I come here for lunch every week with my coworker. The personal pizza combo is a great deal! The pizza is fresh and piping hot and unbelievably delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend the Italian garlic supreme pizza. Leo and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Leo also puts together a great playlist for your lunch break! After having a rough week, lunch with Leo and his music was exactly what I needed to decompress. Thanks Leo and the rest of the Round Table team! read more

Round table is pretty good if you get the right thing. The dipping sauce for my Bread twists was cold but other than that, pizza was really good and carefully curated. read more

Leo at Round Table was amazing! He was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's always refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Leo definitely deserves recognition--thank you for the great service! We'll definitely be back! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with how the Newport Beach/Jamboree location has handled my order and refund. I originally placed my order for pickup at the Foothill Ranch/Lake Forest location, but somehow part of my order was sent to the Jamboree location. The Foothill Ranch employees immediately called the Jamboree store to cancel that portion of the order. After about 15 minutes on the phone, I was told the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. I never received the food, and I still have not received my refund. For the past 17 days, I have been calling this store trying to get this resolved. Almost every time I call, I speak with a different person who tells me the manager is not there and that someone will call me back. Nobody calls me back, so I have to call again, explain the entire situation to another employee, and hear the same thing all over again. Seventeen days of repeatedly calling a restaurant for a refund that was already supposed to have been processed is unacceptable. I was charged for food I never received, was told the order was cancelled and would be refunded, and yet I am still having to chase the restaurant for my money. Order #5032, placed July 31, 2026. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating. I hope Round Table management sees this review, looks into how this location is handling customer complaints, and finally resolves my refund. read more

I've appreciated RT Pizza for years as being more expensive but better quality than the other pizza chains. I've ordered from this location multiple times over the years for both personal and work. At work, I've ordered as many as 8-10 pizza for three straight days. Tonight I called to order a large one topping pizza and use a coupon my wife had clipped. They couldn't find the coupon in their system, so instead of honoring it anyway, they made a really bad customer service decision by refusing to take it. It was very strange. Did they think I was lying? They could have asked me to send a photo, or even verify it upon delivery, but instead they said they wouldn't take it. I told them they sucked, and that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. They did not care. So weird. I went to Rance's which is way better anyway. Bye Round Table! Take a customer service class! read more

Round Table Pizza - We clipped this coupon and wanted to use it. They wouldn't take it. - Pizza Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Dope service . The pizza fresh. The staff friendly. Ranch was coo. Fresh Cheese and pepper available on the table for free . Chill vibes

So 5 stars for great pizza and toppings and sauces and service in the store, BUT 2 stars for the crust and 1 star for the phone lines and the ambiance inside is lacking a this is more of a to-go location as opposed to eating in INSIDE - 2 stars - There are a few tables but it's not a nice ambiance to eat inside (Tustin location waaaaay better and actually a nice place to eat inside) SERVICE IN STORE - 5 stars -service in the store is great! All of the employees are super nice and friendly! SERVICE IF YOU CALL IN - 2 stars -They use a phone call center so when you call them you DON'T actually speak to someone in store! They are helpful but it's not someone in the store so how much can they really help you..... CRUST - 2 stars - They use premade crusts (the Round Table in Tustin makes their dough and crusts fresh daily and you can taste the difference) PIZZA - 5 stars -Despite the crust the quality of the toppings and sauce and combinations of the flavors and speciality pizzas are still outstanding **FYI their "Zesty Red" is their standard red tomato sauce and it's not spicy! Not sure why they call it Zesty -their BBQ sauce is delicious! TWISTS - 5 stars -Both their garlic twists AND cinnamon sugar dessert twists are OUTSTANDING! This dough for both of these is super fresh and soft - I with their pizza cruse was made out of this dough WEBSITE - 5 stars -their website and app to order online are fantastic! Many options to customize and you can earn rewards This is the closest Round Table Pizza to my house and it's a solid 4 stars - I just wish they made their own crust like the Tustin location does. I wish the Tustin location wasn't so far from my house. read more

I have loved Round Table Pizza since I was a child. I am grateful I found this location on Jamboree in Newport Beach, which is a convenient spot to pick up my favorite meal on my way home from work! After SO much talk about Round Table Pizza from our friend who visits regularly, my husband and I decided to give it a shot after being Loyal regulars at SGT. PEPPERONI's in Newport Beach. Well we ended up placing an online order, and when we went to pick it up, we were obnoxiously greeted by the main guy at the front, short dark skinned Latino guy. We told him that this was our first time trying out Round Table Pizza and he asked what we ordered for our first time having Round Table Pizza. We told him that we ordered the Pepperoni pizza and his response, BLEW ALL 3 of US AWAY!!!! He said, and I QUOTE, "Ew, why you gotta be so cheap?" We were STUNNED!!!! How someone at a business can degrade a first time client to a new business we have never tried before. I have waited about 3 weeks now to write this review because of how HEATED my husband and I were, hearing this from what may have even been the manager. Without labeling this person, he did have very thin girly eyebrows if this rings a bell, CHECK YOURSELF LITTLE GUY. You have NO RIGHT telling people that we are CHEAP! I can't believe this is how you treated us. In fact, you also complained to us on how shit, your shift was. You complained to us about how your clients are assholes, and here we are, listening to you and your unnecessary complaints. Just cuz I am gay and was with my husband and another gay friend, gives you NO right, to talk to people this way. We are NOT your sis, SIS! Check yourself or maybe management already got rid of you, but be assured, you have TAINTED our experience and will NEVER BE COMING BACK TO ROUND TABLE PIZZA!!!! Take that for a lesson in life. Round Table....... You need to take accountability for this employees actions. Bye! read more

Ordered BBQ without onions or tomatoes on 1/2. I repeated it twice and the guy at the register shook his head to confirm he understood me. Entire pizza was made without onions or tomatoes. Two sauces - he didn't give us the sauces. Credit card machine wasn't working and the line went out the door. We wanted a medium size pizza-just like is on the menu and was hanging in the wall 'small or large only' !!!!Knew we should have gone to the Wendy's next door. This was during the lunchtime at the courthouse so no time to waste $34.47 for a pizza and two drinks. Very disappointed-I have good childhood memories of Roundtable however this location didn't meet them. read more

Stopped into a Round Table for the first time in YEARS. why not get a slice on the road, I thought. So here's my take: Service wasn't great but wasn't bad. I think the store was empty for awhile and the two staff memebers were doing work around the kitchen. Either was we had to wait for service. Prices, like everything have gone up. it is now $15.00 for a SMALL pizza and emphasis on small. Per slice it is $3.99 + tax. I reckon people don't order it often as there was no singular slices available - once again another wait (about 10 minutes). They do offer in dining - so that's great but the vast majority of folks were uber/doordash. Very empty establishment and the ambiance was pretty neutral. Overall: Price is king. Not worth it for the ingredient quality, serving size, and price. For this level of quality just got to Costco and save yourself the money. read more

We moved from Northern California a few years ago and while we have eaten some great pizza in Newport, we felt a Round Table void. It was severe! Then boom, Round Table popped up on door dash a few weeks ago and we've been ordering regularly ever since. No one can match the cheese to sauce ratio better and the crispy dough makes it go down easy with no guilt. We are never not in the mood and we've never been disappointed. The wings are great as well. Btw, warm the leftovers in an air fryer and it's just as good the next day! read more

This location quickly delivers spot -on pizzas and really tasty wings. We usually complicate our online wing order by asking for dry wings and separate hot sauce (the app doesnt really let you selext that). Point is someone actually takes the time to read the comments on the order and takes care of it. Also, I love Roundtable crust. I often make pizza at home, and pretty good too if I do say. But it's fun to get a unique Roundtable-style crust with super-fresh toppings and fired perfectly. We order from here regularly. read more

This location is better than most!! We have ordered from here twice now over Baker location (in Costa Mesa) and it was worth the one extra minute driving. The pizza is perfectly cooked. I like it well done, but my kids do not and we all agree this location makes it so that we all enjoy it. We ordered mushroom only and it was perfection. This will become our go-to location! read more

Postmates Gourmet veggie: I like this more than the maui but I do love my veggie pizzas. The garlic sauce is pretty light so it makes for a refreshing pizza. I think the Polynesian sauce might go well w this too. 4/5 Maui zaui w Polynesian sauce & pan crust: Pretty good. I'm not a ham and bacon fan so it was alright but the pineapple, sauce, and crust really pulled through. I like the pan crust more bc it has more crust compared to regular. 3/5 read more

They skimp on the toppings compared to other locations. I like the gourmet veggie. Other locations usually pile on the toppings, but this one just puts just enough to not have bare cheese. When I ordered the churros, they forgot to give me the sauce. They gave me a coupon code as an apology, but it would not work online, over the phone, or even at the restaurant. They sell pizza by the slice, but the location is small with very little space to eat there. read more
