I can't say this enough, you have the very best crew and management at this location. I've been coming to this location for the best sandwich, even though I live closer to another. You're the very best Thank You!!!! read more

Sep '26: - They were 10min late. Ironic, the purpose of app-ordering is to save time. But seems online orders are deprioritized. Jun '26: - After numerous visits here I realize following the requests will always be hit-or-miss overall. Apr '26: - They forgot the Rosemary Parmesan bread again. Mar '26: + Yay, finally the staff heed the note to pack in 2 halves. + Faster service this time. Nov '25: - I requested the sandwich be packed in two separate halves, which they didn't. Now I had to balance the entire Giant on my lap and it spilled onto the floor. Wish the staff were more attentive and accommodating. - Slow, inefficient service. - some staff just chilling and laughing in the back. - at the same time, staff too busy now for me to ask them again to pack it in separate halves. read more

The guys that work here are so nice and funny. Sandwiches are always prepared great and fresh. They don't look at me weird when I ask for mayo on my Italian sandwich. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Original Italian with some mayo. - Fast Food Near Me - Irvine, California

This is the fastest service actually Italian style sub sandwich chain out there. Well, it's the fastest when you order ahead on the app so it's ready by the time you arrive. Otherwise you'll have to join the rest in line, which can get long during the lunch rush. You also earn points with every sandwich purchase, so you could end up earning a lot of free meals. Plus you get a free one for your birthday! My favorite is the California Club with turkey, bacon, and avocado, but today I got the Club Sub, which has turkey, and ham with bacon. Most get the Original Italian that has all those super flavorful salted cured meats. But whichever you choose, you gotta get it Mike's Way adding olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, salt, pepper, onions, and oregano. There's just no better way to enjoy an Italian sub here in the states. read more

I was a little disappointed I was craving Jersey Mike's and I went there and I ordered a ham and provolone on white a mini and all the staff was super nice but when I got home, the bread was as hard as a rock so I wasn't real thrilled about that and I was already home in Costa Mesa anyways just do better if the bread's old throw it out and get something more fresh!! I eat at Jersey Mike's very often so I was a little disappointed thank you for listening to my feedback read more

Ordered the regular Original Italian ($12) and Chicken Bacon Ranch Steak ($12) subs. I phoned in my order and it was ready for pick up within 20 mins. The subs were delicious and the ingredients were plenty. I like the rosemary parmesan bread which was toasted well. The inside of the store was clean and plenty of parking at this location. read more

Had a great experience at the Von Karmen location today. Jackson helped craft my sandwich and made sure to not waste a single drop. I'm writing to share a recent experience I had at your Irvine location that left me very disappointed. I placed an order through your website and, unfortunately, made an error on my end by selecting the wrong sandwich while using a coupon. I fully understand that the initial mistake was mine. However, when I called the store to see if there was any possibility of correcting the order, I was met with a very unhelpful and unpleasant response. The manager I spoke with, Ty, was dismissive, sarcastic, and came across as rude during the conversation. When asking TY who the manager was at the store he said me, myself, and I. Really polite!!!!! Rather than offering any kind of solution or even showing basic customer service courtesy, the interaction made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable--just a bit of understanding or a willingness to help find a simple resolution. The tone and attitude I experienced were surprising and not reflective of the level of service I've come to expect. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe customer service should remain respectful, even when policies cannot be bent. Thank you for your time, and I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences. read more

Horrible service. The manager here is racist. I've been a paying customer here for years and the manager wouldn't let me use the restroom or sit down to eat. read more

You guys.. not all Jersey Mikes are created equal. This location is hands down the best one!!! I always come to this location now, and today, I just had to ask the gentleman who made my sandwich what his name was because I wanted to give him a special shoutout for making my sandwich with meticulous care and such welcoming kindness! Thank you so much, Ty!!!Shoutout to Anthony also whose kind customer service was uplifting and appreciated! They truly made my day and made the most delicious sandwiches. What would my family and I do without Jersey Mikes and this location!!! read more

This store is the biggest hit-or-miss. I have celiac's disease. I cannot tolerate gluten in anything I eat. I told the servers this ahead of time and they said they'd clean up. Rather than clean up in front of me, the guy helping me took it behind into the kitchen where I couldn't see it and claimed he changed his gloves. He did not. I have had a hell of a time dealing with a bad stomach since the week began. Furthermore, I saw discarded gloves not in the trashcan and a dirty floor in the kitchen. I cannot recommend this place for anyone with a gluten intolerance or anyone wanting food from a clean atmosphere. read more

Showed up at my pickup time. Hadn't even started on my order. Took another 15 minutes.

I saw the new featured sandwich, Mike's hot Italian so I ordered on the app with my coworker. We got the same sandwich on the same order. She opened hers and it looked good as the photos we have seen so I was excited for my sandwich and i opened mine and this it what I got... bread with some meat on it. Where is everything else that was suppose to be on the sandwich? I was so disappointed! Wish I would have received what I ordered cuz the meat and bread was still good I just wish I had the veggies along with it. read more

The staff here was incredibly attentive and helpful! I visited during a busy dinner rush, yet they made sure every guest was taken care of. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich, and they were very accommodating, following all the proper procedures without making it feel like an inconvenience (which I've unfortunately experienced at other places). I'm so happy this location is close by. I'll definitely be back--such a great experience! read more

Well it's nice inside. The guy's working there were very polite. The food came fast. But the food was all just blah. I had tuna and it was really bland. I didn't bother finishing. There is no real flavor at all. My other half had the Philly with everything (the most limited list of options I've seen in a sub place) and was unimpressed. Nothing was bad... but not worth having again. As my other half put it, it has all the price and half the flavor of the top competitor. read more

Ok, gave them more chances. 100% correct every time since. The app has improved greatly. The speed has improved. Turn around. read more

This jersey mikes location is amazing! The workers are very friendly and patient! I want to thank Bhuman, Tony and Gavin, for helping me make my sandwich. I was pleased to see they had a gluten free option and they kept the station clean and made sure to use different tools and gloves when handling it! I also noticed the music was very nostalgic and had a chill vibe to it. read more

I like to eat late and came at around 9:05, after the store had closed, but these gentlemen opened back up to serve me with a smile! I ordered a giant philly cheesesteak with all the fixings and a giant italian on that cheese bread, incredible. The manager Ty was a great dude and the little mexican boy was funny! Always a great late night spot to eat! Love my Mike's read more

The Tuna in the Sub I ordered today was inedible due to the outrageous amount of salt added to final product.

It seems about once a year I forget and try JM again. IMO their sandwiches are lousy. I find it hard to believe they originated in NJ and make such a terrible Italian sub! Their meats remind me of the turkey based crap at Subway, Cheap, cheap quality and flavor! And not that I'd want anything of this quality in a larger size, but their regular sub for about $12 is smaller than everywhere else I know of., Amazingly, I had to stand in line for 15 minutes. I don't get it. read more

I came in on crutches and this one guy in particular went above and beyond with the service. Walked my sandwich over to the table, and then ran back over again from behind the counter when one of my crutches fell over. Wish I could share his name, he was tall lol. I've visited Jersey Mikes a few times over the past couple of weeks and I will be returning again. I enjoy rhe Big Kahuna sandwich with no jalapeños and extra onions. It has juicy, tender, and delicious steak with soft, gooey melted cheese inside a toasted bun. The large size is big enough to share which is a plus. They have a wide selection of other choices as well. I also like their unsweetened black tea. This location is located in the Von Karman shopping center near Wal Mart. I will be returning again. read more

I have come to this location before and they are always very nice but tonight was really impressive! Believe it or not, this is the first time I ate at Jersey Mike. Since then, I have come back almost once per week. The sub is delicious and fresh, and the service is fast and courteous. The place and the servers are clean and professional. They are a little more expensive than Subway, but the regular size is almost as big as the Subway's foot-long. I also happily tipped the server, not much, but they deserve it. read more

Picked up a quick lunch on a weekday after placing an online order. Parking can be a little cramped in this plaza when it is crowded. I got the chipotle chicken cheesesteak. The chicken was incredibly SALTY. I added some other sauce to try to balance it out but it was just overwhelming. The rosemary bread was just okay. The onions were a good touch. I would opt for a different sandwich if I were to come back, something more healthy tasting. read more

We ordered two boxes of sandwiches for my son's 9th birthday at the beach. When the sandwiches arrived we noticed they had failed to follow our directions and cut our sandwiches in half. Since our party was at the beach we were not anticipating having to cut sandwiches ourselves. I called and the management said they would compensate us with one sandwich. Today I showed up at the Jersey Mikes and they failed to keep our name on the board and did not keep their word. The manager was present and did not even have the decency to fulfill what had been told to us over the phone. I'm super dissapointed and will never be ordering from Jersey Mikes! They didn't even have common courtesy to keep their word or honor the what they had told us over the phone. Horrible experience which will keep me from going back there! read more

In terms of fast food subs I would say this is arguably one of the better and preferred spots. For some reason the quality of ingredients is better than other traditional sandwich places and I feel like the portion size is just right. Only way to go is Mikes way for cold cut subs, and after trying it i understand why the original Italian is a place favorite. read more
