A good spot for burgers that's consistent with the rest of the chain. The parking lot is oddly shaped and the majority of the parking is a little bit of a walk away from the restaurant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. The interior is kept very clean and it's almost always busy. The food quality is on par with the rest of the chain and makes for a very satisfying meal.

I feel like being a local, In-N-Out was something I never craved because it was always around. As I grew older though, I realized that people literally fly across the country for a meal I can have a random Wednesday and it made me appreciate it so much more. The consistency is unbeatable and the price point is still one of the best values around. I love how customizable everything is, from extra grilled onions to chopped chilies. Might also just be me, but I feel like the busyness of the dining area sometimes adds to the whole experience, idk. Kind of a true definition of comfort meal.

This location is very clean and well run. The food tasted a little better than our usual location according to my husband. We came on a Saturday for lunch and it was super crowded with lots of sports families. The only problem with this location is the lack of shade. They need to add umbrellas to the tables. There were plenty of staff keeping the place picked up and clean.

I always bring my out of town friends for in n out burgers! The line is always long for both drive thru and dine in. You just have to be patient. Today it took what felt like 30 minutes to order and get our food dining in. Once you get your food freshly cooked to order...it's always worth it! My friends and family all love the burgers and when I bring new folks they can't believe all my customization options! Grilled onion, grilled whole onion, raw onion, double toasted bun, animal style, chopped peppers, well done fries...are just some options. I also love that they have unlimited banana peppers at the ketchup bar. Those peppers are so juicy and satisfying. I like to have a bite of pepper with every bite of burger. Also more recently I also started requesting chopped peppers in my burger!

It's tax season but I love In N Out! Went in yesterday the guy that took the order at the drive thru got the order right the first time. The girl at the first window super nice with a smile. Pick up window guy was so polite, attentive and friendly I loved his attitude so much that I asked him his name and called the customer service line and confirmed his name was Bradley! He needs a

I used to live right next to this In-N-Out, and it never missed. The fries here are always perfectly crispy, and the buns are toasted just right every time. The parking lot is huge, which makes things so much easier, and the drive-thru line actually moves without spilling out onto the road like some other locations. Definitely one of the better In-N-Outs around.

Man it never fails to deliver. Fly 2500 miles and it was Animal Style through and through. Fast and courteous service. Even got a table at this very busy location. Food was awesome fries hot. Burger juicy and messy and delicious. In n Out in other words.

My husband got me a cheeseburger with extra lettuce and pickles with animal fries. And side of spread sauce. I didn't picture the animal fries. The pickles here is very strong pickles lol. Service was good. There is a bit of a wait as they are busy every time but that's okay. The environment is very lively and fast paced

In-N-Out is always a solid spot for a meal because they're so consistent in their product. The drive-thru line here can get pretty long, wrapping through the shopping center it seems, so I would go inside to order. It's still busy there, but moves a bit quicker (I think). The space is clean, everyone is friendly, and it meets all your expectations for an In-N-Out location.

Always busy but always quick with pumping orders. Nice staff. Reliable burgers. We always get animal style burgers and extra well fries for a great crisp. Workers are always cleaning up tables for people to sit. Clean counters. Always a go to

This location failed me :( I got a cheeseburger meal, and a flying dutchman (side of spread sauce). They didn't add the onions on the flying dutchman, forgot the spread, and didn't give enough ketchup. Not the in n out experience i wanted :( I had given 2 stars but had to edit my review bc I just found a hair..

We took some photos of our pups at different locations for Halloween we love in and out.

We absolutely love this place and the people here are so busy all the time and very friendly and hardworking. Our dogs love it also!

I had never been and was not shocked to pull up and there not be a parking lot because it looks like it was an old house! Interior was clean and comfortable. But the food. The FOOD I got a burger OF COURSE house of BURGER and man oh man! Double cheeseburger with bacon and fries $14 I mean does it get better? Not really! And let me tell you I am STUFFED that was a big burger. The meat tastes like beef, not every seasoned, they let the bacon give it some salt which is perfect, the American meaty cheese sings in the background the veg was nice and fresh. I will say the pickles could have been bigger and crunchier. But that's a perfect burger! The fries were plentiful but under seasoned, very hot and fresh but for sure could use more seasoning. If you want a burger. Come here. It's great it's comfortable it's fast it's cheap. DO IT

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.

From the two, the gully smash was our favorite--it's like a classic smash burger but the addition of pastrami enhanced it! The Bhangra smash was definitely different than any burger I've had before but you can definitely tell the south Asian influences in this one. The burgers were both enjoyable, however, they were on the oily side and felt a bit heavy. I'd say prices here were also pretty steep for what you're getting. I'd say that this is a great option for halal burgers, but I think if you're not restricted to eating halal meat, there are burger options that I like more. The restaurant itself is in a food court that has a decent amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. Service here is friendly and you could really tell that they're passionate about their food here (which is always positive points in my book).

Today, we got frisco burger with fries along with horchata and carne asada nacho fries upgrade. Their menu consist of breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, dinner, Mexican, salads, sides, kids, and beverages. Frisco burger has a beef patty with bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and 1000 Island dressing, served on grilled Parmesan cheese bread. The burger was decent, it didn't quite blow me away. The ingredients were fresh, and the combination was enjoyable, but I felt it was missing a little something to make it truly memorable. If you're looking for a solid burger experience, it's worth a try, but it may not be my first choice for next time. the burger was decent, it didn't quite blow me away. I would rate the Frisco burger a solid 3 out of 5. It was decent, but I expected a bit more to make it truly stand out. My boyfriend would rate it a 4/5 since it was okay for him. French fries were crispy and well-cooked, with a nice golden-brown color. They had a satisfying crunch on the outside, while remaining fluffy on the inside. I would have appreciated some dipping sauces or seasoning options on the side to enhance them a bit more. I would give the French fries a 3/5. They were decent but didn't quite wow me. Horchata was refreshing and creamy, with a lovely balance of sweetness and cinnamon spice. The texture was smooth, providing a comforting drink that complemented my meal well. I would rate the horchata a 4/5 since I have to mix mine to get the horchata flavor. Carne asada nacho fries were crispy and golden, providing the perfect foundation for all the amazing toppings. Generously layered with tender, seasoned carne asada, each bite was a wonderful blend of savory beef and crunchy fries. The melted cheese added a rich creaminess that brought everything together, while the pico de gallo contributed a refreshing burst of flavor. I love the chop chilies personally. The finishing touches of guacamole and sour cream added just the right amount of creaminess and zest. This is absolutely my favorite meal. My boyfriend and I would rate the carne asada nacho fries a perfect 5/5--an outstanding fusion of flavors and textures. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. There is plenty of parking. I'm only giving it a 4 because of the burger. I would definitely come back here to try their other food alternatives.
