Chick-fil-A is one of my go to's and have been to many locations. I have never had a bad experience but wanted to give a shoutout to this location! The food was on point and the restaurant was very clean. Why I am leaving a review is because of the staff. The service was top notch everyone we encountered was awesome. I wanted to give a shoutout to Vincent for going above and beyond and his excellent customer service personal skills. My table was there for a while just enjoying and catch up and he was constantly checking in and we appreciated his upbeat personality. You don't really get that kind of service now and days This is now my new favorite location. I would drive a little further just to come back here. Thank you for your service Vincent you are a gem! Came here for a quick bite to eat. Parking lot is very big but this spot shares a lot with other shopping stores and eateries. It wasn't too busy when I came and I just wanted to get some fries. I ordered and waited for them.. it took a little while until I finally got them. Seemed like there was a lot of seating inside and I didn't see a drive thru.. I feel like this place is more for the college kids that live on campus. If I lived here this would be a very convenient spot to eat and shop. read more

I love this chic fila! I have been going here for three years, and their staff is always friendly and welcoming! I go here pretty often, and sometimes even right when they open at 6:30am. I remember when I was there early before my physics finals, and a staff member gave me a complimentary milkshake because of how sad I looked! I will never forget that moment. (Please bring back the banana pudding milkshake) The new summer menu with the sprite things is alright. The lemonade and sprite is very syrupy and sweet, but if that's how the chic fila company wants it to be made, it's fine. Would recommend to ask for less sweet or dilute it with water. I have a sweet tooth myself, but damn that was absurdly sweet. Also the prices are kinda getting high.. but with the economy and all that it aight. Looking forward to dining here again! read more

Located on UCI campus, I understand that it can get hectic, but that should not be a reason for not verifying the orders before handing them to customers. There have been at least 3 separate instances where either my order was wrong or was missing an item. The first time, my wife ordered a sausage egg muffin but we received a chicken egg muffin sandwich. The second time, we had requested different sauces but did not receive them. Lastly, today, I ordered the Honey Pepper pimento sandwich with a "spicy" filet but received it with the regular filet. Upon looking at the sticker on the box it appears that sandwich was from a different order. In all instances we were unable to go back to get the issue resolved die to time. We should not have to check the bag before leaving as is done in places like McDonalds. Great customer service!! Awesome workers too despiste it being so busy. I took advantage of a recent promo and besides it being packed I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. We will keep this short and simple. The location of this chick-fil-a is super convenient (my fitness studio is in the same center) If you use the app and walk over it pick up your food it doesn't get any easier. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. They keep their online/app orders behind the counter so that random people can't just come in and help themselves to a little grab and go (which I personally really appreciate) It's got a decently large sitting area, is always kept clean, and there are always families and college kids filling the space so it's super inviting. What not to like? Oh and if you don't want it deal with any of that, there's also a drive through! read more

For some reason, every time I come here, they have no "for here" trays. When I ask, they say they ran out and need to wash them. But that makes little sense because Chick-Fil-A always manages to have enough trays normally. So something is maybe happening at this store, perhaps a labor shortage. I'm sure the managers are cutting hours to stay profitable. Which probably explains why the bathrooms are dirty, the tables are dirty, the trashes overflow, and the condiment bar is often understocked. The Order inaccuracy is insane. All I wanted was an 8ct grilled nugget meal, large fry, and a small/medium drink. The soda tasted really off. I don't know if it was the syrup or what but it was not great. Fries: the texture of soft/crispiness wasn't great either. They were made well but not great, lacked some flavor. Grilled Nuggets: Funny story, I never got the grilled nuggets I actually ordered! Instead I received the regular fried nuggets. Pretty chewy and not very crispy at all. It was going good at first, went through the drive-through and ordered they were super nice, left the drive-through and realized they forgot my milkshake and lemonade so I went inside to get my milkshake and they gave me a strawberry milkshake when I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. Do not come here on Monday nights. Many of the people working that shift are mean, judgmental, and straight up bully their customers. I previously frequented this location on Monday evenings, but had to stop going because the staff made it so uncomfortable. On a Monday night my partner and I came to this location near closing, ready to pick up our mobile order. Right after we got to the speaker and said the name for the order, we heard a loud burst of laughter from multiple employees. They spent a good minute laughing at us. When we picked up the order at the window, the employee helping us made very passive aggressive comments about how we are their most consistent customers. I submitted a complaint about the incident to management using the app, but they never even got back to me. This wasn't an isolated incident either. I would often hear the staff making judgement comments about other customers, like "What's the point of ordering a salad AND a milkshake?" Better to just avoid this location so you can enjoy your food in peace. read more

The absolute worst chick a fila I have ever been to, hands down. From a rude manager to unhelpful employees, all awful. Seeing their Yelp clearly I'm not the only one who's had issues with this place. After waiting for 20 mins AFTER clicking I'm here. I asked about my food. Kept telling the girl my name, but she kept calling me Sam and kept looking for Sam's food. Then I was approached by manger trying to figure out what was going on. She was rude, unhelpful and at one point rolled her eyes. She had a horrible attitude and she that I probably ordered at the wrong location. Showered her my order. They magically then found my order. Said it would be right out. After this second ridiculous wait I am sitting here giving this review. It's now been 43 mins in total waiting for a single chicken sandwich. I got a to go order here a couple nights ago for my family. The workers always nice as usual. Restaurant was really busy and seems like a very cool location. I liked the catering display they had in a corner close to the front counter. The place had a good vibe in the air. When I received my food, my order was slightly incorrect, but didn't know till I got home. I ordered 3 chicken tenders which I got 2 orders. The other should have been an 8 piece nugget. It was too much effort to leave and get that fixed cause those were supposed to be for my almost 2 year old granddaughter. We just cut the 3 tenders into 9 pieces. I ordered a large lemonade, but I put a note that I would really like the seasonal watermelon mint lemonade. The lady at the cashier said that they couldn't do that, that they would have to charge me the difference. That didn't make sense because she said they only give the one size clear cup which is like a small/medium and I told her it was OK would just want the smaller one. Looking at it further, the seasonal was $2.79 plus tax, which was $3.01. I paid $3.35 plus tax for the large lemonade. So I would not have had to pay any difference. I was just asking for the smaller drink. Previously, I asked a guy and he said it should be ok. Apparently it wasn't. I didn't want to argue with the lady so I just told her I would pay for another drink which was an inconvenience because my order was online and now I had to make another payment. Other than that, the 2 chicken sandwiches, fries, and Mac n cheese were all great tasting as usual. Is it just me or do the chicken sandwiches appear to be smaller now?
