When we came in with my Dad, we were greeted very kindly and asked if we had previously visited or if it was our first time. I admitted it being my first time and the guy was so kind, quickly explaining the lunch menu deals and the flavors. We had never heard of this wing spot, but I got wind of the grand opening event for today. Luckily we were one of the first 50 people, so we got a free combo meal with drink. You have a few main entree options, then you get two loafs of garlic bread, and a side of carrots and celery with dressing. The Sweet Chili sauce is so good! The wings are also really good especially with the Lemon Pepper rub. They were even nice enough to pass around free waters and Red Bulls while we waited in line. A new wing location in Santa Ana! Epic Wings was a great experience. The inside is clean and customer service is top notch. There is ample free parking right in front. We ordered the 6 pc wings, fries, and pizza sticks. We asked for the sauce on the side. We asked for sweet chili, Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, ranch, and honey bbq. All the sauces tasted fresh and made in house. We were told there is no freezer and everything is delivered to order. The chicken was crispy. The fries were fresh. The garlic bread was delicious! But the service is amazing out of all. I believe I know one of the managers and he's always so nice every time I come in and takes his time talking to me and we have a great time. But I also go in consistently where I often see a young man at register (wish I knew his name). Anyways, he knows what my order is if I come in pretty much exactly. I haven't been in there for months due to a recent bad car accident I had. My girlfriend and I stopped by to pick some up for home and he remembered me and wanted to pray for me and wish me well.
