To my extreme relief, Janet answered the phone and was calm and understanding. She was able to reach out to Ernesto who was willing to come to our party. We hired them for my daughter's birthday party on 7/19, and they were a big hit with our guests. The tacos were delicious, and all of the meats were flavorful and well-prepared. The condiments and salsas were also very tasty and complemented the tacos perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is that the quantity of condiments seemed a bit limited compared to the amount of meat provided. We ended up with quite a bit of leftover meat, but ran low on pico de gallo, salsa, and other toppings. It would also have been more convenient if the leftover condiments had been packed in containers or trays rather than small Ziploc bags. Overall, we were very happy with the food and service, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the tacos. I would definitely recommend them for parties and events. read more

I had a situation that needed to be updated and was able to get the time updated for my event the night before which I was so grateful for. They arrived early and were set up and ready to go. I ordered the #2 Especial Miranda, it came with rice and beans, all the condiments (2 bomb salsas, carrots, pico, cheese, etc...) and I had about 30 people eating. It served them ALL and there was a little left over which they packed so nicely for me at the end. The team cooking was super friendly and I would happily have them back for any party!
