I came here for their açaí bowls because it was one of the few places that open late and I know it's more known for their pressed juices but just giving them a rating off their açaí bowls. This place is very very clean, that's the first thing I look for especially when you're handling raw foods. The staff is very friendly. They don't accept cash so heads up. I'm actually not a big fan of the juice. It doesn't taste that fresh to me, but the bowls are pretty good. read more

Conveniently located inside the South Coast Plaza mall, just at the entrance by Claim Jumper parking. Had an issue with an açaí berry bowl order that seemed to have been missed as we waited for a good 18 minutes. When we asked why our order is taking so long to prepare, the 2 staff members thought they had completed it. The other staff looked she couldn't care less. The lady who took care of us apologized repeatedly and offered us a bottled juice on the house for the inconvenience. Wishing the banana was not so over ripe (had black spots when we watched her prepare it so it tasted mushy- not fresh). The ingredients clearly ate not up to par in quality. Their customer service needs work but the lady who took care to prepare our order scored points for her empathy. read more

I like this location at South Coast Plaza because of the fast service and convenience of the location. What I really enjoyed was my ability to add dark chocolate chips and marshmallows to my bowl. I hadn't been to an acai bowl place that served marshmallows before so I thought it was cool. I was able to satisfy my sweets craving while still eating (mostly) healthy. We arrived to get ice cream bowls at 8:40 and a young woman with black hair, bangs and a ponytail, told us that she would make us the dessert. She accepted payment and then gave us runny ice cream that was basically liquid and explained that it was our fault because they were about to close. They turned off the machine 20 minutes before closing and made it seem like it was our fault. Pressed is a juice bar. They only have pre made in bottle juices. The location is clean and airy. The service is good. I did go when no one else was there so I am not certain how things are when they get busy. Their juice selections are many. I myself enjoy the green drinks. I also enjoy their shots! We walked up and two girls looked annoyed they didn't great us or asked if we needed help. We ordered 2 soft serve vegan cups 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate. They gave us two chocolate. So they weren't even listening to us. My bf ordered an acai bowl and that was good. My little one and I should of gotten one of those also. The "ice cream was not good at all it was grainy and tasted like? Dirt? I have no clue how to desceibe it. I usually do like vegan options but the customer service and "ice cream" was 0/10. I wanted an açaí bowl on my break at work so I walked over here and found that it's closed for 15 minutes. I was a little annoyed but that's fine, maybe they were short staffed for the day. But then when the guy came back, he informed me all of the smoothie bowls were currently out of order. That's not his fault, and he was really apologetic about it. I just wish that the app wouldn't have told me these options were available when they weren't. I wasted my lunch break trying to get something that didn't exist at the store. ALEC was so helpful and even though I was the last customer for the night, he was still wearing a smile. This location is super small (pretty much a store front) but what I love about it is that it's at the edge of the mall so if you're just wanting to stop by for Pressed only you don't have to walk too far from the lot. That being said it's in a busy section of the mall so sometimes hard to get parking. They don't always have all of the typical flavors here since they are smaller. read more

I got the wellness shot bundle both times, and both times they tasted expired. I also noticed the prices were slightly higher than the other locations. We took a while to figure out what we wanted to order but he never rushed us or made us feel bad for being indecisive. He offered samples and recommendations. Place is easy to find right off 17th Street. You really can't miss it with that big sign. And the building is definitely unique as well so you shouldn't have any problem finding it Inside you can either choose to go digital and and skip talking to a real person. I'm old school, I actually like engaging with people. So I went to the counter. I ordered the rib sandwich without looking, and was a little shocked by the total. The sandwich itself is 15 bucks, I ordered a small fry which was $4.50, and a small drink which was $4. With a 15% tip my total came out to $28. Definitely a little shell-shocked by that. Now let's talk about the sandwich. It came to the table and at first glance it looked very small. When I picked it up there was a very generous portion of rib meat inside like a big chunk of rib meat. Huge pickles and a lot of sauce. It was a great sandwich. Do not get me wrong, what I ordered again? Maybe. They don't really have a meal deal that includes fries and a drink so it's sort of all a la carte. Now let's talk about the taste. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the sandwich itself was a solid 10. That being said, I would definitely feel more comfortable paying $12 for this sandwich, as I think 15 is a little exuberant. And you don't really get that many fries for $4.50. I can't imagine what the meal deal would have been, but I'm sure people would absolutely balk at that price. I would have given it a five-star review, but that is way too much for that sandwich. As delicious as it was, I just don't feel right spending that much for a sandwich. If it could be reworked, and the price dropped down I would be all in in a heartbeat. Bottom line? If you've been wanting to try it, I say go ahead. I'm a not typically a fan of açaí bowls, but I must admit that Pressed has the best ones. I tried their original Açaí bowl, and it was simply delightful. There's an authenticity to their açaí base that's hard to put into words. Their top-notch ingredients truly make a difference, even though they are a bit pricey. In my opinion, the VIP membership is worth it! Their staff are always super friendly and didn't hesitate to give their recommendations.
