Updating my review - I was contacted by the business owner for a complimentary smoothie after my previous review, which was kind. I have since gone back several times for the açaí smoothie with peanut butter and the espresso almond smoothie - both of which have been consistently delicious (as mentioned in my previous review how much I love these smoothies!). Still, service is inconsistent. I've called to order by phone and usually my smoothie is ready, but I've been charged different amounts, my loyalty points aren't always reflected accurately, and I've been told that I can't use certain rewards even when they are clearly equipped and available on screen. Today I did my first mobile order since the fiasco that led to my first review, and unfortunately, my smoothie was not ready by the time listed on app (which was over 20 mins after my order). I actually don't think they even started making my smoothie until I came in to pick it up. I found this place a few weeks again and since then I have been four times. Truth is I don't have anything bad to say. Every time I went I was greeted and assisted by very polite staff. The place was clean and the tables were ready for the next customer. There is several different you can order. Via the application which btw gives cool coupons for money off your order. With one of the staff at the counter or on one of the touchscreen devices inside the restaurant. The menu is phenomenal especially if your a plant and veggie eater such as myself. DONT WORRY for all the carnivores There is Meat choices as well. Aside from that I love the fact that this place has so many different varieties of smoothies which use fresh vegetables and fruits not purées or juices.
