California Cobb Bowl
Ernest G.

Another Vegan trip down in the OC. Granddaughters mentioned this establishment. Light and airy location - great quality (fresh) ingredients. We ordered Macro & California bowls, protein waffles. Great choice for Healthy Eats. Will definitely return!

Chunky Monkey

Super clean and healthy place. Staff/cashier was so friendly and welcoming. Tried their Chunky Monkey smoothie. Great sweetness but there were several chunks of the dates that were unblended getting stuck in my straw. Still good though. I'll need to come back to try their food items.

Great options for healthy food and drinks! I ordered the macro bowl and turmeric tonic. Would definitely get again.

Bombay bowl
Christina T.

First time trying Vibe after a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint! There were so many great options, but we ultimately went with the Bombay Bowl and the Mediterranean Bowl. The Bombay Bowl was packed with flavor, which came in a coconut cashew curry with cauliflower, garbanzos, broccoli, purple cabbage, and a delicious turmeric slaw. The Mediterranean Bowl was also refreshing and perfect for lunch. It was loaded with diced cucumber, tomato, avocado, homemade hummus, black lentils, and pickled onion, and finished with tahini drizzle. You have the options to add additional protein or sauces for an upcharge. We opted to add the Maui Nui Venison. As a plus, everything came packed in nice reusable lunch bags. We'll definitely be back.

My visit to Vibe Organic Kitchen & Juice in Newport Beach left me feeling exactly the way the name promises--lighter, energized, and genuinely impressed. I've been to plenty of health‑forward cafés, but Vibe stands out for its freshness, its creativity, and the way it manages to make clean eating feel exciting rather than restrictive. The moment I walked in, I felt that signature Newport Beach ease. The space is bright and airy, with a clean, modern aesthetic that instantly puts you in a good mood. Natural light pours in, the décor leans toward minimalist coastal, and everything feels intentionally fresh. It's the kind of place where you want to sit down, take a breath, and enjoy something nourishing. There's a calm energy to the space--busy enough to feel lively, but never chaotic. The service at Vibe is exactly what you hope for in a wellness‑focused café. The staff is upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when it comes to navigating the menu. They strike that perfect balance of being quick without making you feel rushed. Even during busier moments, everything moves smoothly, and the team seems to truly enjoy what they do. Every dish I tried tasted incredibly fresh. The flavors were bright, the textures balanced, and nothing felt overly heavy or overly "health‑food‑ish." Vibe manages to hit that sweet spot where you feel good about what you're eating without sacrificing enjoyment. Whether it's a hearty bowl, a crisp salad, or one of their warm entrées, everything feels thoughtfully composed. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the portions are generous without being overwhelming. The juices and smoothies are a highlight. They're vibrant, clean, and free of that overly sweet, artificial taste you sometimes get elsewhere. Each blend feels purposeful--balanced, refreshing, and energizing. It's the kind of drink you finish and immediately feel better for having had. Vibe Organic Kitchen & Juice is one of those Newport Beach spots that makes healthy eating feel joyful. The bright, modern space sets the tone, the service is warm and efficient, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful.

Buddha Burger
Holly K.

While I didn't love what I got (Buddha Burger), I still give Vibe a 5 Star Rating. I wasn't expecting the beet heavy patty and wasn't a fan of gluten free bread (but can imagine that it's a fantastic alternative for those that are gluten free). VIBE recently transitioned from fully vegan to adding animal products. I called ahead to confirm if the Buddha Burger would be vegan as long as I ordered the plant based patty. The staff member said that everything is still vegan with the option to add animal product like animal meat and dairy cheese. The sweet potatoes as the side of fries was a happy surprise (sweet potatoes are my favorite).

Enjoying Vibe Tacos at the Beach

Absolutely love Vibe! Their food is great! And the workers are so kind. There is a wide selection of food from Vibe. Whenever I eat there I feel healthy. I would recommend their tacos or Venison Burger. There are smoothies and snacks. Great food Their service is great! This one worker, Aimee is so sweet and helpful! Would totally recommend

Rice and Beans
Erandi W.

FOOD: The food was good. Fresh and tasty. I hit the 3 taco plate and got all mushroom tacos. They were very good, but filling. I could have done with 2 tacos. I also got a side of rice and beans and it was a lot of food! SERVICE: The staff was very friendly and nice. My meal took a long time to come out. Others who ordered after me got their meals before me. I had to go check to see when mine was going to come out. They were nice about it and apologized for the delay. AMBIANCE/DECOR: casual atmosphere and simple decor. Not a lot of seating inside. The parking lot here is a nightmare. Took me a very long time to find parking so keep that in mind when you come to this location. All in all, it's a nice little place with good food.

Love love looove this place! Some days I am vegan, some days not, either case I Love to eat clean, and this is the place to go for that! They have all types of vegan food here, last time I had their macro bowl and my son had their "burger" (vegan), he LOVED it!! And I kid you not, my son is a huge beef lover, and even he loved it! Service here was awesome, very quick, smooth, and efficient. I can't wait to go back and try their vegan desserts!!

Trying to be more self conscious of my food choices. This place was very good, the food tasted better than most healthy food options and the employees were super helpful !

Macro bowl with added avocado and gluten free moist banana bread
Jasmine E.

Vibe Organic Kitchen is a whole mood -- and honestly, my new go-to spot when I want something nourishing and delicious. I tried the Macro Bowl and was blown away by how flavorful and balanced everything was. Every bite had intention -- perfectly seasoned, warm, satisfying, and packed with clean ingredients that left me full without feeling weighed down. But let's talk about that banana bread... Moist, subtly sweet, and dare I say, life changing. I had to double check that it was gluten-free because it was that good. Pure comfort without the crash! What really sets this place apart is knowing everything on the menu is 100% gluten-free, and there are no seed oils in sight. It's food you can feel great about eating -- no guilt, no bloat, just real ingredients that fuel your body. If you're looking for healthy food that actually tastes amazing, Vibe is the spot. 10/10 recommend!

Macro Bowl Majikal Bowl
Ainsley J.

I love Vibe. The service is always so friendly and fast, and the food always slaps. I literally crave their macro bowls once a week it's so nutritious and filling, it was my first time trying a smoothie bowl and now I'll be craving that weekly too. They layered the granola in the bowl and the smoothie base itself was so bright and flavorful. 12/10 eats and vibes every time. Such a great spot for good priced, healthy food

Breakfast Bowl! The best of everything!!!!
Michele D.

Most excellent experience! My 2nd review on this particular location. I have been coming here for years now, and their food and custom drinks get better and better! Most definitely try their Breakfast Bowl! It's out of this world! Fresh tasting and spicy, the perfect kick and combination! This bursts with flavor! The Super Green juice doesn't disappoint, freshly made, and curls your tastebuds, very tangy, but satisfying! I highly recommend you try EVERYTHING here! The best for anyone, especially vegans! I certainly recommend this joint! Fabulous customer service, and a hip trendy vibe makes this laidback place, a must stop! Parking can get crazy during peak hours! Highly recommended! 5 Stars, all the way!!!

This evening was no different, possibly worse. Our female server was impatient with us when we inquired about the menu, never bothered to check up with us to see if we were satisfied or wanted to add to our order. Part of one of the orders was missing. She was too busy shining wine glasses to check in with us so I had to ask one of her coworkers to check on our order. Eventually , a manager came out with the mystery dish, as we are nearing the end of our meal. I was desperately trying to get her attention to no avail to order another glass of wine. When she finally did grace us with her surely presence, she made no eye contact as she removed an empty water carafe and pushed our bar tab closer to us. Customer Service??? Not only was our server impolite,, she was inattentive and lacked any hint of a personality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server, she sent the manager back over. He politely apologized and offered to comp my glass of wine. I declined. I was there to pay for a wonderful experience that did not happen. He still removed the $18 glass of wine from our bar tab, but the damage was already done. We both lost an hour of our lives, that we will never get back, and had an unpleasant dinning experience. We actually paid to be treated poorly and be ignored by our unpleasant and inattentive server!! How absurd! Disappointing, disrespected and dissatisfied.

Made reservations through the open table app. It was on a Friday afternoon with the weather being nice and sunny so thought it would be nice to sit on the patio. Upon checking in with the hostess, was greeted by a very not so friendly hostess. Upon me asking if the patio is available, she said "only inside is available"..... No sorry no smile no nothing...... Excuse me for bringing this up, but if you Miss Hostess does not want to work, nobody forced you to do so...... God!!!! Upon sitting down, the inside temperature was freezing. Felt like just stepped into a fridge or something. Anyways, ordered a hamburger (WELL DONE) and a chopped salad. The chopped salad was delicious! The hamburger was RAW inside. The side of fries had the weirdest taste. The waitress was nice and apologized. I asked for the manager because he needs to know the issue and try to fix it so it doesn't happen again. When the manager came to the table, he started lectureing me that this is not raw and it is just medium well. Ummmm..... First of all Mr. Manager, your opinion does not matter, second of all, I asked for Well Done, regardless of what it is....... GOD!!!! He said if I want a replacement, I said nope, thanks. He took it off the bill and whatever the amount of the dish was, I added as a tip for the waitress. Because it is not her fault that the chef doesn't know how to cook or the manager doesn't have the skills to be a manager. So I am leaving this review for the General manager that you have some serious improvements to make to this restaurant. The bathroom smells horrible. The faucets are broken and disgustingly dirty and your food is not even edible...... I would not be surprised that this place closes down soon. So get to work and take care of your business before it is too late!!!!

The first time we visited it was crowded and there was a long line. But, they allowed the two of us to go ahead of the line because the rest were large groups, which we appreciated. The young man who took our order was very kind. We both ordered the chicken entree with steamed brown rice except I opted for the grilled vegetables and hubby chose sweet potato fries. We enjoyed our delicious meals! The chicken was tasty, tender, and grilled to perfection as were my vegetables drizzled in olive oil. The sweet potato fries were so good especially with the their homemade sauce. Eating here allowed my blood sugar to come into range for surgery the next day. It goes on to show a good diet is everything. I knew Flower Child would come through. It was the perfect low carb, high protein meal. The second time we arrived, there was no line so we were able to order right as we got up to the counter. The young lady there was very welcoming. My husband ordered the same thing but I slightly changed the meal opting for a cauliflower risotto in place of the grilled vegetables previously. Delicious! The interior has a whimsical & bright decor and impeccably clean. The high ceilings make it feel very spacious & airy. Looking forward to returning.

Decided to drive down to Newport for the day, wound up browsing the shops at Fashion Island, and…read morethen wound up having lunch at Great Maple, one of the better, sit-down restaurants at the center. It's a bright and airy venue, with thick, clubby stools at the bar and a dual, indoor/outdoor dining area that's just right for the coastal California locale. We arrived near the end of the lunch rush, so we were quickly seated by the friendly Hostess, though there were still plenty of folks eating, and a lively buzz was still thrumming through the room. It was just the right energy for a Saturday lunch. Our server, Darren, was a hoot, with a slight shimmy to his step and personality for days -- sometimes that can be a bit much, but in this case his charisma added a much appreciated charm to the meal. While we didn't imbibe at this sitting, they do have a full bar with a nice selection of cocktails suitable for brunch or dinner, and it's easy to imagine whiling away quite a few hours here at another opportunity. The menu offers a number of clever twists on brunch and lunch mainstays, especially house-made doughnuts and a few Benedicts that push all the buttons of "well, this is something appealingly different." That said, we were just tad boring today as diners, ordering a Burger and the house BLT. We may have made some ordinary-sounding decisions, but Great Maple's versions of these favorites were far from ordinary at all. The burger is made with high quality beef that has just the right amount of fat to make it juicy while retaining the integrity of the flavor of the meat. Cheese, veggies and a fresh brioche bun rounded out the presentation, as did a perfectly achieved pink medium rare. This was a very good, very satisfying burger served with crispy, shoestring fries that really hit the spot. The BLT is built on Levain sourdough that is thick-cut and lightly toasted, and holds up nicely against the moisture in the tomatoes and bright, leafy lettuce. Aioli had a noticeable but mild, and very enjoyable, garlic accent that played really well with everything, walking the line between "spread" and "dressing," and becoming a meaningful component of the sandwich rather than being just an adornment. But the star of the sandwich was the smoky bacon, cut thick enough to retain a pleasing chew while also boasting the kind of char and crisp that make for the most enjoyable bacon on a sandwich. Really, this was a terrific BLT, far above what you normally get, and, as I said before, not anywhere near as ordinary as you may think. So, a very good lunch at Great Maple, and very good reason to plan another visit very soon. Kudos to everyone.

Most of the food was really good, but there were a couple of misses as well. What we ordered: + Fried Chicken and Doughnuts - I was really excited to try their famous maple bacon donuts, but they were surprisingly bad. These donuts were dense, like day-old bread. It has good reviews, so maybe I'm just partial to light, airy donuts. The fried chicken was good though. + Ribeye Hash - hubby ordered this and really enjoyed it. It was huge. + Kids Pancakes with scrambled eggs - we were surprised our little one didn't like the pancakes (which he usually loves), but after we tasted it, we understood why. It had a weird sour after-taste. I've had buttermilk pancakes before, and they never tasted sour. Also, the texture was not fluffy, but kinda flat, and the color was very light. Maybe it wasn't fully cooked (see photo). However, he devoured the scrambled eggs, which he usually doesn't touch. + Chilaquiles - very good. It was a tower. + Modern American Breakfast - pretty good. The vegan avocado toast was average. Overall, this is a nice brunch place with some good options. Other than the donuts and pancakes, the rest of the food was really good.

When you go to their website it shows an apple cinnamon french toast, we were expecting that since it's "Seasonal brunch" like the menu describes. What's seasonal about coconut and passion fruit in the fall? So instead we ordered the Burger and the Tuna Sandwich Very disappointing I will say, the Sweet Potato fries and the pickles were killing it, give me a whole bowl of that and I will be content. We spent a total of $59 (before tipping) and the food wasn't good. The tuna sandwich was flooded with ginger, as much as a sushi restaurant would give you. It wasn't very good, but was complimented with pickles. I was surprised I was greeted with a slab of tuna, I never knew that was a thing and was fully expecting something better. "A Market" does a way better Tuna sandwich the tuna melt, get that instead. The Burger was very mid. Again $26 for a burger that was complimented with a side of "fries". These fries didn't meet any of the criteria and can only really be classified as potato door wedges. They were thick, not all the way cooked and didn't taste good in the sauce it comes with. Again, the pickles ate, they were the best part of the meal. All I can say this place has for itself is really great ambiance, but the food and service not anything I would call great. This place is deserving of a 2 star, there's much better options of food out there
