This is a pretty good Flame Broiler. It is relatively clean, and service tends to be hassle-free as it is never really that crowded. You might have a bit of a wait now and then but not really. Flame Broiler is about as close to "healthy fast food" as you can get - a rice bowl restaurant with grilled chicken, beef, tofu, and/or vegetables. They have three different sizes you can order, and a bunch of different sauces to add on top. If you order just vegetables and meat, this is a low-calorie, keto-friendly, healthy, and fast lunch option. It is fairly popular for that reason. Also note that several options are keto-friendly, so if you are on a special diet, you can order here without worrying about extra carbs or sugars. They have eased back on the COVID-19 protocols somewhat, but still encourage people to wear masks (few do), and they do not have any sauce dispensers out any more. One gripe is they only give you one small sauce container and it's usually not enough, and they now charge more for extra sauce. Before it was essentially all you wanted. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a half chicken half beef plate with rice from Uber Eats. I was happy they prepared my food quickly, however, once I began eating I saw just how detrimental quick preparation is. When biting into my chicken, I bit into something hard that I thought was a chicken bone. I pulled it out of my mouth to see it was a piece of metal (see picture). CHICKEN BONE SHARD IN MY MEAL. This is a nice, large location and smelled very clean when I walked in. Staff was nice, I ordered, and my food was almost immediately ready. I could tell that the chicken was probably previously cooked and warmed and it was overcooked, but it was a very slow time. Came here 15 minutes before closing (said they were open) and I ordered to-go a: white meat chicken and veggies bowl with half brown rice (so more veggies--which I made a point to ask for). I was one of 2 clients in there... so not busy but they managed to mess it up. My order turned out to be chicken (white & dark) and a ton of rice... no veggies at ALL. By the time I realized at home, it was too late. They were closed and not answering their phones. Stopped by with my daughter. The order started out rough with them not accepting a coupon I had from a magazine. They said it wasn't that store, but the address was printed in the magazine. Anyway, he gave me 20% off, which is about the same. He is just an employee, so I don't fault him, but the manager should know to honor it. I am an avid Flame Broiler eater, so I know my order and rarely deviate. It was prepped perfectly, and tasted great. My daughter worked through her ordering herself, and got exactly what she wanted. The cashier was patient, and handed her a menu so she could see what all her choices were. I appreciated that. She loved what she got.
