The store was neat and very well stocked. This happened on 3/31/25 (Monday), And right away the hostess (Michelle) greeted my Mom and I. And that's really cool, because some other places even recognize a guest. Michelle made sure that our order was complete and she even helped us when the soda machine wasn't cooperating. When we asked for ice she made sure that it was a good amount and not all ice with a little bit of soda. The worst sourdough chicken sandwich I've had. Soggy bread, soggy, lettuce, floppy bacon, only enough chicken for half the sandwich. Also, VERY poorly wrapped as I almost dropped half the sandwich in the bag trying to take it out. We parked and ate it in the car, so it's not like it was a drive home to let it get soggy. The lady who took my order did not rush me, and she even recommended sauces to go with my haul and was generous with them (chili ranch FTW). They offer all kinds of stuff, from breakfast burritos to fried zucchini. The all-beef chili was so satisfying. I like that it came with chopped raw onions for a sharp-tasting crunch among the heartiness. Chicken tenders, fish and chips, and colossal onion rings were safe bets to share with the fam. Meaty, crispy, not over-battered. I waited around 15 mins at the window before receiving the food, but it would have been concerning if everything came out only a few minutes after ordering.
