I swung by here today because I was craving something sharp and refreshing, and their lime juice (Lime It Up) definitely hit the spot! It had that perfect balance of tart and sweet that's so hard to find. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because it didn't have that artificial aftertaste at all. The staff was incredibly energetic and helped me navigate the menu since it was my first time trying their citrus blends. The shop itself was spotless and had a really chill vibe, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected for a single drink, even though it wasn't super crowded. That being said, the quality of the juice made it worth the wait. I'll definitely be back to try more of their lime-based drinks soon! read more

I stopped by Juice it Up because it was extremely hot over the weekend and my friend who just gave birth wanted a smoothie so I could take it to the hospital. I ordered a Strawberry Wave, an Evergreen, a Lava Flow and a Piña Cool-ada for me. Wow, how refreshing and tasty. The service was quick and the young lady who took my order was very kind. When I asked for a second cup holder to make sure the bottom did not break through, they immediately gave me one. The shop is clean and had a little bench so you can comfortably wait for your drinks. I'm writing this review in my car after my first time in, and can I just say OH. MY. GOODNESS. The cucumber lemonade caught my eye in the window, right as I was about to go to Starbucks mind you. But I decided I had to try it, I was immediately greeted as I walked in and helped very quickly, as soon as I took that first sip of my drink I was in awe at how delicious and refreshing it was. I have had the rewards program for Juice It Up for a few years, but have not been in well over a year. So this morning after completing my "Honey Do" list, I stopped to get my favorite drink Ever Green. It is so good. It looks like you are drinking grass and anything else that is green, but DAMN it tastes good. It is made with Kale, Spinach, Pineapple, Lime or pineapple sherbet, Lemonade and Apple Juice. It is so good and does not give you that it is health drink type taste. I have tried other items here too but this is the best and you can add things too it as well. Love Juice It Up drinks. I was helped by the gal with the pink hair. I saw a review posted about her recently and I think the person who left the review about her is being unfair and is apparently miserable and has nothing better to do than complain. The girl is a new hire and was left alone for a few minutes. Obviously she was overwhelmed with the sudden rush of people coming in and if you've never worked in the food service it can get pretty hectic right away. Customer service goes a long way. But they seem not to understand it. Telling you they don't do juice an hour before close and it not even an hour before close sure does not seem like a very smart business move. I would understand if this has happened once but come here at least 6 times a month and get told this 3 out of those times. UPDATE (12/30/23) Okay the customer service is dishonest. I went back since my sister really loves this place and she's an elite member. She had a HOLIYAY BOGO on her app which expires on the 12/31/23 (we went today 12/30/23) so I took her to get her drinks. The cashier refused to honor the BOGO and informed her has to be on the NEXT visit . My sister told her it was BOGO. Cashier insisted it wasn't and gave her a coupon for her next visit....? My sister isn't comfortational so she took the coupon, took her word and bought her two medium drinks at full price. We went back home we looked at the coupon and noticed the cashier gave her an EXPIRED COUPON. This angered me since I had a bad experience with them last time (look at my first review ) and I told my sister we should go back but she didn't wanted to make a scene but clearly she was upset about it since she's a loyal customer. I've been going here for years and lost a ton of weight (over 100 lbs in the course of 2 years) in addition to lowering my A1C from drinking their raw juices and smoothies almost on a daily basis. Been all over town and this is still my favorite Juice It Up spot ever. So many healthy options and friendly juice baristas that crank out the orders with efficiency. The vibe in this place is so cool and welcoming as well - customer service that I rarely see anymore. Special thanks to Elvira, Daniela & Brianna for always making my drinks consistently perfect all the time and working so hard. Unlike other some smoothie/juice shops that use artificial syrups and fillers, they actually use real fruit here. I've tried several of their smoothies, bowls, raw juices, and even their new toasts and they are all good. The app is also convenient and easy to use with reward earnings and discounts. I'm lucky to have them in my neighborhood. I start off my morning with a customized raw juice (kale/spinach/pineapple/apple/grapes) and acai or smoothie bowl before work and in the evening after my workout & cardio session nothing hits the spot better than a Strawberry Wave and healthy protein toast from here. I do understand that the this location is fairly new and certain staff may need more training but I hope that my first review highlights the importance of customer service. Two days after my negative review, I received an email from the owner of the Santa Ana Juice It Up! location who sincerely wanted to recompense my negative experience. He offered free drinks which I very much appreciated. I went to the store location this afternoon to place my order and I was helped by Jose & Natalie. They were both absolutely helpful and understanding of the situation & quickly fulfilled my order. I have been serviced by both of them before and they are by far the most effective. They show exemplary customer service and work ethic. I will continue purchasing my juices from this location. It is always appreciated when an owner and their staff cares about their consumers.
