Sweet baby j wings and wedges

Wow!!! I've never had wings this good! They use organic chicken and no seed oils. You can definitely taste the difference. The owner told me he brines the wings for 12 hours - and man, you can really taste the depth of flavor. I love all the flavors, and even straight up with no sauce is delicious. The Magic sauce is my favorite - salty, sweet and a little spicy. I'm not usually big on fries or potatoes but these wedges are on another level. Crispy outside with a creamy inside. I'm definitely coming back again and again!!

Excellent wings and gluten free! The owner is fantastic! Will come back for more. The dry rub is my favorite with blue cheese or ranch

I came here around the end of the day absolutely STARVING. We got seated quickly and everything was…read morehandled promptly. The restaurant itself is a bit on the small side so you'll be close to your neighbors not that it was an issue personally. My buddy and I ordered our items and shared with each other for a good full experience. We got the three-in-one noodles medium heat and the Ma Hu Beef noodles with mild heat alongside the cucumbers with medium heat as an appetizer. Cucumbers were very fresh! However, they really were just cucumbers with a little heat on them so they weren't anything too special. Once the main entrees came in, I couldn't stop myself from digging in! I forgot to take a picture until after some damage was done to our meals. Three-in-one was so flavorful and sweet with the noodles becoming incredibly soft after having mixed it all together. The star of the show for me though was the Ma Hu Beef noodles. The beef was remarkably tender and delicious and the noodles had a firmer texture that complimented with the flavors. Oddly enough, the mild heat on the Ma Hu Beef was spicier than the medium heat three-in-one! If you find yourself in the mood for Biangbiang noodles, this is definitely the spot to go to. On a side unrelated note about the parking which did not influence my review; the parking here is rough. It's consistently packed so watch out for that. There is a structure across the street that allows parking for the food court. I parked in the structure but I had a bad experience because since it's also parking for the residents above, the gate was closed on us after 8pm. I had to wait for a vehicle to come out and open the gate for not only just me but for multiple other people that had also parked in the structure!Just something to keep in mind. Hopefully that doesn't continue being an issue for future guests.

Food tastes good. Service perfect! Ambiance good. Comfortable at all! Lucy's service is very good…read more Definitely will come back soon!

The plus side this time around is that they have a completely covered area to eat your food. Picnic benches are laid out with a full awning. Parking is still great. Prices have gone up for both the tickets and parking so be prepared to pay $15 for parking and $15 to get inside. However, the admission fees, parking fees, OUTRAGEOUS costs for food and drinks (spent over $200), was just over the top for us. I knew going in that we were going to splurge a little, however, the cost of some of these food items were INSANE. Truly, some of the best bites was the Birria Eggroll and the Alligator Bites, probably the couple of the cheapest things I bought! The Mango Ube Sticky Rice was also delicious. We also did the silly thing of buying the $30 baby bottle filled with Mango Pineapple Lemonade. It was yummy, and yes, the product itself is silly, but VERY cheap in that the top cracked and eventually was spilling on us throughout the day. We had to eventually throw it away; $30 in the trash. Luckily, we did the smart thing by arriving at 4:00pm (gates opened at 3:00pm) and we left by 8:00pm. Seeing the place fill up and the lines after leaving was shocking! We did not have to wait more than 15 minutes at any food vendor booth. I have read nothing but disappointment from frequent 626 Night Market attendees in the raising costs and mediocre food. I was not super impressed. There were plenty of vendors and I am in support of small businesses, but once again, VERY overpriced. Plus, we came strictly to try the foods. Thanks for the memories, but I will gladly be taking my $200+ for a much better dining experience elsewhere.

I had to do some research to learn that "Shane", real name Chayane, is not actually a gringo - either way is cool, but it's lovely to see his recipe derives from a veganized version of his mother's. I was staying at a hotel nearby, looked up convenient locations to eat, and here I went. It was a serendipitous light bite, and ended up being my favorite thing I ate during my trip. I dropped by at night, and appreciated Shane's being open late and within a spacious lot. It's a small place with a couple of seats and interesting decor, and very friendly staff. As I had late night dinner plans, I just came here for a pregame bite, and got a loaded boat tamal. I saw a ton of people ordering tacos de pollo, so I know what to get my next visit! I ordered the chic'n green chile, which tasted like imitation chicken with a bouncy texture, like if you bunched up bean curd skin. The tomatillo within the salsa and filling was bright and subtle. The filling and exterior masa were equally moist and tasty, the textures and flavors were playful and plenty, and the loaded toppings were heavenly. The pico, cashew crema, guacamole, pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa were amongst the freshest I've had; it was as if the vegetables were hand plucked from God's divine gardens. And of course, the imitation cotija made everything come together aesthetically, and it's just a beautiful and vibrant tamal. My only complaint is that I wish they told me to order more. I already want to plan my next trip down so I can try a few other flavors and items.
