Unfortunately I couldn't eat this right away and had it sort of cold. That being said it was pretty good and satisfactory. Like it will never come close to in n out or shake shack but it contends and beats most fast food restaurants. The sauces are actually pretty good. Most restaurants like Burger King, McDonald and Carl's Jr have shit sauces. Also, Wendy's has pretty amazing app only offers and promos. Highlight and special recognition to Gabriela the cashier. I had a terrible experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two kid's meals, which come with a choice of apples or fries. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with apple bites and a nuggets meal. The employee rushed through my order and didn't ask what side I wanted for the nuggets. When I saw that both meals showed fries on the screen, I tried to clarify, but the employee was short and dismissive (in hindsight, maybe because I tried to get my order taken correctly they got offended or something, IDK). They did, however, make sure to tell me that I could only get one sauce for two kid's meals, so I said I'd pay for a second one. No problem. When I got my food, I checked the bag before leaving the parking lot and realized they forgot the apple bites and the second dipping sauce I paid for. Since there was no line, I drove back around to the window to get the missing items. A different employee, who said she was the manager (Alondra, I am assuming is her name from other poor reviews), came to the window. I calmly explained that my order was incorrect, thinking it would be a simple fix. Before I could even finish my sentences, she kept interjecting with an attitude, telling me I didn't need to be rude--except I wasn't being rude at all. If anything, I was confused as to why she was treating me like I was doing something wrong for just asking for what I ordered. At one point, the employee who originally took my order even said, "Nobody's talking to you." What? I still have no idea what their problem was, but by the end of it, I wasn't even upset about the missing food--I was upset at how they treated me. I asked for a refund and gave the food back because I refuse to spend my money somewhere that treats customers this way. To top it off, when I left some of my change on the counter because I didn't want it, the manager accused me of throwing it at her--completely ridiculous. I ended up cussing at her as I drove away because I was so riled up and disturbed by how she was talking to me that I just lost it. This experience left me feeling disrespected and completely shocked at the lack of professionalism. Over some measly apple bites and a dipping sauce! I left feeling bullied and berated!! This Wendy's location is pretty much on point. I like using the system for since you earn points, get offers, and save money. The burgers can be over salted here though. I recently visited, and found once again, they seem to like to use too much salt. The food quality, other than the salt, is always good. They food is made fresh with exception to a few menu items. If you order fries without salt, they will make them fresh. I haven't seen an option on the app to say "No Salt" on the hamburgers though. If you don't want a certain topping, they seem to get that right 8 times out of 10. Check your order before you leave though. read more

We frequent this location weekly, but tonight they gave away my mobile order to someone without verifying it. It was $60 worth of food that they refused to remake, because it was picked up. They refused to apologize. I was speaking to the general manager and she was stubborn and unhelpful. Then when I went to call my wife, the GM grabbed her purse and left! The manager left in charge was rude and snarky and made me pay for my food again. We contacted corporate and hope to get this resolved. Additionally, because I come here weekly, I know how lax their verification for mobile orders is. They usually just ask "Are you picking up a mobile order for (insert name here)?" All you have to do is say "yes" and they hand you the food. If you're going to go to this location, definitely order there if you don't want to pay for your food twice. read more

1st off. New breakfast menu probably the best out there. Honey butter sandwich and seasoned potatoes. Why the low rating? Their breakfast service is the worst. Always takes 15-20 mins to get my food. Everytime except 1 of 30 visits I have to wait at the drive thru window for 5 mins or so, and then be asked to wait by the handicap spots for another 10-15 mins. This never happens in the evening to me, always the morning. Management really needs to look at why their morning service is abysmal and fix it. Came here for their new breakfast items. I came here a day before OC ordered a decree to have non-essential personnel stay home. Got the breakfast croissant sandwich: 1 bacon and 1 sausage; I had a bogo coupon. I went through the drive through and after handing my cc over to be charged, the employee immediately hand sanitized it up. Yea, crazy times as I too reached for my hand sanitizer. Anyway back to the food. The total came out to be $4 and change. If it wasn't for the bogo coupon, I don't think I would've gotten this sandwich. The taste was nothing special. The croissant was weird in that it almost tasted like a biscuit, it even looked like a biscuit on the inside. The texture wasn't flaky like how a normal croissant should be. Strange. Since all these fast food restaurants want to take advantage of Catholics by offering a fish sandwich, I have decided that I am going to sample fish sandwiches from all these places to see who does it the best. I'm not doing this because I am Catholic, but, I am doing this because I am cheap. I came here to Wendy's to get my fish sandwich. I arrived at about lunchtime. They did not appear too busy. Only one person in front of me. Service was typical fast food. After ordering and paying, I looked around the restaurant. No fish to be seen, not a good sign. A few minutes later, I got my sandwich and left. The fish sandwich looked like a McDonald's Filet O Fish. The only differences were a gigantic piece of lettuce, and no cheese. The fish seemed to be fried pretty good as it was pretty crunchy. Tastewise, it was okay. Not the best fish sandwich that I have had. It was about $3 for their fish sandwich. Kids meal was $1.99...,but now $3.39 as of last week...for a neighbor who can't drive. Still ok. Just get the Jr. Burger and Value Fries for $1.00each for lite eaters or kids. Lots of bigger burgers, but can never match the taste of grilled burgers or the all fresh In N Out...but in a pinch, this is much faster. The best thing about this particular Wendy's is the location as far as getting into it from the 5 freeway north. Just two short right turns and there you are. The drive through line can mean a long wait at dinner or lunch times. But still not bad. The longest I've waited is 10 minutes, much better than the 20 I've endured at El Pollo Loco and 25 minutes at the In N Out down the way near the Jamboree and El Camino exit. The chicken salads are pretty good. But my favorite items here are the baked potato with sour cream and chives and chili. They made mistakes before and we just let with it be because it was never with the trouble to go back, but today they messed up my child's $3 order so I drove back and of course forgot to take the food back with me cuz I'm tired and got a hungry cranky kid distracting me and did they apologize for their mistake and not only replace the meal and offer something extra to compensate for my time and extra driving? It's true about the employees speaking like they don't even wanna be there and everything is a bother. Atleast the female employees I've come across. I did a mobile order to avoid them messing up my order. I ended up having to get back in line for my chili. That could have been done at the first window real quick and instead they shut it and moved away as I passed and opened it for the next person. She also lied about her name when I asked her. This is the third time in my life I have been to a Wendy's. I wasn't impressed with the first two. Several people say the spicy chicken sandwich is good so I gave it a try. I used the drive thru. The window where you normally pay had a sign saying your food is waiting at the next window. It should say pull to next window and wait there to make room for others to wait behind you. Service is very slow. The chicken sandwich was the worse I've eaten. The chicken tasted old and dry. There was no spice at all. Half of my order was missing. I ordered two items only, the DTO repeated my order back to me to confirm, I confirmed my two items. Pulled around and paid. They gave me one of the items and when I sat there waiting for my second, a woman asked if I needed something. I told her I was waiting on my baked potato. She told me I was only charged for my one item. At this point there was a line of at least 3 cars behind me and I told her it was fine and pulled away.
