Walked in to place a Togo order. Here was a short line. I was greeted by the cashier, he very efficiently took my order and I waited about 12 minutes for it to be ready. While waiting I was watching the staff preparing orders. There were a lot of staff and they just seemed happy and genuinely sweet kids. As usual In-N-Out delivers quality fresh burgers and the service is always top notch. The store has indoor seating and some outdoors seating. Of course five stars, in-N-Out is the best and is always consistent no matter the location. Was in Irvine touring ICI and they have an In-N-Out right across from the campus. This location is super clean and nice inside and out. Tons of seating as well as lots of seating outside to enjoy the great weather. Any burger and fries are a hit here, secret menu or customize as you like you can't go wrong. I prefer a burger, mustard fried, no salt, no spread, extra lettuce tomato and onion, Fries topped with grilled onions with spread on the side and a coke, yum!! I was trying to grab a booth but this mom made eye contact with the grandma at the booth first so she gave her the table.
