I swung by here today because I was craving something sharp and refreshing, and their lime juice (Lime It Up) definitely hit the spot! It had that perfect balance of tart and sweet that's so hard to find. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because it didn't have that artificial aftertaste at all. The staff was incredibly energetic and helped me navigate the menu since it was my first time trying their citrus blends. The shop itself was spotless and had a really chill vibe, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected for a single drink, even though it wasn't super crowded. That being said, the quality of the juice made it worth the wait. I'll definitely be back to try more of their lime-based drinks soon! read more

Great customer service but unfortunately they only have one person working. That is not okay at all. You can't have only one person working. Who's going to give that person a break. The manager or owner should look into this because is not okay to have only one person doing everything on his own. read more

I like juice it up there are not to many in Los Angeles area I live so coming here is a treat. I stopped by Juice it Up because it was extremely hot over the weekend and my friend who just gave birth wanted a smoothie so I could take it to the hospital. I ordered a Strawberry Wave, an Evergreen, a Lava Flow and a Piña Cool-ada for me. Wow, how refreshing and tasty. The service was quick and the young lady who took my order was very kind. When I asked for a second cup holder to make sure the bottom did not break through, they immediately gave me one. The shop is clean and had a little bench so you can comfortably wait for your drinks. I will definitely be coming back to this Juice it Up. read more

Ok I'm not the person to write reviews and use my time towards this, but this juice it up, time after time. Every time I come in there has not been one employee who's been rude or distasteful. They are always so kind and make me want to come back idk what it is. But they are so sweet. And their açaí is soooo good. But yeah just wanted to say how cool the employees are. read more

I'm writing this review in my car after my first time in, and can I just say OH. MY. GOODNESS. The cucumber lemonade caught my eye in the window, right as I was about to go to Starbucks mind you. But I decided I had to try it, I was immediately greeted as I walked in and helped very quickly, as soon as I took that first sip of my drink I was in awe at how delicious and refreshing it was. I also decided to try their butter and salt pretzel bites and they are so soft and tasty. The interior design is also very simple and beautiful just overall calming I'm obsessed with this place now and will definitely be buying more. read more

I ordered 3 orders of pretzel bites with less salt today (6/11), and they were just perfect! Ordered ahead and were already done! The young man with glasses and curly hair that helped me was super sweet and was very personable! I couldn't get his name because it was a bit busy in the store. Store itself was clean, fresh and vibrant This was my first visit at this location but it definitely won't be my last! Thank you for an amazing experience! read more

My husband loves the zone smoothie! We drive to juice it up just for that drink. Perfect for a protein intake and healthy meal. Staff is super nice and helpful! I wouldn't hang out at the place, it's more of a grab and go! Totally worth it! read more

Healthy drinks are not for everyone, but I like them because they taste so good when you find the right one. I have had the rewards program for Juice It Up for a few years, but have not been in well over a year. So this morning after completing my "Honey Do" list, I stopped to get my favorite drink Ever Green. It is so good. It looks like you are drinking grass and anything else that is green, but DAMN it tastes good. It is made with Kale, Spinach, Pineapple, Lime or pineapple sherbet, Lemonade and Apple Juice. It is so good and does not give you that it is health drink type taste. I have tried other items here too but this is the best and you can add things too it as well. If you pass a Juice It Up, stop and try it. read more

Customer service goes a long way. But they seem not to understand it. Telling you they don't do juice an hour before close and it not even an hour before close sure does not seem like a very smart business move. I would understand if this has happened once but come here at least 6 times a month and get told this 3 out of those times. This is why local places don't get business i rather drive to where they want my money. Juice it up get better services. I'm sure having to toss out fresh fruit is expensive when you could be selling it but your employees want to cleaning a juice machine at 6:40 instead. read more

Guy working today's shift 4 pm is not friendly at all and does not know how to make bowls very unsatisfied with the customer service today

Love Juice It Up drinks. I was helped by the gal with the pink hair. I saw a review posted about her recently and I think the person who left the review about her is being unfair and is apparently miserable and has nothing better to do than complain. The girl is a new hire and was left alone for a few minutes. Obviously she was overwhelmed with the sudden rush of people coming in and if you've never worked in the food service it can get pretty hectic right away. The pink haired girl was super sweet and polite. I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

I loved coming here! I always place an order before hand, but there's a women with pink hair who apparently doesn't know what she's doing. She verbally kept saying she didn't know how to do things. Very understandable but very inconvenient to have someone not knowing what they're doing. I love the juices always but very unprofessional to have the worker seem to be so lost. read more

UPDATE (12/30/23) Okay the customer service is dishonest. I went back since my sister really loves this place and she's an elite member. She had a HOLIYAY BOGO on her app which expires on the 12/31/23 (we went today 12/30/23) so I took her to get her drinks. The cashier refused to honor the BOGO and informed her has to be on the NEXT visit . My sister told her it was BOGO. Cashier insisted it wasn't and gave her a coupon for her next visit....? My sister isn't comfortational so she took the coupon, took her word and bought her two medium drinks at full price. We went back home we looked at the coupon and noticed the cashier gave her an EXPIRED COUPON. This angered me since I had a bad experience with them last time (look at my first review ) and I told my sister we should go back but she didn't wanted to make a scene but clearly she was upset about it since she's a loyal customer. She also told me the place was busy. I understand that sometimes weekends/near holidays can have you stressing at work but why mislead your customers ? I attached the BOGO and the EXPIRED coupon SMALL drink coupon below. The app doesn't specify of "BOGO on your NEXT purchase" what a dishonest cashier read more

I'm a regular customer here. Great costumer service Elvira and the rest of the team. Best place in Santa Ana I highly recommend

tried to buy a protein shake but I asked Elvira if there was a way to make it without milk because I didn't know if they make it with milk or not but Elvira told me 'do you speak Spanish because your English is very strange' and she pretended not to understand. I think her attitude was not good and sarcastic. read more

Elvira is awesome. As soon as I walk in the door, she greets me with a smile and always gets my order correct. She is very helpful and it is because of her that I continue to visit this location. Order an açaí berry bowl. Personally won't be coming back the açaí was really watery I could drink it with a straw. 3 topping was your only choice unless you paid additional amount to add more. I've been to other places where açaí bowls comes with more toppings for the same price. Juice was good. Ordered medium invigotor; however I do wish they didn't use concentrated juice to me mixed with the fruit that was juiced. read more

Good service and the smoothie was excellent! The smoothie was blended well and tasted fresh. The flavors complement each other.

I got two juices, and they were so unbearably sweet that I couldn't even drink them. It was a complete waste of money. I was hoping for something refreshing, but instead, I ended up with something so sugary it was undrinkable. If I could give lower than one star, I would. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location. read more

Juice It Up! - Protein Açaí Bowl Sadly, went here to make my day better and I find plastic in my bowl so it definitely made it worse - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Ordered 2 bowls, an acai and a cold brew bowl. The girl gave me one bowl and I explained I was missing another and she handed me a cold brew smoothie. I let her know it was 2 bowls and not the smoothie and showed her the order. I then waited for my cold brew bowl to be made and got it. When I was leaving another customer asked me if that was peanut butter because it looked like it and I said no it was a cold brew bowl but when I got home it actually did taste like peanut butter I still ate it because I wasn't able to return it because it would've been closed if I drove back by then. Anyways my partner starts eating her acai bowl and spits a chunk out and we look inside and there was banana peels we were disappointed but realized it's not the girls fault but managements fault. We always go and find only one person trying to keep that store running during hours. It's hectic seeing one person or 2 at max trying to do everything at once, especially near closing hours. MANAGEMENT OR OWNER STOP BEING STINGY AND PAY FOR ANOTHER CLOSER OR PERSON TO HELP RUN THE STORE!!! read more

This review is long overdue! I've been going here for years and lost a ton of weight (over 100 lbs in the course of 2 years) in addition to lowering my A1C from drinking their raw juices and smoothies almost on a daily basis. Been all over town and this is still my favorite Juice It Up spot ever. So many healthy options and friendly juice baristas that crank out the orders with efficiency. The vibe in this place is so cool and welcoming as well - customer service that I rarely see anymore. Special thanks to Elvira, Daniela & Brianna for always making my drinks consistently perfect all the time and working so hard. Unlike other some smoothie/juice shops that use artificial syrups and fillers, they actually use real fruit here. I've tried several of their smoothies, bowls, raw juices, and even their new toasts and they are all good. The app is also convenient and easy to use with reward earnings and discounts. I'm lucky to have them in my neighborhood. I start off my morning with a customized raw juice (kale/spinach/pineapple/apple/grapes) and acai or smoothie bowl before work and in the evening after my workout & cardio session nothing hits the spot better than a Strawberry Wave and healthy protein toast from here. I highly recommend this place to start your day off with a healthy and delicious juice, bowl or smoothie. A true treat! 5 out of 5. read more

Went there for a bowl of açaí and some juices. My god , the short stature female manager was literally like ignoring, fed up for something and literally lack customer service skills. Great Customer service. Super fast service. Will be coming back soon. The Mango Mania was perfect for this hot weather.

I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Although I did have a bad experience at first, management reached out to me in a timely manner and quickly offered an apology and a reasonable remedy. I do understand that the this location is fairly new and certain staff may need more training but I hope that my first review highlights the importance of customer service. Two days after my negative review, I received an email from the owner of the Santa Ana Juice It Up! location who sincerely wanted to recompense my negative experience. He offered free drinks which I very much appreciated. I went to the store location this afternoon to place my order and I was helped by Jose & Natalie. They were both absolutely helpful and understanding of the situation & quickly fulfilled my order. I have been serviced by both of them before and they are by far the most effective. They show exemplary customer service and work ethic. I will continue purchasing my juices from this location. It is always appreciated when an owner and their staff cares about their consumers. Highly recommend. The Optimizer is the best one! read more
