Good beer, good vibes. Family friendly as FUCK. It may be a little too family friendly but it's a solid place to hang, watch sports and the outdoor area is a standout feature here. Very open and cool concept.

Great place to hang out, grab a bite and a drink! Lots of parking, just need to get your ticket validated. Came on a Friday night and there was live music! However it was extremely crowded and needed seats to open up (All tables are first come first serve, but you can call in and make a reservation for 20+ people). The beers and drinks are really good! They also have a full bar so you can order cocktails and shots as well. I will take off a star because the food is decent, ordered the smash burger and carne asada fries. Burger was good but nothing to write home about, came with fries. I do like that they have a wide menu for food, the carne asada fries didn't hit, I do recommend the burgers, but I would definitely come back to try another dish. Overall great place to hang out and grab a drink!

One staff member was nice to our large corporate group and overall you can tell they are very good at hosting large groups. The rest of the other staff were OK. Food was good and I appreciate the one staff member going across to the other bar to make my amaretto sour. Definitely recommend for your next corporate happy hour or just happy hour in general

Met up with a few friends at Hangar 24 Craft Brewing while we were in town, and this place was popping! There was a live band, tons of outdoor seating, and such a fun, lively atmosphere. It's also super kid-friendly, there's a basketball half court that the kids loved (even in the heat!), plus a little garden area with a chicken, which was a cute surprise. For food, we got the corn dogs, and they were definitely not your typical mini ones as they are thick, hearty, and wrapped in bacon. The corn batter was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which made them really satisfying. Service is quick and the staff are very helpful with recommendations. My spouse and I both had the Athletic non-alcoholic beer, and it was super refreshing, exactly what we needed on a hot day. Our friends ordered wings, fries, and burgers, and everything looked solid and well portioned. This is a great spot for groups and gatherings, especially if you want a mix of good food, drinks, and space to hang out!

DON'T get upsold on their 20oz beer, the 16oz basically fills the 20oz cup. Nice brewery with fun things to look at around the property, like parakeets, garden, small putting green, basketball court, and live music on the day we went. This place is really family friendly, whether that's a positive or negative for you. Every party had children with them. A lot of kids running around, throwing rocks and balls. Parents please watch your children.

First of all, the menu item names here are a work of art in and of themselves, being aviation-themed and everything!! ;)) Definitely a huge draw for aviation geeks and fans, as a spot to grab some food. There are a nice variety of options to choose from, including salads and bowls as well as burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and much more. There are also a ton of drinks to choose from for those who are into drinks. I got the Swiss Mushroom Cloud Burger with a truffle fries upgrade, and I must say that I should stop ordering burgers at restaurants because it's always too much for me and I'd have done better choosing something less heavy! But, the truffle fries were awesome and I loved eating quite a few pieces along with the ranch dip and tasty ketchup they came with. The staff were really personable, helpful, kind, and great at customer service in general - it's really awesome when the people at a restaurant are helping its cause like the staff here do!! The vibe is really cool too, and I especially love the wall board that features first responder/police badges from all around OC, as I'm an even bigger police fan than I am an aviation fan, and that's not a trivial statement! Parking is validated free for 3 hours as long as you keep the ticket from the machine and remember to let one of the staff members at the restaurant validate it for you. Overall, a really cool place - health-conscious women may want to avoid the burgers and opt for something less heavy, though!

Brewery with a large outdoor area for lounging with a beer and enjoying the vibes. Parking at Hanger 24 in Irvine is a bit strange. Showing up at this location may seem like you're at a large corporate building. There's a structure and parking lot, and you can have your parking validated at the brewery. There's also a small number of 1 hour parking spots outside of the paid parking lot. Beer here is just fine. Hanger 24 is well known for their Orange Wheat, but they have a bunch of other beer too like their Betty IPA, and Chocolate Bomber stout that they've been serving up for over a decade. Good consistent beers. This isn't just beer, they have food and mixed drinks too. Service here is pretty fair, even with the large outdoor area they support. They also have a lot of events over the course of the week. PROPS: Large location great for meet ups or just soaking in vibes. SLOPS: Parking can be confusing if you don't know where to go.

This is a hidden gem behind a large corporate building. There is a good variety of beers and seltzers. There are also cocktail options, however, I thought they seemed too expensive especially when it's being served in plastic due to the outdoor activity. What I like about this spot is there is a large grass outdoor area where they have live bands and some nights do trivia. There's also a coffee station but I haven't gotten a chance to try it due to limited hours. I recently tried the buffalo wings which I liked, as well as the Arctic Seltzer!

Visited Hangar 24 for the first time today. It was pretty chill. They had an event going on. Ordered food at the bar and picked it up inside. Good food, easy menu, self-serve water station. Waiters will bring your food out if you use the QR code on the table to place your order. Large grass areas for kids to play.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE FLAG It came down at Christmas time and never returned I look forward to it every morning when I came into work. The HANGAR has amazing burgers! Their service is fantastic, and the people are always cheerful and kind. And even better they take CARE of their FIRST RESPONDERS. PURE CLASS!! They are so important! Please talk to the building and ask them to bring back the flag... I've left numerous notes that have been disregarded obviously. It takes a village

I ordered the Smoke Jumper BBQ Burger, Buffalo Wings, and Pineapple Margarita The burger was very good! It was a nice size, fries came out hot and crispy and everything had great flavor. I would highly recommend any burger here. The Buffalo wings were good, nice sized wings with plenty of meat; however, these were pretty dry and needed a lot more sauce. They also only gave me one ranch for all of these wings. I would recommend the wings if you get a dry rub like lemon pepper. There is a great variety of drinks here, but they only sell two seltzer options. The beers and margaritas are great here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambiance is very casual , I would definitely recommend to come here.

The food here was really good, came here to celebrate a birthday. Drink choices such as beer and alcohol were good as well, offering candy shots and other options. I will say the only and main downside is that it's really messy and it wasn't really consistent of cleanliness. It was a very busy day, but it just was kind of dirty and messy in terms of open tables and such. They have a live band and the atmosphere is fun though.

We stopped in for lunch and I am glad that we did! We ordered at the bar and it was an easy process! The employee was kind and patient! We weren't sure what we wanted so it took us a little to order. We ordered the caprese flatbread, the pulled pork sandwich and teriyaki bowl! All of the dishes were delicious! They have awesome sitting outside and inside! This place is great for groups! You can also sit outside and order from the tables by using the QR code on the tables!

Ask the Community - Hangar 24 Craft Brewing

Is there a separate space/room for groups to reserve?

Hi there ! I don't think so . What know is that can reserved a table .

What's the parking situation like? And how much is parking?

There's 1 hour free parking for visitors, if there's any open spot you can park in them. Buy food and drinks from Hangar and you get free parking otherwise, you'll have to pay depending on how long you stay.

So, are dogs currently allowed or not?

There is a wide open area outside with seating and dogs are definitely allowed there

Can I bring my teen for the evening?

Yes, its a good place for everyone. A lot of space and live music ( most of the time ) . Food, drinks and good vibes.

Do they play nfl games anywhere?

    Yes

I love the idea of our grandson getting to run around, but do they have high chairs available for mealtime?

Yes we have a few available.

Dog friendly? Especially for ESA animals!

Yes, completely friendly to dogs.Large outside patio areas. Lots of dogs hanging out. Not sure about inside ordering.

There used to be Happy Hour at Hangar 24. Is there still Happy Hour? And if so, what are the times on the weekdays?

So Fridays are now ruined? Got it

    Are dogs allowed?

Not sure about inside but they have plenty of patio and outdoor seating.

Is the Hanger 21 and over?

We are family friendly, all ages.

Can you bring your own bottles of wine or bubbly?

No outside food or beverage is permitted.

    Do they serve Bloody Mary?

My recollection is they do not.

    Is there happy hour?

Used to be. My Fridays will never be the same. Guess I'll Take my business elsewhere

Gluten free menu available? What are the best gluten free options?

Are dogs allowed in the outdoor area?

There's a sign that says no dogs allowed. The first time I brought my dog nobody said anything to me but the second time I brought my dog, staff told us that dogs aren't allowed so we left.

    Is there a smoking section?

    Not on premise.

What is vegan on the menu?

The impossible tacos are vegan, and they're pretty delicious :)

Is there a charge to for live music Friday? If so, how much?

There's usually not unless posted otherwise for said act or gig.

Are there TVs for college football besides the two at the bar?

they have a larger screen out in the patio, not the best place to watch sports IMO.

Is there trivia night here? If so, when?

    Thursday at 7

Drinks: I like drinks on the sweeter side. The bartender was nice and let me try different flavors to pick what I like. * Seltzer - Baja Blast 5/5 - Good sweet drink that didn't feel like I'm drinking alcohol. * Ube Painkilla 3.5/5 - Pretty drink, light purple. Apparently it has a ginger and serrano chili pepper taste, so not what I wanted. FOOD: * BBQ Wings 4/5 - Juicy and flavorful wings. * Lemon Pepper Wings 3/5 - Not bad, but kinda dry and really sour. * Cesar Salad 4/5 - Who orders salad for a game night? Jk. It was actually pretty good. Plenty of dressings and shaved cheese on top. * Pretzel Bites 3.5/5 - Dense pretzel bread bites with sea salt on top. * Flatbread 3.5/5 - Flatbread okay. The cream cheese was a bit much to eat. * Egg Rolls 2/5 - Crispy vegetable egg rolls. Had a bitter aftertaste.

There are preset cocktails to choose from as well but the drink made for me was so lovely. We were next met by Chef Jason who came by and spoke to us about his favorite items on the menu currently. He made suggestions of what to order, how he would pair items together, and even put in a few items to surprise us. I am so happy we had a moment to chat with chef because hearing the story behind the dishes, why he created them, and the inspiration he took from different cuisines was so unique.
