One of the better juice spots I've had! Got the carrot cooler after a Pilates class and it was the most refreshing cool down I didn't know I needed. I love that it wasn't grainy or chunky just smooth texture all around. I added a banana and was wondering if there was going to be chunks but there wasn't. Staff is really kind and helpful if you have any questions. They do have self rode kiosk but it was out of order at the time I went. It wasn't very busy or loud at all but maybe that's because there are no seating areas. Just a couple bars you can stand and drink your juice and maybe yap a little. Got the sweet beet and it is very sweet because it has beets, carrots, apple and can barely taste the ginger so if you prefer not to taste this ginger then this juice is for you. Just a heads up to people who aren't regulars... the large size is huge!!! I dont know how many ounces there are exactly but it reminds me of a 24-32oz hydroflask. I had a placed an online order so I was so shocked when I picked it up and saw how big it was. But given that it was only a dollar more, I actually think I would order a large again! I drank half and froze half and drank it the next day. I got a vegan vitality and it was pretty good but my coworker kept commenting how the color looked so ugly lolll. Notes of citrus from the lemon to balance out the sweetness of the apple with a nice palate cleanser of ginger. It's a well balanced juice. May even be a perfect hangover cure during holiday festivities. Their smoothies have a consistent texture not too watery or thick. No left over chunks of fruit that didn't get blended enough. I'm a sucker for bowls and the base of their bowl is thick which I love. You could either choose from their preset bowls with topping or build your own. I opted to build my own and I loved it. One of the topping I chose was chia pudding, I didn't think anything of it as all chia pudding I've tried are all similar but theirs was the best I've had. Their chia pudding is made in house and has a hint of vanilla. If you love chia pudding in your bowls give their chia pudding a try! I happened to be in the area and was craving an acai bowl, and my handy dandy Yelp app led me here! They are in a busy shopping center (with construction going on at the moment) but I was still able to find a parking spot. I imagine that the parking lot would get crowded during peak hours though. They are located across the street from CHOC and near other medical centers. The inside is very clean, but they don't have any tables inside. They just have a counter bar that you can sit at, and 1 table outside. They have a lot of smoothies, juices and acai bowls on their menu. I asked if I could build my own acai bowl, and they said yes! I got to choose 5 toppings to go on top of the acai, so I chose strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries & coconut. I also got to add honey for free. When I saw the size of the bowl, I was surprised at how big it was! She said they only have one size. The total came out to $8. I thought that was a great deal since I could literally make 2 meals out of it! The acai bowl was super delicious and refreshing! The service was also outstanding.
