When we came in with my Dad, we were greeted very kindly and asked if we had previously visited or if it was our first time. I admitted it being my first time and the guy was so kind, quickly explaining the lunch menu deals and the flavors. He walked us to our table with my Dad and took out a chair so I could park his wheelchair at the table. He went above and beyond for us. We had never heard of this wing spot, but I got wind of the grand opening event for today. Luckily we were one of the first 50 people, so we got a free combo meal with drink. You have a few main entree options, then you get two loafs of garlic bread, and a side of carrots and celery with dressing. The Sweet Chili sauce is so good! The wings are also really good especially with the Lemon Pepper rub. They were even nice enough to pass around free waters and Red Bulls while we waited in line. I had a really disappointing experience at epic wings. one of the employees was extremely rude and made me feel completely uncomfortable. Instead of providing good customer service, they seemed more interested in starting problems with customers. theres no excuse for that kind of attitude in a workplace, especially when people are just trying to enjoy their meal.
