happy hour menu April 2026

A cute spot to hang out. Went on a Friday around 4pm and we got seated right away. We got the hh white wine, it was fine. We only stopped by for a quick drink before dinner, didn't try the food.

What a cool place! Located at The Camp, parking can be brutal sometimes but it is what it is. My husband and I heard great things about Ahba so we decided to try the fan favorite burger and it did not disappoint! It's your classic American cheese burger, the waygu beef and quality ingredients makes it even more delicious. It also comes with fries, not bad for $18. Great service, friendly people and good vibes. I heard they have a rooftop bar too, I'll have to try next time for happy hour!

I would always see a line out of this place, and finally decided to try it out! turns out there's a line because you had to order first at the front and seat yourself lol we sat outside because we noticed they were playing spirited away on the projector- service was good and the food came out pretty fast once you ordered what we ordered - - whipped feta - wings - our tables favorite! - steak frites - wouldn't recommend the steak but i loved the fries! - sweet papas we definitely want to come back to try out their coffee and breakfast menu!

AhbA is located inside The Camp, which made it a bit tricky to find. Ordering was also a little awkward--you place your order at the host/hostess desk, which felt unusual--so we opted instead for full service at the bar. The ambiance is definitely a highlight. On a sunny SoCal day, I can imagine the vibe being fantastic, especially with the mix of indoor seating, bar space, and a protected outdoor patio. My table guest and I split the smash burger with regular fries. The food came out quickly and was tasty enough, but for the price (about $20 all in), my guest commented she'd rather grab In-N-Out or The Habit. Will I come back? Chances are doubtful--but I can see how this spot could really shine on the right day, with the right expectations.

I love everything about this place except the location! The camp is truly a nightmare on the weekend but if you have the patience to wait for a parking spot, Ahba is absolutely worth a visit. I came with some friends for just apps and drinks, but the dishes we tried were absolutely incredible. The sweet papas were to die for! Every dish was packed with flavor, which makes me think the mains would be so good as well. Can't wait to return to try more items on the menu.

Cute cool spot for drinks & nibbles. Had the gin cocktail. We got spicy fries--fries are always a hit with drinks. Yuzu chicken wings -- so good! Veggies and hummus dip. Gf had to lamb pasta -- was delicious! Everyone liked their drinks. The host informed we would order with him but we sat in the seating area in front of the bar and the bartenders came to take our order. Great service. Self service water in the dining room.

Highly recommended spot. AhbA is located in the Camp by folks pizzeria, and the wine lab. I have been to the Laguna location, but the one in in Costa Mesa really does it. The ambience in there is very vibey and chill. Everyone is having conversation and there was live jazz music which really tied the vibe together perfectly. They do wine night once or twice a month on Thursday's so the bottle was $25. All of the food was so delicious and super shareable. I highly recommend this spot if you and your friends want to have some good food, drinks, and conversation.

French Toast, AhbA burger

I tried the ahbA burger, the strawberry French toast, and the whipped feta. The ahbA burger was juicy and flavorful, fries were yum. The strawberry French toast wasn't overly sweet, which I love. The whipped feta was super creamy and delicious, especially paired with the toasted bread. I loved the set up of the restaurant, especially the outside seating area. The staff could've definitely been more friendly and attentive. They didn't really pay attention to us at all. Still yummy food though

I love this place. I love that you order your food at the front and then it is self seating. It lets you choose where you wanna sit, and it just seems more casual and inviting. The food is really good for the prices. I think the fries are so well done because they have a good crisp but still have such a prominent potato taste. My favorite is how they make their burgers. I couldn't recommend it enough. Service is quick, and they are good about making their rounds to picking up your dishes. Overall, a casual vibey place to catch up with friends or date nights.

A cute, cozy, trendy, and intimate dinner/date spot. I came on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly very busy with a bar and live music. The music was pretty loud, making it hard to converse with the people right next to me. It's located at the CAMP in Costa Mesa, and all the surrounding businesses were very lively and busy as well. You wait in line to order, and then take your order number and find a table. This part was particularly difficult because we had a larger party of 6 and this place isn't very spacious. - chicken lollies ($15): 8.9/10. Yummy! Basically chicken skewers. These were seasoned well and extremely juicy and tender. The skewers were also huge and good to eat as an entree for one. - wings ($15): 6.9/10. Asian style wings. The wings were pretty small and basic. Nothing too special. Good for sharing as there's many pieces but I wouldn't order it again. - caesar salad ($17) and figs & burrata ($17): not a big fan of cheese/either of these dishes but my friends enjoyed these. - carrot cake ($8): 9.3/10. This was surprisingly delicious! HUGE slice of cake. I'd recommend sharing with the whole table. The carrot cake was so flavorful, moist, and addicting with smooth and creamy cream cheese frosting. so good.

This place is hard to find and we were looking for it. Parking is a challenge and can be non-existent when its busy. We sat at the bar, which offers full service. Otherwise, you have to order at the hostess station in front. The food is really expensive for counter service, but with the cost of food service employees, its understandable. $25 for a burger and fries - and water, not even a drink. The burger was ok, the fries were good, but for the price, I'd rather go elsewhere.

Luna got the puppy patty for $5.50.

The service is great here! You order at the hostess stand and can seat yourself. Dogs are allowed inside the restaurant as well, not just the patio-which is great for the cold/rainy days. I ordered the breakfast burrito with spicy fries and loved it! Their homemade hot sauce is SO GOOD! I had to take it home to finish the other half of my burrito. My boyfriend got the special:the tri tip sandwich and he really enjoyed it. We both enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and were so glad to have tried a new place. The location itself is fun to take a stroll and of course, being dog friendly makes it 10x better.

I had made a reservation online for 6 people at 12:30pm and my reservation was accepted. When we got to the museum, we were told the restaurant was closing at 12:30pm and I felt very upset. Why was the reservation accepted then? When I got to Verdant, there was no one in sight. The restaurant was empty and there was 1 other party, but no staff. I actually ended up making my way near the kitchen, and that's where I found Christian, who appeared really busy. He explained that they had a wedding later that day and had to close at 1pm for set up. He still sat our party and was very kind, accommodating and helpful. He gave me a great tip and said when making cafe reservations, it's best to call ahead, because they do sometimes have event buy outs. As far as the ambiance, it is a really beautiful space. But, it was SO cold. It seemed like the AC was on full blast. The food was pretty good, but the menu seemed to change since I was there last.

We ordered the Lox and Bagel with smoked salmon, capers, cream cheese, pickled red onions, fresh dill, and sun dried roasted tomatoes. The salmon was fresh and silky, and I loved the brightness from the pickled onions and dill. The roasted tomatoes added a nice depth of flavor. I also had the white crab white omelette with spinach and substituted the fruit for hash browns. The omelette was light and fluffy, and the crab added a subtle sweetness. The hash browns were crispy and satisfying. Cappuccinos were great, rich, smooth, and perfectly foamy. Just note they are nine dollars each, which feels a little steep, but they were well made. Service was pretty good overall, attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall, a solid four stars. Great atmosphere, quality brunch options, and a polished setting that feels perfect for a relaxed weekend catch up. I would come back for the vibes and the cappuccino.
