The ranch was too liquid and could use more flavor, however, it did pair well with the tempura green beans. The Santa Barbara Char sandwich was so good, and definitely enough for two meals or people. The patties were seasoned well, but the bread was a little too salty. It doesn't take long to get your food, and I love that it's hot and fresh. They don't have a drive-tru, but lots of free parking. Called rep who said its easy to get a refund file a report online and ill get it. I tried 3 times and every-time i was told no. I never got my food. I'm not a big fan of their Charburger, I actually like the other burger that uses sourdough bread. But I really wanted to use my birthday offer so I got the Charburger with cheese. It was really good and easy for them to apply it from my app. I added a side Cesar Salad. Sadly I would not get this again, too much dressing and too many croutons. It was just heavy on the dressing.
